Me and my family have brought cars here over the years and it s always exceptional work. The staff are extremely helpful and any car they touch will come out better then the factory. After dropping off my car I saw a newer BMW M240i they had repaired. The paint on this car is better then when it left the BMW showroom. Do not hesitate to bring your cars here.

Miracle workers!!! My son s Jeep looks like new and is so beautiful!! You would never know he got hit and there was over $6,500 in damages! The bumper had to be zipped tied on just to try and get it home. The before photos don t really show how bad it was.Customer service is beyond compare! They deserve more than 5 stars!!

Bryan is an absolute professional. My vehicle had some pretty significant scratch damage on it - I researched countless places all over the DMV and they kept coming up in recommendations, dealing my with all vehicles. They did such a great job on matching the paint and dealing with the insurance company for the supplemental approvals to get all the damage approved - I highly recommend them and they have won my business for good. Thank you.

Absolutely exceptional service. My car was backed into by an angry person picking up their car from the towing company across the street. Before Brian even saw my car, using only the photos I d sent in, they ordered the parts and had them ready for when I dropped it off. They ordered more parts if they were needed, but my car was fixed, and painted (beautifully) within 36 hours. I didn t pay for the repairs, because the towing company kindly offered to cover it, but if I EVER need a body repair again, this will be my go-to spot. I think they even detailed the inside! I cannot say enough good things about Vision Auto. I wish there were more stars! My 20 year old Honda Odyssey was recently involed in a minor incident causing damage to the driver side door. Up until that point it had still been in perfect condition! I worked with Bryan Brown at Vision and he did an outstanding job of finding the needed parts to repair the damage as well as keeping me sane!! I now have my perfect van back and it is beautiful and still runs like a charm. I am extremely grateful to Bryan and all the fine folks at Vision for making my van beautiful again. I can definitely recommend them highly! Thank You All!!

I wasn t a customer there but my sister was and her car was considered a complete loss and she went to pick her belongings up yesterday and realized that her knife and cables from her jumper box where missing. Her being a female she decided not to speak up to a bunch of mechanics so I called today and confronted them about it a guy proceeded to tell me that his guys didn t take anything and it must have been mistake he also said they take things out while removing parts off the vehicle but my concern is you removed the knife from the casing left the casing in the car but took the knife by mistake? And didn t remove the jumper box which would be in your way but took the cables to the box out?? Come one guys just admit when you have been caught. I hate when mechanics try to get over on females when they see them ALONE!!!

One of the best body shops you will come across ever. I pretty much had my entire Sti painted here and the guys did a pretty much perfect job. The prep and attention to detail is impeccable my car has never looked better. The guys even let me come anytime I wanted to see the car in its different stages during the process. Excellent Customer Service and made a first time claim process super easy. Took two weeks and couldn't be happier, I have State Farm and their claim process is a little different, which made the process a little longer. Totally worth the wait and 100% recommend. Thanks Vision!

This is only 1 of 2 places I trust in the area. They are extremely easy to work with and very responsive and accommodating. Despite any insurance hiccups, they make my life easier and I'll continue to go there for any needs.

Great shop for auto repair. My brand new Maxima got ran into while parked and I was nervous repairs wouldn't be up to par with how it was, but these guys fought the insurance company to get what I needed and it turned out great. Thanks. Highly recommended. See pics.

Superb attention to detail, superb work, superb customer service. I took my "rescued" 1991 NSX to Bryan with what I thought was an impossible job. A cat had jumped up on my NSX and clawed through the car cover, destroying it and scratching into the clear coat in several places. In addition, I had a Lexan rear hatch that was almost completed occluded. I asked Bryan to do his best, but I expected nothing but bad news. I was wrong. Several days later, Bryan called and said everything was done. The car was outside when I arrived. I stopped dead in my tracks because it looked better than new. I was at least the third owner of this vehicle, and it has never looked better. Wow...just WOW!

The staff is super friendly. I had damage to the front of my car. Bumper, damaged completely. They helped me with the whole process and made it super easy and streamlined. Took my car here after it needed some work to the back and side after a collision. They were amazing, from booking the appointment to pick up time.Brian was very attentive and polite. The work done on my vehicle turnout to be perfect. Great customer service and quality work. Bryan was awesome and patient with me. He even plugged the tire on my daughter's car because on our way to pick up my vehicle the tire went flat as the result of a screw. Didn't charge for the work. I very seldom write reviews, but in this instance I am taking the time to do so because it has merit. Keep up the good work.Service: Body & Trim

My car isn't even ready for pick up yet, but the professionalism and kindness that Brian and his team showed me I will never forget!!! After Enterprise had me waiting forever and a day to be picked up to take me to get my rental car, Brain had one of his employees take me to enterprise so I wouldn't be late to work. I really appreciated that, and the fact that he cared about something that had nothing to do with him!!! Definitely would recommend!!! I Will post another review once my vehicle is repaired!

I recently took my car to Vision for repairs after an accident and I am in absolute awe by the fantastic customer service that I received as well as the speed of the repairs and the workmanship. These employees, especially Bryan Brown, really care about their customers. From the moment I walked into the shop to the day I picked up my vehicle, Bryan treated me with compassion and respect. Talking to him literally made me feel like I was working with family! He went above and beyond to ensure that the repairs would be made as quickly as possible since he knew I did not have rental car coverage with my insurance. Bryan worked closely with my insurance company so I didn't have to. I can't believe how he was able to take such a stressful situation and turn it into something positive. I couldn't be happier with the work completed! My car looks brand spanking new and the attention to detail was superb! Bryan updated me on the progress and my car was completed before his original timeline. I cannot thank those at Vision enough. I will recommend them to everyone and be sure to take my vehicle back there again if I ever need work done.

I brought in my car to get repaired after an accident and I cannot thank them enough for leaving my car looking brand new. Brian was very kind and professional from the moment I scheduled an appointment. This was honestly my best experience with a repair shop. I've taken two different vehicles to Vision for fender bender repairs and Bryan and the Vision team do excellent work. They are very professional and the quality of their work cannot be beat. My husband has a red car and needed a bumper replace, while the Vision crew said red can be hard to match as the car was older, they did an excellent job painting the bumper to match. I can't even tell the difference! When my SUV needed a bumper and muffler repaired they finished the job within 2 business days, on the week before Christmas too! I would whole heartedly recommend Vision for any car repairs and body work needed. If we need future work we will be coming here.Service: Body & Trim

I picked Vision Collision after being rear ended a couple of weeks ago because of their five star reviews, and I can say they deserve five stars! For sure! Extremely professional, kept up communication through the whole process, guided me through all the insurance questions I had, and were very fast and efficient! My car came back looking better than when I bought it, I swear. I hope we don't have to use them in the future for a collision again, but I will be recommending them to everyone I can! They also followed great COVID protocols in my opinion! Thank you for being so easy to work with and professional!

This was the best autobody shop experience I have ever had. Brian went above and beyond to help me out. He showed unbelievable knowledge and did an amazing job communicating everything to me. Did great body work after an accident. Found some paint problems under recall from the manufacturer and took care of them while they were at it. Among my best experiences with a repair shop in my entire life. I drive out of my way to deal with these gentlemen and you will not be disappointed doing the same. Thanks guys!!

We had the folks here at Vision Auto inspect our car after a collision with a deer. The vehicle was deemed a total loss and they worked with me on the process. It was disappointing to know a deer could do so much damage, but the folks here did their best to work with me and my insurance company through the whole process. They take personal responsibility to insure excellent customer satisfaction and I can highly recommend them.

I have taken my car to Vision twice for body work and both times my expectations were exceeded. Their work is flawless, they pay attention to detail, and they don't cut corners (which in my experience seems rare these days). They also have the best customer service ever! Everyone who works there is helpful and kind, but I really cannot explain how awesome the office manager/coordinator/does-it-all guy, Bryan, is at his job. He goes above and beyond to help, and he had my back with the insurance company. I never write reviews, but these guys are truly deserve a shout out. Even if I move out of Woodbridge, I'm still going to bring my car to them. Thanks so much to everyone at Vision, you rock!!
