Took my 22 BMW X4 after a slight fender bender. Their repair time was quick, they kept constant communication during the process, and the work looks flawless. You would never be able to tell I put someone s tow hitch through my bumper lol. The staff were all thoroughly professional and pleasant to work with.

I had my doubts about about how my bumper and trunk would look afterwards. I am very happy to say that I can't even tell that my rear bumper was hit/smashed or that the trunk was misaligned. Great job!! Thanks to those who got my Camry looking good!!

Crash Champions (formally Service King) did a fantastic job on my Hyundai Palisade which was hit by an unknown drive in a hospital parking garage while I was hospitalized. I call my insurance company and they suggested a couple of places I could take my vehicle to for repair. I chose Crash King, and I chose wisely.Brooke (receptionist) and Josh (my POC) were friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. And a special shout-out to Raymond (Manager) who has assembled a great team.Crash Champions took care of all the insurance paperwork, and I paid my deductible and drove away a very happy driver.The repair work was extensive, and the Palisade looks like new. Everything worked (sensors, lights, etc.) as it was designed to work. The paint work blended in with the rest of the vehicles paint. They were able to use all OEM replacement parts as well. During the entire process they kept me informed of the progress of the repairs.The work was finished ahead of schedule, and I am ecstatic with the results. If you ever have the misfortune of having an accident, I highly recommend Crash Champions for your repair.Dave

Got connected through USAA and had it serviced here because of the good ratings I came across online. The driver door and mirror, fender, and bumper were damaged in my accident. When I got it back my driver side window tint had a deep scratch from bottom to top, also had small deep scratch on bottom center. Not worth the argument, but funny no scratches on any other window except the door they fixed. But the work they did is great, the front desk staff very friendly. Just can t give a good review if your car has new damage when you get it back. Won t ever use them again, but they have no issues with getting clients.Oh, Hertz is next door inside Pep Boys, way cheaper than enterprise, more convenient, and more options better quality rentals if you re getting a rental. Had a dent on the rear door of my SUV and the dent repair, paint, and molding trim replacements made it look perfect - as if it never happened. The GM at this Woodbridge location personally made sure they met all my expectations and even had the car's exterior detailed because of the pollen and tree sap that had fallen on the car while it was at the shop. Attention to detail and professional service - that's what I was looking for and that's what I received. This review was a 5 until a SAFETY issue made it a 1. SMH, I can't even make this stuff up. Read on.The terrible: As my teenage son prepares to drive his vehicle away from the lot, he notices wheel locks in the cup holder and an alert from the tire pressure monitoring system. He brings it to my attention, and without knowing the seriousness of the error, I inform the front desk about the issue. A gentleman comes to the front and spends a protracted time searching through the vehicle records to determine whose error this was before looking at the car himself. Again, I have no idea about the significance of the error. He returns. Tells me that they did not have the key for the wheel locks and stripped them off, which means they have to be replaced. After a few inquiries about why they never asked for the key to the wheel locks, etc..., I find I was ignorant of what a wheel lock is. The 5th bolt on the wheel. So...my TEENAGE SON was about to drive off the lot in a vehicle that had 4/5 bolts on his 2 back wheels. Had it not been for his keen observation, he could have had a TERRIBLE accident.I'm then advised that it's my choice if I want my son to drive the vehicle without it's proper number of bolts, but that they would talk to the insurance adjuster to certify replacing the locks...despite never asking us for the keys (I'll leave that issue to Progressive to dispute). I don't care what ANYONE has to say about the odds for a wheel with 4/5 bolts in place falling off the vehicle mid-drive. The car manufacturer certified 5 bolts not 4 as SAFE. I will be speaking with Progressive about this incident.The bad: I inquired if they had normal tire bolts instead of wheel locks as an interim solution. My son is a commuter college student and, due to his age and the fact that the driver-at- fault who hit him was uninsured, we have been sharing my vehicle for just over a month. I was told no they don t have bolts on hand, however, in my estimation, ANYONE who has ever worked in maintenance knows that there's ALWAYS a "parts expendable bin" with simple, non-manufacturer specific parts available (pins, bolts, screws etc). A wheel lock, as the gentleman explained, can be gotten for $30 at any auto parts store. But their actual hang up is claiming the expense from the insurance company. Forward to the next day. I call to see if they've installed the wheel locks and if the car is ready for pickup...and I'm told the part is inbound tomorrow morning and the car should be ready tomorrow. THEIR ERROR resulted in 2 additional days without the use of our vehicle. My son has been ubering to school when my vehicle hasn't been available. Over a month. Imagine the expense.A recap: Day 1 Safety Issue noted during "pick up." Day 2 GM advises the front desk to relay to me that the wheel lock is inbound (again, $30 any auto parts store was the conversation I had on Day 1. Was this thing being shipped from Jablip???). Day 3 Pickup.The good I originally intended to highlight: Despite hoping for a faster turnaround than 1 month (my son uses the vehicle to commute to college), they had the vehicle "ready" on the date as projected. The front desk staff were pleasant and equally patient on the phone. They had a text and online update feature, which they also mirrored in conversation. No deviation from the script. I respect when communication is seamless. I also understand promises create problems if not kept, so I appreciate that they didn't fluff the situation.

Bumper replacement repair lasted about 2 weeks. Part feel off on highway. I returned to Collision King and was told the part was in back order. I returned again with same response that they would contact me when part available, several months later and I still have not heard a word and phone calls are not responded to. Have contacted USAA regarding this egregious repair work. Individuals at front desk were all pleasant.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible experience. Enough incompetence that I am writing a letter to Geico to never recommend this shop for future referrals. Charges were absurd for a simple fender bender ($4k) (even though we were not charged directly in this other party fault accident). Time for repairs were equally absurd (2 weeks). Car was returned with dead battery and dashboard indicator of open hatch door (the area repaired). All in all stay away from this location. They are incompetent at best in collision repair.

I had Service King repair the bumper on my car following an accident. Customer service was excellent. They keep you updated on the work progress and estimated completion of the repair by text. Damage done on my vehicle from being hit was awesomely repaired. My vehicle was ready when promised. Front desk representatives was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful.I would without a doubt if need be, return to service King again, and I would gladly advise others to seek their service.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Service King. We took our car in for a simple fender bender/bumper repair, but they finished the work ahead of schedule.Jeff is my guy. What a legend. He communicated clearly and often with me throughout the entire process and fought to get me OEM parts despite what I have to imagine was an overhead loss for the shop.It was always about the customer, not the shop. Thats incredibly rare in my experience.The repair work looks flawless. Jeff walked around the car with me at pickup to ask if I had questions. And they even cleaned the car to boot (I have two young kids, this was a significant added bonus!)In all - I hope to not be in a position where I need them again, but if I do, I'll only take my car to Jeff and the crew at Service King going forward!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had when getting my car repaired. They were able to get me in quickly, they kept me updated through the entire process, the staff were so friendly and the work was outstanding. GEICO has them listed as one of their preferred body shops. Unfortunately, I totaled my Ford Transit Connect van and had their professional staff evaluate it.Top notch professionals who love their craft! I highly recommend this body shop. A++ service. Returning from work one Friday afternoon, a driver hit my car. Getting into an auto accident is always a very stressful situation. When working with my insurance company who referred me to Service King Woodbridge, I knew I was in good hands. The moment I dropped off my car, they were able to give me an estimate and was quickly provided a rental car through Enterprise on the spot. They always kept me up-to-date on everything-when they were still waiting on the parts, to let me know they started work (once parts arrived), and when it was complete.For the car itself, the quality of work was excellent. You could never tell it was in an accident. My car needed a new passenger side fender and a new hood and a headlight. I got my car repaired and picked it up in June after waiting 2 months for them to get the parts and get the car repaired. Just today another 2 months later, I find that they never put on my door mouldings. Prior to this, I had to come in because they never cleaned the car and it was so dusty inside. Then my passenger side windows and window trim had spots on it either from overspray or something else and it just wont come off after I had them clean it. I just let it go and did not fuss about it. This is unprofessional and shoddy work. I am currently waiting for them to fix this issue.Service: Body & Trim

This was my third time requiring auto body repair from Service King Woodbridge. Excellent service for the previous two times. The repaired areas were completely unnoticeable after the repairs. The third trip required rework a couple of times before I was satisfied which is why I gave a rating of 4 stars. However, the company representatives recognized the issues with the repairs as well when I pointed them out and assured me that they would be fixed. Ashley Fleming was the service representative that corresponded with me and she was very friendly and professional. She provided excellent business to customer interactions. She assured that I was satisfied with the service performed by Service King. In the end my car looked great.

The managers Casey and Anthony were awesome! They knew exactly what to do with my car and now it s in perfect condition! If something is wrong with your car I definitely recommend you to come see this place. You will not be disappointed! The customer service was just phenomenal too!

Ms. Casey is an excellent provider of customer service and care! She was able to assess my surface damage to my vehicle, explain that they could take care of it by simply buffing the paint off, and that I would not need to process it as a claim through my insurance.I waited about 20 minutes- my car was back to looking beautiful with the buff and they even gave my girl a complementary wash...all FOR FREE!Service King is definitely gonna be my go to for any of these types of needs in the future!

From our initial interaction with Service King on the day of the incident to the towing of our vehicle to the completion of the repairs to picking up our vehicle, we are completely happy and satisfied with everything! The customer service at Service King is one of a kind! Excellent customer service like what we experienced with Service King is very hard to come by nowadays. The staff at Service King have been beyond helpful and friendly every time I have walked through their doors! Dealing with collisions and repairs can be a frustrating experience, but they strive to make it as easy as possible. Even three months after a bumper replacement they quickly got me in to resolve a faulty sensor issue with no hassle. The dealership wanted to charge $700 for it. Shawn Kang and Service King stand by their work, and I am thankful for their professionalism and genuine customer care.

Actually I took my car to Service King to be repaired and it was my first time to visit that place. The service was good and the staff communicated very well and listened attentively to me. The stipulated time to finish repairing my car was 10 days. Suprisingly it was repaired in 5 days, and the staff even washed it. Through out process they updated me and also kept in contact with my insurance. Very pleased!
