The best thing about ordering a new jeep is the quality of the salesmen. Mike Long made this experience the most enjoyable. An over the top experience!!!It started with a great conversation with David BlackWhen I arrived to look at the car and complete the deal Ali Elhage (AJ) answered all my questions making the buying process an easy one.I can't recommend him enough!He went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly!We went to go look at the car it was a little dirty and had a dead battery.When I came back to pickup my car it looked great inside and outIt also had a brand new battery !Would recommend and would buy from againEveryone really made it a great car buying experience !!!Truly a 5* rating

I had to take my truck in for an extended warranty repair. James Modesitt was the service advisor, I scheduled the repair through, and he kept me informed when the parts arrived and when the work was completed. James was very knowledgeable about the parts, warranty information, and provided a complete breakdown of the services provided. It was one of the better overall experiences I've had at a dealership especially with it being an extended warranty repair. The repair was done right the first time and I'm very satisfied with the work they did.

Great experience! Z was our primary salesperson, but everyone was very friendly and the teamwork made the experience much more pleasant. No pushy sales people! I got a used Toyota Corolla and Z took his time explaining the carfax and warranty info. Cleaning and detailing before purchase was great. Would definitely use them again for future purchases.

Bought a car here in September and have been met with the best customer service. My sales representative Ali AJ Elhage and finance manager Michael Ko were able to answer all questions I had and helped take care of any concerns I had before the purchase with utmost professionalism. I was an out of state prospective buyer and this was the simplest car experience I have ever had. The coordination and communication are what set this dealership team apart from others. Jack Linton was very responsive, provided detailed information by phone/email and answered many questions I had about the vehicle and buying process. Mo made the paperwork and finance process easy and stress free. Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership.

I was in the market for a Ram Limited 19 and above in black or white. I was having a hard time finding one in my price range/driving distance and then came across a white one that Ourisman had recently gotten in. I sent an email and my salesman, Jack Linton, promptly reached out to me. Jack is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I know there s a stigma that comes with being a car salesman, but I got the impression Jack was a genuinely good, honest dude. He offered to fly me out to the area on their dime since it was going to be a 6 hour drive. I declined as I assumed that would ve been used against me somehow in the negotiations. I was concerned with the frame of the truck as far as rust goes. Jack went and took multiple videos and pictures of the underside of the truck and sent them to me. When I arrived at the dealer, Jack had the truck pulled up for me and ready to test drive. Truck was in amazing shape. There was an issue with the tailgate opening and Jack promptly had his service manager check it out. I had my own financing so I didn t have to do much with their financing dept. They offered me a warranty beyond what was already on the truck. I declined and appreciated them not trying to pressure me into buying it. Overall, I had a pleasant experience using Ourisman CDJR in Woodbridge and would go back as long as Jack was the point man. I think my salesman Jack was the sole reason for my pleasant experience. He was very busy as he was working with me and another customer both the same time but he kept things moving in a timely manner and was very professional and well organized. One observation I did have was I was watching Jack go back and forth to me and the other customers he had, and it didn t seem like he was getting much help. There s were a few other guys who sat at their desks the entire times and didn t say/do anything. Seemed like that man could ve used a little help! The price on the truck was fair. I tried to talk Jack down a few different times but he didn t budge. Ourisman has it stated on their website that they are a no haggle pricing dealership and I found that to be the case. I have always negotiated the prices down on the previous cars I have purchased but the dealerships always find a way to throw in some unexpected fee in that basically negates the negotiated price. That wasn t the case at Ourisman. The price was cut and dry. There was the price of the car, the sales tax, $999 doc fee, and $150 fee for NC registration. That was it cut and dry. So If you try and negotiate the price you re probably wasting your time with these guys. Their prices are pretty fair as is. I found better prices elsewhere but then the dealers were trying to add $950 cleaning/ceramic coating fees, $750 Window tint fees, etc. you don t get any of that here with this bunch. Last but certainly not least, to the general manager, get those salesmen some A/C in their offices!!

Recently bought a car with Ourisman and Ike Lemuwa was the sales rep. Ike was great to work with and would definitely recommend. Traveled about an hour to purchase the vehicle after shopping other dealerships. Ike was not pushy like other places and a pleasure to work with. Worth the trip. Thank you Ike!!

After getting all of my car maintenance and oil changes and tire rotations done at this dealership. I find out that the package I've been purchasing was changed and I was never notified until my 65k tires need to be replaced at 32k miles. Management, advisors and technicians need to do a better job of being transparent and taking some responsibility when they drop the ball. They basically said welp it's on you. Why go to the experts when they don't do their part. The deal they offered is the same deal/special they offered prior to me realizing that I wasn't receiving tire rotations.

I bought a used vehicle from this fine establishment and I have to say I have not seen customer service like this in any dealership. My salesman Alonso was very professional and was very helpful in finding my next vehicle. I found some things on the vehicle that needed touch ups and Alonso was copying down all he and I saw wrong and needed to be fixed. Alonso followed up with me and even came in on his day off to come into work to help not just me but other customers as well. All around a very easy car buying process.

This is my second time to have Demetrius as my Service Consultant. The first repair took a couple of days and he kept me informed throughout the process, which was greatly appreciated. He even had the jeep cleaned. Above and beyond my expectations! This morning I had the jeep towed, and once again he was very professional, and let me know the plan for repair. He is great! Chris Beltran and the team at Ourisman CDJR was great! I our overall buying experience was excellent. Inventory search online for my vehicle was easy, online contact and appointment setup was seamless, and Chris kept me updated on the availability status daily to ensure we did not waste a trip to see the car we were interested in! The other Sales and Finance manager provided ample options and details, and they worked with us on various pricing options. Great experience at Ourisman Chrysler, Jeep, Ram of Woodbridge and especially with Sales Consultant Ms. Carissa Parr. Carissa was both accommodating and super-responsive in facilitating my recent purchase of a 2021 Ram. No detail was too small for her to run down. Her attention to the little things sealed the deal. Highly recommend Carissa if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle in the area.

Jack is the best , if you need a car come and ask for Jack. He s the most patient salesman I ve met. I came here looking for a jeep grand Cherokee and he helped me get mine at a sweet deal and was patient about the whole thing as I kept checking and double checking everything, trying to make sure it was good deal but Jack never got frustrated he was patient and provided everything I asked for. I waited 30 days to leave this review so I can make sure nothing goes wrong but so far everything is good . Go see JACK

Such an amazing experience at the (new) Ourisman Dodge dealership. My salesperson, Dominique was a pleasure to work with. She answered questions before I arrived, had paper work done to reduce my time spent purchasing the vehicle, and had the best follow up I ve ever had from buying a vehicle. This dealership also had a concierge, Jennifer who helped me to understand extra services they provided but not in a pushy way at all. My finance manager, Daniel, was very clear on pricing and payments, and worked above and beyond with me to get into what I felt comfortable with. I had a great conversation with him as well, and I believe that is a common theme for the staff here - I felt like I was able to temporarily join a group of people who really enjoyed their jobs and put the customer at heart. Will definitely be buying another vehicle in the future.

I had a very good experience with the people at Ourisman in Woodbridge. My salesperson Devon was friendly and helpful throughout the process from the time I initially came in to take a look around. He kept in touch after I went home to think about which car I wanted and answered questions for me along the way. When I came back to buy the car, he was ready to go and we got the whole process wrapped up quickly and efficiently. Not the usual super high pressure sales tactics and everyone at the dealership was very forthcoming with information when I needed it. A shout out also goes to sales manager David, concierge Natalie and Finance manager Sham for keeping the process moving smoothly and working hard to get me on the road quickly! Great crew here and I would recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, my husband s experience at the deslership wasn t as great as others. We liked the salesman Peter. But, when it was time to finance they tried to give him an awful loan. The salesman provided a price, but the finance dept tacked on additional fees from the total price provided by the salesman. They claimed that his credit wasn t great. During the process the finance manager was giving him attitude and told him that he wasted their time. It was horrible. They tried calling him multiple times to come back but my husband refused due to the lack of professionalism. My husband went to another jeep dealership and purchased the same brand new 2023 Jeep Renegade for a cheaper amount and favorable terms and interest rate. We will never return to this dealership.

Highly recommend. I have been using Ourisman in Woodbridge for service for a few years and when my car unexpectedly kicked the bucket, they made it really simple and easy to get back on the road. AJ was generous, patient, and super accommodating with my kids!
