As a customer of NTB for many years Mr. John has always been a pleasure to interact with. He's patient and explanatory. His customer service is always a 10 even in the challenging moments of short staffing or frustrated customers. Three of my families vehicles have been well maintained as well with the techs on board.

This place is great, the customer service is on point. They are all nice. I came in for an oil change and Jo helped me out as soon as possible. He made sure everything was okay and informed me of anything going on with my vehicle. I will highly recommend coming here.

My wife got a nail in here tire and we noticed leaking on a Sunday morning. She was leaving the house within a few hours to go wedding dress shopping with our daughter. I called over and spoke with Mike and explained everything. He told me to bring it by and he had me fixed up and I was back home before my wife had to leave. Highly recommend them, very professional as well. Thank you Mike!

Wonderful service! So grateful they were open on a Sunday to repair my tire. Very friendly and welcoming, got my car in and out within the hour.

0800 appt for a tire balance, rotation, and oil change. At 09:26 a tech leaves me a voice mail. I am sitting in the waiting room. Car checks good just one thing tech thinks it needs an alignmment. Not sure of when the last one was done - new wife s car- and recognizing about every six months I elect to defer. Thinking I will now pay and leave. Not so fast at 09:40 tech tells me, known problem with fords is swollen lug nuts. In order to do the free tire rotation would need to buy 18 lug nuts and labor $300. So after one and a half hours car still not done. Car was finished at 9:55. One of three things addressed, oil changed, no free tire balance, no free tire rotation. Two hours time!

Went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Customer service was on point. Bruce (The manager) was able to provide an estimate of work on my vehicle. I recommend coming back to get services done.

Overpriced and they add on little things like a TPMS "kit" which they don't let you refuse for the $10 if you get your tires put on here. I told them I didn't want it and we had to go back and forth several times. They said they would wave the fee but I was still charged. Just find another place and save your money. It's not the money, it's the principal.

The service was great. The service personnel were all very professional and helpful. The only negative would be no coffee. Sure would make the wait time a lot more pleasant.

Super happy with the customer service I recieved from Mike. There were some bumps in the road and he was able to smooth everything out to get things to where we had an understanding. I appreciated the help along with the service and will be back.

John and the team at NTB were very helpful! I brought my car in with a flat tire as the shop was getting ready to close for the day, and they made room in their schedule for a quick repair. Overall this was a great experience!

I have been coming here for my oil changes for years. Everyone is friendly and courteous. The manager Bruce has always been especially helpful and accommodating. He has worked with me when I have had tire problems and has always offered useful advise. They have alerted me to potential issues with my tires before they became problems. I highly recommend this place.

I had an excellent experience at NTB with John taking care of my alignment. His expertise and customer service were exceptional. The alignment service was thorough, and I appreciated the attention to detail. I highly recommend NTB, especially with John on the team.

Caught a flat on 95 south and I am grateful it happened near the exit of this shop by 158 because not only did I get 4 brand new tires at a great but as soon as I walked in Auia Made me feel like this was going to be a great experience all around. Thank you Auia And Chris

Came in and spoke with John concerning a flat tire issue. After reviewing tire issue, it was not repairable. John was able to pull the tire specs and provide a tire to match the existing tires on my car.

The customer service displayed by the Service Manager on duty was fantastic! It was a last minute appointment booked at the end of a busy day and he was able to squeeze it in. The shop is thankful for this!!

Not at all impressed. They were friendly... but that's about it. I called the day ahead to get a quote. Gave my info, agreed on the price and made the appointment for the following day. I show up for the appointment and the counter person couldn't find the quote in the system. The "only tires" they had were $200 for 4 more than the one's agreed upon. After 10 minutes... he miraculously found my quote and the cheaper tires. I informed him that I would return in 2 and a half hours to pick up my car and I asked if that was long enough. His response was "oh yeah". I returned 3 and a half hours later and my car was up on the lift. I was informed that it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. The whole experience was very shady. Will not do business with this company again. It should not take 4 hours to change 4 tires and do an alignment when you have a scheduled appointment.

Each time I have serviced my vehicle at the Tacketts Mill location I recived excellent service from John each time. Excellent fast service! DEF recommend.

Bruce helped me all the way through the process of getting a new tire and inspection for damage, service was very speedy just under 2 hrs for two brand new tires, definitely recommend visiting here. Cost is affordable and service is quality!

This location, Tacketts Mill Shopping Center, was very accommodating for squeezing in this last minute appointment of the day for a tire replacement. Store manager and staff were very friendly!!

Really quick service. Great staff. Bad Experience.I thought my flat tire was because the tires were ten years old or had a puncture. I brought my car in and purchased four new tires with rotations, balancing, flat repairs, and their road hazard warranty. The morning after the new tires were on, there was a flat again. I thought it was the valve stem, turns out it was my wheels. My steel rims were rusted and the tires couldn't seal properly.They failed to think of that when installing the tires and didn't mention that as a possible issue. I guess they just wanted a quick sale.Now to fix the issue I have to pay for the tires to be placed on the new wheels. If I was told I needed new wheels this would have been a much easier and cheaper experience. Finding wheels to fit tires is much harder than finding tires to fit wheels.
