Really nice place!! Booked an appointment for a flat tire and Chris was a real professional. He went ahead and got me situated, explained the process, and was really accommodating. Everything went smoothly and I m really happy on how everything turned out! Look for Chris and he ll definitely give you an A+ on customer service! Highly recommend this place!!

Great service and prices! Was told I could get brand new tires on the day of in less than an hour and it was done! Super quick and friendly environment. Chris is the man!

Chris was very professional! Helped me with getting four new tires on my car and I did not have appointment but he took me right away! I also did not have my wheel locks but he was able to get them off for me at a good price! Go see Chris for great prices and great customer service!

Amazing service! Came in last minute right before they closed and Muhammad N. was so helpful he got my tire patched and sensors replaced and my wait time was under an hour! Their prices were reasonable too highly recommend.

Terrible service! I bought 4 tires for my car including the warranty according to the guy at the desk. Then I went back 3 weeks later because I had a nail on one of my tires. But to my surprise I have no warranty and they tried selling me another brand new tire and this time I could buy the warranty for all the tires..... complete scam shop. This NTB is a scam and their service sucks.

Muhammad N. was very nice and helpful! There was so many things wrong with my car that I had no idea, But he took the time to explain everything and even help me set an appointment for my next visit!!! I ll definitely be returning for another service!

I came in with a tire air pressure issue which I was really concern. The air pressure light was coming on and off. The mechanic found it only had a nail. So, it was a fast and good result. Thank you for always helping me with my car issues. It can be a big or small issue and always is fix! Thanks a lot to Chris!!!

Store Manager John was great to work with at the NTB on Telegraph Rd. I spoke to him first over the telephone where he helped me to compare tires, pick the most appropriate ones for my SUV and schedule next day service. He also worked the price to include all applicable discounts. He and his staff were pleasant and professional when I arrived. They serviced my vehicle promptly and I left a happy customer. I highly recommended John and the folks at NTB on Telegraph Rd for new tire mount and balancing along with 4 wheel alignment.

If I could give negative I would. The people here are a piece of work. It was totally unprofessional to lie about how long it will take to finish and be an hour and 11 minutes late. They don t know what time management is. There was no I m sorry or explanation. I wasn t told how my car was but I was the one asking when it ll be done or what the situation was. I was there for 5 hours. They kept adding minutes each time I checked cuz apparently they can t do their job efficient. I find it hilarious how they weren t busy but other people who came after me, left hours before I did. They even were worried why I wasn t done yet. I find it funny how, a job that was 3 hours and a half was stretched to be 4 hours and 44 minutes. Thanks to you I was late to work. I was there early and first in line (7:57 am to be exact and you opened at 8:00am. I was waiting in the car since 7:50am) but you still couldn t do your work right.

Brought my truck in to have a screw removed and my tire patched. Turns out I had 2 screws in one tire and a piece of metal in another. John was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process and gave me a great price for the repairs. Couldn t recommend this NTB enough!

Outstanding service! Came in to see if they could replace and install one tire for my BMW M3, after running around in other places and being told NO, Ronald at NTB was at the front desk and asked me how he could help me. I explained to him my circumstances and he was so helpful, I got my vehicle towed to his facility at Telegraph Road in Woodbridge that night and the following day I got call from Ronald, let me know that he got my tire replaced , wheel cleaned and installed at no charges Amazing!!!That is what I call COSTUMER SERVICE FIRST Even though their prices were reasonable.I will highly recommend to contact Ronald at NTB and rest assured he will not let you down specially in stressful situations.Thank you for your phenomenal treatment and work ethic, you got my business for now on.Best RegardsEric

I have been using this specific NTB location for years. However, I need to commend John and Chris for their awesome work. I called on a Friday while at work for a dead battery. I couldn't get there until after work and John worked with me. I got there and I fully expected to leave the car overnight, which was fine. John and Chris tested the battery and it was no good, so not only did they switch out the battery for me they also checked my tires since the tire light was on and they filled up the tires since they were low. I was in and out in less that 30 minutes. They are both amazing and wonderful people. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great work guys!!!!

Amazing experience dealing with John at this location. He was very patient and kind to explain different tires to me. John gave me a great price. I really appreciate his expertise. I highly recommend this location.

We were on our way from Pennsylvania after picking up my sister who had a serious brain injury and fractured neck I noticed a huge bubble on my tire so I went over to this location.When I went into the store I was greeted by a very nice guy named John ,He told us he could get 2 tires on for us even though it was close to store closing .We were very happy for his kindness .John also then made us aware that all the tires were in horrific shape . He then showed me the tires, I was so glad we stopped there.John seemed very concerned with our well being, especially after he found out we still had a long drive until we got home.He was very caring and is definitely an asset to your company. Great experience I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

This NTB location is the best and they have wonderful customer service. Usually businesses will turn you away when they re close to closing time and I hate to be that person but I was desperate as I rely on my vehicle for work. Ronaldo didn t hesitate to help me when I walked in and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Ronaldo and his buddy Cifuentes helped me resolve the issues I was having with my vehicle and I felt like they took their time even though I m sure they both wanted to get home after a long day of work. I commend these two young men for their professionalism and dedication to their work!

John and the staff were absolutely amazing! I had a mini blowout. They got me in and out within about an hour 1 (this is with replacing all 4 tires). I will happily be repeating service with this location and referring them to John.

Scheduled a 4-wheel alignment on my 2003 civic and Chris generously offered a 20% disc. Chris informed me of a seized nut on one of the tie-rods which had to be torched to loosen up but ran out of oxygen will call me to come back when new oxygen tank comes in to get the tie-rod fixed and saved me from having to spend on a new tie-rod. Very glad I contacted Chris.

My mother went to get a tire replaced and it took 5+ hours. I repeat, 5+ hours.She had an appointment there and got there early. Every time she asked about the car they gave her a later ready time. At first it was 11am, then it was 12pm, then it was 12:15pm then it was 3pm. She would ask when she thought her car would be done and every time she talked to one of the managers-in-training they would say "well, there's a lot of cars". That all got there after her. At one point they forgot she was waiting and she has to remind them that her car was still in the shop.Incredibly frustrating experience and we will not be going back.

As always, I received top service from the NTB Potomac Mills location specifically from Ronaldo! He was very thorough in explaining what work was needed and how the mechanics of the needed parts work. As a woman that isn t familiar with cars, I appreciated the teachable moment.~ Ms. Mitchell

I came here for service on 01/02/2024. The staff here, especially John, were kind and open with me about everything that needed done. I left with my car in much better condition than it was before I went. Would 100% recommend.

Bought a new set of tires after catching a flat. Staff were friendly and nice. Had a couple people in front of me. Was told to expect a two hour wait. Was in and out within one! Great job guys!

I know the younger techs or customer service reps have to learn but a manager or more experienced employee should stand by to assist at all times. They don't offer or suggest extra deals or service when getting service. Just sell you tires, don't bother asking about alignment, etc. This younger generation gonna send businesses downhill so fast they not gonna know what hit them!! Where are the older experienced employees? this lost generation sucks!

Ken was incredible. I came literally a minute before closing, and he helped me out with questions and helped me fill up my tire because nearby shops didn t work. Shoutout to him, he deserves a raise!

This NTB was good. John provided great customer service over the phone prior to my arrival. Then, upon arrival, he was able to meet my time constraints for a wheel alignment, knowing I d visited the 2 other, local NTBs and their machines were down.-Van

Today was a horrible day to get a flat tire but I was grateful for the pleasant experience. John could tell I was not in the best of moods and his kindness, small talk about life and communication meant so much to me. Prices and service was great but John made this terrible day a little less terrible but getting my car handled.

Bought tires about a year ago from NTB. Called about slow leak in one tire. Joe (Service Manger) at Telegraph NTB was very responsive and understood my concerns. He said could take care of the problem right away. Joe and his employee were very professional and quickly took care of the problem by replacing the tire valve stem. Service was outstanding.
