Immediate service! I did not have to wait all day for a technician. Immediate service with a knowledgeable and helpful tech that came out to unlock my car door and noticed a defect in the lock. I went to their shop without an appointment. All repairs were immediately completed along with programming a new key fob. Highly recommend! Patient, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable prices!

Man!!! I have to say this is the best service I have ever had!! Eric and Jerry hooked me up. I would have spent thousands of dollars chasing an issue of my wireless entry and remote start not working. The figured it out and saved me a ton of money. This is the best Locksmith in Virginia!!!! Husband has old broken car key that toddler can open and potentially be exposed to a button battery. Came in here to get it fixed. Everything was quick and easy. No issues. Recommend this place!

Good Customer serivces. I went there to install a key fob shell for Toyota Camry because some button from key fob shell was missing other then that it was working fine. They help to install a missing button on my key fob when I asked for money how much the guy didn t charge me to replace the missing button. Really Appreciate the good Customer service. Normally you went to lock smiths they tried to upsell product!! But at this location the staff was help and friendly. Excellent customer service

Jerry was very accommodating, courteous, and patient and holds knowledge that can only be gained through many years of experience. He is a seasoned locksmith who successfully reprogrammed my sole key and programmed a spare amidst underlying and existing electrical issues my vehicle had. I highly, highly recommend his services !!!

Had a broken lock that the key would not turn. They expertly fixed the problem and then took the time to explain the problem and the fix if it happens again. Very professional and very helpful. Obviously they are outstanding at what they do. I highly recommend them

Couldn't get into my safe after a long period of no use. I had the combo, but an hour on youtube and I was still nowhere. I called and Jerry identified that it was a direct entry safe which had a different opening sequence than I'd been trying. He walked me through the new one and I was able to get into the safe immediately. No cost, no service call, didn't have to take time from work to meet someone, just helping me out without a financial return. I haven't had that in a long time. I'll be coming back the next time I need a locksmith.

Earlier in the week one of my Plumbing van s got broken into. I remembered my mother in law used pro-key and decided to give them a call about installing extra locks on my van. Jerry immediately answered all my questions and within a few days they installed my new locks. I m extremely pleased with the price and really happy they didn t order some cheap locks.

I lost the keys to my car, and they were at my house within 20 minutes. The owner was very professional and patiently explained everything to me over the phone. The technician who came opened my car very fast and was so kind. He made a new key to my car within minutes. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be using Pro-keys for any locksmith needs I have in the future. Thank you guys so much. Highly recommend!!

Great experience getting some new keys cut for my car after the old ones broke. They took care of me quickly and gave me straightforward instructions to program the new keys and ensure they were working. Though it was quick work, the price was more than fair compared to going to a dealer. Thanks!

Just got keys programmed by Jerry at Pro-Keys after paying over a hundred dollars for the key at the dealership. Jerry was very friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly honest. He had to recut the key because the dealership did not cut it properly (which he didn t even charge me extra to do) and then programmed it all within about 15 minutes. His prices were less than half of what the dealership charges and everything works perfectly! I m so glad I found this place and am already planning on getting spare keys for my other vehicles. Save your money and time and skip the dealership and go see Jerry at Pro-Keys Locksmith Services!

Highly Recommended by meStaff is very Professional , Well mannered , nice behavior and Experts in their work. I need keys for my glass storm door , the service guy did it maximum 40 minutes, so quick and did an excellent job. Keep it up

Great service and friendly guy. He got mr my keys out of my car quick and fast, which I appreciate. The only problem is now that the lock on my door from where he got the keys out of is broken. I'm not sure what's wrong with it, but it messed with the light sensors in my car, and the lock on the makes a weird noise. I also probably won't call this place again cause the price was absolutely ridiculous.

These guys are GREAT!! 1st they are the only locksmith I could find in the area that would work on my Harley,,They arrived sooner than promised, cut a new ignition key within 15 minutes and got me out of a bad situation,,Highly recommended, especially for motorcycles

I don't typically leave reviews, but had a great experience with Pro-Keys Locksmith that I wanted to pass along.I needed a spare key for my vehicles, the dealer was going to charge several hundred dollars each. Pro-Keys was able to hook me up for a small fraction of the price. They had a couple issues cutting it the first time, but the communication and customer service was fantastic. Shout out to Jacob for all the help and getting it done. Thanks! Would definitely recommend their services to others!

I went to their shop with a rusted out motorcycle gas tank that was unused for 15 years. I had cleared the rust, but the lock still didn't work. They pulled out their picking tools and had it opened quickly. Truly great service.

I needed a new remote/key for my 2009 Lincoln Navigator. Ford quoted my $300+, Ace hardware was $200+ and thankfully Pro keys locksmith was only $79 (since I had ordered a key off Amazon). The $79 included cutting the key and programming. The entire process only took approximately 20 minutes. Quick service and reasonable pricing. I will definitely return for all my key services.
