I've been bringing my vehicles here for over a decade!!!! This place is awesome!!! Pics are my current truck that just got everything finished up yesterday sitting in front of my house. Shout out to Brandon! He's super friendly, chill, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how much each part was going to cost with labor included. I had to have a couple of parts special ordered, but the whole process was smooth and easy the whole way through. Pleasure doing business with y'all!! If you are in the market for custom accessories and/or window tinting, going to QT is probably the best choice you can make.

I have been wanting to purchase new tires, wheels and a lift kit for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler and did much research on what I wanted. When it came time to make the purchase I chose Quality Tires. One, because my son had attended school where the owner's wife worked and I found the family to be trustworthy people so it was a no brainer for me AND because my husband had used them to buy tires for his truck. The day I made the decision I stopped in day one day at lunch and Dion assisted me. He was very patient with me as I told him what I wanted and answered all my questions. He took the time to research what I wanted and write out a list of what everything would cost. I told him I would call back when I was ready to make the appointment to do the work. When I did he was very helpful and told me he would get all the parts ordered and then schedule a time for the work. He kept me up to date when some items took longer than expected and had to push back my day to drop it off. The work took about 2 days and I have to say I was not disappointed! To my surprise they also added a spare tire wheel light which was a slight additional cost but I didn't mind because I was going to purchase one anyway at some point so it saved me the time. They also saved the old rims for my Jeep so I could give those to my son for his Jeep. I love the way my jeep turned out and my husband and I will continue to use Quality Tire for our tire and vehicle modification needs!

Bought my car used and a headlight went out. Went to get it fixed but there was after-market work done and 2 places told me they couldn t fix it but I was referred to Quality Tire. I took it to them and before I could even get through the IKEA which is a short walk away they called me and told me it was done. Will definitely go to them again

These folks did an amazing job on my Jeep. They beat the competition on price, big time! Worth every penny! If you want some custom offroad work done you have got to come here!

I had the best experience here that i have gotten at a car shop. Dion went far and beyond to help me with my LED lights. I highly recommend anyone looking for car assistane or additions to check out Quality Tire. They are in a class above others.

Jeff and everyone at quality tire have gone above and beyond to get my truck to the point it is now. They have done Wheels and tires, exhaust, intake, bullbar, tailgate light, lift and window tinting and I plan on having them do even more! Customer service is on point and they do a great job to get you in and out as quick as possible while still working magic on your vehicle. THANKS GUYS!!!

Great place they do everything and have a knowledgeable staff very professional great waiting room they do good trusted work they did my rins and tires and fast too they are great and they approve there work I love this place utx good to know u can go somewhere and feel confident like family

I usually don t leave bad reviews but these guys wasted my afternoon. This is supposed to be a Off-Road Tire shop supporting larger and lifted trucks. Called ahead of time to inquire about tires. They first quoted $200 over the average online price so I decided to order my own since I was told by them that I can t book an appt. Until I have the Merch in my possession. Ok. Cool! They say it ll be $55 per tire. Ok cool. When I show up they come out and inform me after taking my vehicle that it would be $80. Ok still cool guys.Then they come out once more and inform me they couldn t do the work because their impact drive doesn t have enough power/pressure to remove 24 inch adapter lugs. I d expect Pep Boys to say this but not a so-Called off-Road Tire shop. Especially after trying to gouge me on prices twice and ensuring they would be able to do the work, even saying we quoted you wrong when you booked the appt but we ll have to up-charge you more. C mon Guys, Tighten up!

best truck and tire place in the virginia area i left a wrong review for them it was for another truck lift store in woodbridge and left the bad review for this one and i messed up this was the place that satisfied me they are professional and fast with there service they put my new rims and tires on i think it was like in the next 2 days i brought it in waited and boom it was all hooked up i loved it they have a nice waiting room with tv vending machine and its just a great place to get a lift and or rims and ties and they cheap too i went to alexandria for a lift they said 1,250 i go to quality tire and the lift is 510 big difference i recommend them and everybody needs to check them out now i just gave yall that big price difference and they service is A plus i wouldnt go anywhere else this place is god sent to the area im glad i checked my reviews because i had truly accidently gave this place a bad review and it was meant for another place definitely not this place

Very knowledgeable and helped me get my used tires mounted and balanced when other shops wouldn't. Very fair pricing and had me in and out within an hour (remove wheels from car, dismount 4 bad tires, mount 4 tires, balance 4 tires, install 4 wheels).

Brandon was super helpful giving me options and a quote over the phone. Dropped the truck off on the morning for a level kit, tire replacement, and tint. Picked up later that day and the truck rides as good as ever. Thanks!

My first time going to this shop had a great experience with Dion, Brian & Chris! I wanted specific rims for my BMW; Dion helped me order the rims I wanted in my price range, advised me on the accessory I wanted; told me to bring the car back once I had the accessory and they would install for me, which I did; and Chris installed faster than expected. This shop exceeded my expectations.

Jeff, Brian and their team are without measure from my perspective. Singularly outstanding service. No peer when it comes to automotive service standards. I have been a customer of Quality Tire for 19 years. Their service, great pricing and attention to detail on installation is the very best in my opinion. I will not purchase a car-related product from anyone else but Quality Tire. If they do not have the product, they will research and tell you where you need to go to purchase regardless if it is a no sale to them. They have a wonderful company. I give my highest recommendation to the Quality Tire team!

5 star service! Got my windows tinted here last spring and have been so pleased with the outcome. Perfect tint job, wonderful service from start to finish, and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've sent 3 of my friends here who have recently bought new cars and they have all been just as pleased. Brought my mom's brand new car here yesterday and had another flawless, wonderful experience. Same staff, perfect tint job, and they only had the car for a few short hours. They do excellent work at a fair price and I highly recommend Quality Tire to everyone I know.

Went here for the first time I was recommended by a friend who used to work there. I needed 4 new tires for my car at an affordable price and they took care of me, didn t take that long, good customer service, and I m happy with the results :) sending more people their way :)

I went in this past Saturday so Brian could take a look at the aftermarket headlights and tail lights I purchased for my 05 4 Runner I set up my appointment for Wednesday (today). Brian told me up front to drop off at noon and he will have it ready by 4pm. I dropped it off today and I kid you not at 4:01pm I got a call saying my truck was ready. Everyone who I spoke with while I was there was so kind and professional. Everything was perfect when I went to my truck and looked at the lights. I would 100% recommend them and I will be returning for more upgrades.

Fabulous! These guys are amazing, specially anything you need for modifications. They were done in an hour for my headlights and fog lights while I worked using their wifi in the store!! I will 1000 percent will go back to do them for more upgrades in the future. Highly recommend this place. They are honest and not greedy like some of those dealerships service center.

Great service! Very helpful! We were driving from Maryland to North Carolina when I noticed a bubble in the sidewall of my tire. We were close to Quality Tires so I went there to see if someone could help us. Brian could not have been nicer, more willing to help and knowledgeable. He checked the tire, told me what he thought was the problem, and recommended that I should not continue driving on it. He then helped me get a new tire (easily recommending what tire fit my needs) and quickly had it installed. He also had the rest of the tires checked so we could get back on the road as soon as possible. From the moment we pulled up outside of Quality Tires until we left with our new tire, I could not have had a better experience. The waiting area was perfect for my daughter and her friend who found a cool place on a warm day to get some water and recharge their phones.

Quality Tire provided me with a great experience. I called several areas to check tire prices and Jeff answered the phone. Jeff gave me a great deal compared to many other local shops, including Costco next door. Jeff was very customer service orientated and answered all my questions. My tires were ordered and ready the next day. The day of service, Jeff was there, and I was only in the store for approximately two seconds before I was greeted. The tires were mounted very quickly and I have absolutely no complaints. I will use Quality Tire for my Ford F-150 again!

Brian was phenomenal running the front desk, simultaneously addressing customer questions and handling calls like a pro. He minimized customer wait time by having customers fill out forms while he went out to the parking lot with other customers to ensure he got their service ticket right, and didn't keep people on hold too long. He was very calm, very professional, and very knowledgeable about the business and made everyone feel like their time was valuable. If the quality of the technical service is half as good as the quality of customer service, I'll never go anywhere else again!

Great customer service and prices. I looked around for 2 days to change my customs to my factory rims and everyone gave me unreasonable prices. These guys took care of me and charged me 50% of what everyone else was charging. If your military like me in live in the area, I highly recommend. Top tier service.

I personally have done business with this place which came highly recommended by a dealership where I purchased my recently new Jeep. And like most Jeep enthusiasts, I m getting into the modifying of my Jeep. I have to say, I ve learned a lot from doing business with the folks at Quality Auto. Everything is trial and error but at the end of the day, once they figured out what I m looking to do with my truck, I am a satisfied customer. Everyone isn t going to get every single thing % but this business comes close to it. They are extremely busy, but that s understandable, from the work I ve seen them do. I m gonna stay a customer, I like their work, they were very patient with me, and as a woman in this man s world of auto mechanics, it means a lot. I want to understand what s being done to my vehicle and why and how it works, so far they ve been very upfront with me. Just be clear what you re asking for, and be upfront about what s up with your vehicle to get the best results for the services being rendered. Thanks guys, I look forward to doing more business with you all.
