My car lost its water pump 300 miles from home; I ordered the parts from this location, got a ride, and picked them up. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, and the parts were a perfect fit. I was back on the road an hour later.

They place is okay expect for one person I encountered that is shady salesman. He sale you the low quality parts that will mess up your engine. So if you don't know what to get and come across him, he'll get over on you. So do your research on your parts and making sure your getting high quality parts. Not the low quality parts. Because at the end of day the, you want your car to last a long time. You can't do that if somebody is screwing you over.

Love this old school auto parts store. Friendly knowledgeable front desk. They had an obscure bearing in stock, and it wasn't made in China!

I just stopped in to replace my Mazda 6 tail light, and was hoping I had found the right bulb in my online search. I try to be as dependent as I can. Robert was quick to help me confirm, and even came out to my car to look at the bulb that needs replacing. He found me the correct bulb and replaced it for me with ease. Thank you, Napa! This was my first time here, and it certainly won't be my last!!

Their price on a 2 gallon gas can was outrageous. It was approximately $7 more than what you could get at Walmart. If I wasn't short on time and energy I would have just gone to Walmart, but as it was it was like being stuck at the airport dying of thirst and having to pay $3 for a 16 oz bottle of water.

Excellent customer service + they had a part locally in stock that the other chains (AZ, AA, etc.) didn't have.
