Always very nice! My boyfriend and I go here for our oil change every time and they do the job very quickly. If they see my car needs air in my tires or if my car needs any other service soon they will let me know without pressuring me to do right away which I appreciate.

I had recently bought a used vehicle from an employee here. He told me it was all fixed and that the car had no issues and that it was as good as new. He even said that he had worked on the car himself before deciding to sell it. Well, 2-3 months go by and the car s transmission completely goes out on me while on I-95.I had it parked where I live and that is where the original owner who owned the car before saw it and came to me. He informed me that he sold the car for way less than what we had bought it for because the transmission was already an issue beforehand. He showed us pictures and documents that proved the car was indeed his before. We had been scammed.While this business does not focus on buying and selling cars, I do inform that anyone who does come here please be cautious when you enter this building and make business with their employees. Behavior like this is unacceptable.

I took my car in around ten days ago for a A/C recharge and also oil change and tire rotation.The experience was great for me. The job was done in a timely manner and it didn't feel rushed. In addition to the oil change, I also had my tires rotated and the air conditioner recharged.There are coupons available on their website, and they honored them for both the labor and for the oil change. The staff were courteous and professional.

When I pulled up to the bay the rep advised one price of $125 for a full synthetic oil change. Then to my surprise the bill is almost $150 including a $9 online coupon. The gentleman checking me out confirmed with the first rep that I was given the lower price when I arrived however still wouldn t honor the price quoted even after he advised the first rep about properly communicating that it s $125 before any additional quarts of oil. Please make sure you verify the price for your particular car before they start the work as they do not do this apparantly unless you ask. I gave them a chance to show good faith and customer service and they failed. I will not return to this location due to their shady bait and switch practices.

Excellent customer service! Great team and very friendly. They did a full synthetic oil and filter change within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them for all your car care needs. Thanks again!

Charged $16 to replace an oil drain plug, which is only a $2 bolt. They charged it on the invoice as a Misc charge On top of that they left my car a mess when they changed the oil. Avoid these scammers you can t trust them with your car.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I am done with this place completely. Be aware of the lack of skill these mechanics have. Today, 16 Jan 2022 they were going to change my oil on my Q50 Red Sport and they somehow messed my oil pan. A 20 minute oil change just turned into I have to wait for the oil pan to come in and why would I trust you to fix it if you just messed up this one, just changing oil!!!! I also now have to leave my car at a quick oil change place, because they can't get the part today. Also my Fiance brought her Audi and they stripped the oil filter and we had oil spill all over our and my parents driveway. Had to bring it back in. Imagine if it destroyed or ceased her engine. This will be the last time and you should stay far away before you have major issues with your car.Update:The owner got into contact with me after my review and fixed the issue. Originally, I would of had to wait for the next day, but they were able to get the part and fix my oil pan. Though, it was a big inconvenience because I needed to pick my son up, they were atleast able to fix it same day. I bumped the review up one star, due to the owner owning up and working diligently to rectify the situation.

I took my car for a routine oil change and I left with the oil leaking (I ve never had issues with leaks of any kind prior to this) and the engine splash shield hanging off the bottom of my car and scraping against the road. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

This place changed the oil on my impreza a few months ago. Today, I went to change the oil in my car and found that whoever put my drain plug back in did so with an impact wrench. They completely and utterly stripped the nut. Now I get to order a new drain plug, then figure out how to extract the old one. Thanks for that, fellas.

My vehicles has been serviced here MANY times. Work professionally done, no returns for repairs done, personnel is respectable and professional. Costs are reasonable.If I had occurred any problems with this business, I would not have returned there MANY times.I was not disappointed.

Cheated out of use of their coupon. Said my payment already went through. Okay credit back the coupon rate, right. Nope can t do that. Okay cancel transaction and start over. Nope they said they can t. What company can t credit or reverse a transaction!?! Scamming people is what I think is happening. This was after I was told I needed windshield wiper blades then came back and said sorry it was break pads. Which is it? Car only has 14000 miles and 2 yrs old. Not driven that often.I would not recommend this place unless you want to get swindled.Service: Oil change

Our truck's water pump failed on the way to vacation and left us stranded on I95. We had it towed to a local Ford dealer that could not help us. Fortunately, I ran into the gentlemen at Mobil 1 Lube Express. Although they could not get the needed part for my truck on a Sunday (they called around but couldn't get it until Monday morning), they took the old parts out and had it ready for the new parts Monday morning so they could get me on my way as quickly as possible.These gentlemen were great. They offered fantastic service, were extremely friendly and helpful, drove me to and picked me up from the hotel and had me on my way to see my family in the Outer Banks as quick as possible. I am truly grateful! Thank you all at Mobil 1 Lube Express!!

We go to Mr. Gary and he is always professional and tells us right. He makes quality suggestions and I have not felt scammed or ripped off by him ever.I highly recommend this location for oil changes, and all regular maintenance work, tune ups and I have had an alternator replaced here too!

Super fast and friendly. You stay in the car! Awesome. Midday slow time. Hot day, they gave me a wide plastic hose that pumped out cool air while they worked. Guy was very informative and super cautious as not to be a pushy salesman. Very good, I'm now a new repeat customer.

Friendly, no frills place. Unlike other oil change places in the area, they do not try to sell you "wallet drainer" services. If there is something really worn down or broke, they will show you and leave it up to you rather to get it taken care of elsewhere. Highly recommended if you want an oil change at a reasonable price without technicians and managers hawking unnecessary services. I've been going here for 8 years for all of our cars. The men are polite and helpful, they remember me every time and call me Mrs Moore. The prices are reasonable and right on the wall so you know they're open and honest. I really love this place! They even vacuum my car.

Customer service is top notch! Gary is very welcoming and helpful. It is easy and quick for an oil change. I trust them to take care of my vehicles with honest advice as to any improvements.

On a Sunday morning I pulled up to Lube Express without a reservation and was promptly met by Gary. He offered me the standard oil change or the special for the day, I chose the standard oil change. Within 25 minutes the oil and filter were changed and I was on my way again. Absolutely stellar service and the entire staff were all professional and courteous. This is my new go to oil change location from this point forward.

Went in for tire rotation and balancing. They broke the tire valve and messed up the tire sensor on the vehicle. They then denied that they were responsible. Took the car somewhere else. This trashy Mobile1 location damaged my vehicle and refused to correct it. Unless you want them to damage your car, do not go here.

I've been to this location 3x total. The first 2x I went just for oil change and the experience was good. I thought since I had 2 good experiences going a 3rd time would be fine BUT IT WAS NOT! I got a recharge & antifreeze done to my air conditioner. In less than 24 hours the air stopped working. I went back to get the issue resolved but it wasnt. Gary told me to go back the next day for a refund & the owner Faqir Hussain treated me like garbage and did not assist me. Gary was not there although he told me to come back on he following day. I wasted $193.54 my air still does not cool. Even the customers that were in the store saw how the owner acted and they were disgusted and even defended me. I DO NOT recommend this company unless you are only getting an oil change and even with a simple oil change I would tell you to be cautious especially females.

I have been bringing my 3 cars to Mobil 1 Smoketown going on 4 years because of its proximity to my office. I took my Volvo to NTB Falls Church for some front end work. The NTB mechanic tells me its a good thing I brought the car in. There was only one quart of oil left in the engine. The rest of the oil had leaked onto the skid plate because the oil cap had not been replaced properly. The NTB mechanics changed and added oil so it would be safe to drive. I took the vehicle back to Mobil 1 as I was hoping they would reimburse me for the $100.00 oil change or give me a credit for a future oil change. They did not. The manager went on to explain I should have taken it from the NTB 35 miles away and brought it back to Mobil 1 when they discovered the problem. Riddle me this: Should I have driven the car with no oil in it potentially blowing up the motor or had it towed over to the Mobil 1? Would they have paid for the tow fee and or replaced the motor? I doubt that. Did the NTB guys lie to me to make a buck? They were already getting me for $1,500.00 in other work. That xtra $100.00 seems petty. All I know is Mobil 1 Smoketown Rd will never see any of my vehicles ever again. Shame on them.

Perhaps the most expensive place in Woodbridge for an oil change. The service there is horrible, I still have the TWO wrenches left under the hood by their 'qualified' mechanic, left their for an easy fix, replace the windshield washer bottle. Left off a bolt which I had to replace, on a cross member... Of course the electrical connector to one pump was not connected properly and leaked. Ended up fixing it my self before a hard trip to the coal fields of VA after of course paying them. So maybe they can put a filter on, and squirt oil in but you can do better anywhere else and forget them for service beyond a over priced oil change. One star only because it wouldn't let post till I picked one, which they don't deserve!

Great, quick service you can trust. Been going for a year or so now With 2 different 4wd SUV s for mobil 1 synthetic and been pleased each time. Also had a synthetic transmission fluid service done which really seemed to help.

This location robs women! Oil changes for $116 and they promise to vacuum and wash your car, all inclusive. When asking the manager, Hussein, about the car wash he laughed in my face. His exact words to the other workers..."she thought she was getting a car wash too". Very disrespectful. Military beware! Don't take your car to Mobile Express on Smoketown Road in Woodbridge, VA!

Horrible experience... I just went to them to get my rear left brake light fixed and it turned into the whole left side being out. I asked what happened, but I was told he didn't do anything wrong. The manager claimed it was an electrical problem. He blew a fuse and it was an easy fix. I got it done elsewhere. I will never go there again!!!
