I recently purchased a vehicle from Michigan Auto. I worked with both Ahmad and Luis. Both were very straightforward and easy to work with. I appreciate the easy and friendly buying experience. There approach really removed the need to haggle over price.I wasn't able to drive away with the car, so they made that easy as well by delivering the car to my house for me.If you are in the market for a used vehicle, definitely give Michigan Auto a look. You will not be disappointed.

UPDATE: so a sales man will say anything to sell right? RIGHT! Beware of Ahmad, this guy promises heaven and earth and anything in between so long he makes a buck. My advise if you buy here, make sure the car is good to go prior to signing papers. The owner there had to come to the rescue, which he was very helpful.No doubt, Ahmad hands down the best straightforward car salesman you can possibly found. He is extremely efficient and helpful fella. I asked him to do all numbers before heading to the dealership, once I was ready to buy, it was so easy and quick! Definitely makes car buying and car loving that much easier!!!

What an Experience! I had went to see other cars but when I got there. Ahmad was one of the most memorable people I ever seen as a dealer. Positive, Resourceful and Honest. He was straight up, knew what I was thinking about. Funny how he said call me once you see that other car and it was terrible the people where shady and the car was not as advertised. I called him immediately and He said, You know I am your favorite dealer and he was no scam just Honest.That is why I was able to purchase my car with no hassle.You want straight up you want a good quality car, you looking for respect for what you are trying to do see Ahmad great guy!

Recently purchased a car from them and they were great to work with. I was coming from Richmond and even though there was other interest in the car they held the car for me. They also allowed us to take an extended test drive to make sure we liked the car. They were honest and upfront with pricing and the whole experience was good. I would buy a car from them again.

The straight forward and calm demeaner service with the salesmen Ahmad is the best service I could ever ask for. I recently just bought a 2016 Mercedes c63s from MICHIGAN AUTO and couldn't be more happy with the help from Ahmad as the process for obtaining the vehicle was very easy and simple. I am young just turning 20 and have been wanting this car for a while now , with no credit history with car loans and a decent credit score , Ahmad did his best at making sure I got this car. The respect , honesty and care that went into this process couldn't have been any better. I 100% recommend this shop for pre owned cars and make sure you ask for Ahmad as he will try his best to make sure you leave the lot happy with a new car!Ahmad is the #1 salesmen , will always be honest and straight forward with you , with the most respect.

Waste of time. Cars listed are not available. My buddy drove 3 hours to find out the car he was looking at wasn't there, only after they pulled his credit. Sounds like bait and switch. Shady tactics.Edit to respond: Not surprising that you would lie to cover yourself here. When he arrived you told him the car went to auction because it wasn't selling. This obviously didn't happen while he was driving to you after you pulled his credit. Not sure what that last sentence is supposed to mean but when he got there you tried to offer him a Camaro and two other Audi's that weren't even similar to the car he was interested in. Brush up on what slander means before you throw it around.Edit #2 to respond: IF this review was false it would be libelous not slanderous as it is written and not verbal, so again, not slander, but I would be happy to verbalize these things to you as well. This is also a public forum in which people can express their experiences with business, so neither libel nor slander applies. You have done nothing to refute anything I said in the first edit to respond, which leads me to believe that you don't want to continue digging yourself a hole on this issue. The car was likely gone before you ran his credit, which if true is shameful. I hope you learn from the experience as my friend did, and that you are more forthcoming and transparent with future customers.

Awesome experience! We just bought a 2016 Mercedes G Wagon. There wasn't any pressure, hassle, or haggle. Everything was relaxed and easy. Ahmad fought for the best rate and he can get you any car you want! Definitely will recommend this dealership to anyone who asks!

Was looking at a 2017 amg c63 and spoke to Escobar about the price over the phone and told him I would be paying cash and if 36k out the door CASH and said yes just come on in My little brother who s buying the vehicle was giving out the door price of 46k out the door not sure what type of fees they are adding or if they are trying to scam my little brother who s 17 but 10k in for fees and taxes without warranty included is crazy the original listing price was 39k be aware of the price baits.

A little late with my review, but better late than never! Bought this 2018 Lexus LX570 for my wife from Ahmad at Michigan Auto back in December, sight unseen, save for a thorough walk-around face-time with him. I had been searching nationwide for the right pre-owned LX, & not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, I found BY FAR the most unique factory LX 570 in the country, I know...& Ahmad knew that once I saw it, I'd buy it! He arranged the shipping to us here in Nashville, TN, & made the entire transaction as smooth as possible, considering the distance between us. My only complaint is he wouldn't budge off of the asking price because of that same uniqueness...lol! Would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Ahmad if he had something I just had to have again!

BUYER BE WARE. MAKE SURE IF YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE TO GO IN PERSON AND INSPECT IT AND DRIVE IT. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership. We live out of state and during the pre-purchase time, I requested that they walk around the vehicle and point out any major defects in the paint or body. They did but conveniently skipped a major dent. Then I also asked during the same walk-around if anything was wrong with the vehicle and they said the heat had to be fixed. I was assured that the heat was fixed. I had the van transported to me after the sale and found the dent and that the heat was not working. I immediately contacted them to advise Ahmed of the No-heat situation. They never called me back. I had to call the Owner to explain the situation. I talked to Haroon (AS IS) the owner. His middle name is (AS IS) because that is what he is going to tell you if you have any problems. So, MAKE SURE TO GO IN PERSON to purchase a vehicle. DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE. They will act like they are telling you everything about the vehicle and ship it to you and then tell you it is (AS IS). GO IN PERSON. DO NOT NEGOTIATE OVER THE PHONE. DO NOT USE VIDEO CALLS TO DISCUSS ANYTHING THEY WILL CONVENIENTLY SKIP OVER THINGS. Load it up and then tell you it is your problem. (AS IS). It is a real shame that these 2 small issues could not be dealt with and we are stuck dealing with them, and this could have been a great experience, but they chose not to handle anything when it was brought to their immediate attention. I sure hope that they do not do this with their so-called luxury vehicles. You just might get a Ferrari with no heat. Haroon (AS IS) will tell you it was working when it went on the trailer. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I just recently bought a 2017 Lexus is350 f sport from Michigan Auto. This is one of my favorite cars and I have been looking forever to find one. When I found the listing for this car, I was a bit skeptical at first because of previous car buying experience, but once I got there and spoke with Ahmad, I quickly felt very welcomed and reassured that I was doing business with an honest man. He was very friendly and helpful and spent two whole days, staying after closing time doing all he could to make sure I could go home with the car of my dreams. He was very transparent about everything and I could tell he wasn t just there to make a quick dollar off of someone who doesn t know better. He spent a very long time trying to make sure I was getting the best deal I could and I could really tell he cares a lot about his customers. I am extremely happy with the experience I had and that I was able to find such a clean car for such a good deal!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Premium car buying experience throughout. This is for the service department. We were driving from Maine to Florida w several stops on the way. As soon as we hit the express way we had a check engine light and shaking at a certain speed. We pulled in, explained what we were experiencing and thought the worse. They treated us right. Got it right in, diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and on the road in 2 hours..

Amad will make car buying experience so easy and effortless. i have never been to any dealership buy a car from scratch and get out in 45 minutes. really excellent interest rate even with interest rates these day very high. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle with Michigan Auto, but will not be my last. I usually use them for my vehicle maintenance of my other cars. I found myself in need of a new vehicle because the one I had was not sufficient for how far a drive for work. I spoke with Mr. Lee and Mr. Haroon, pointed me in the direction of Mr. Ahmad who is the auto dealer for Michigan auto group. I have informed Mr. Ahmad of my particular vehicle and details that I wanted and the price I was looking to pay. Now I have been looking for this particular vehicle for about 6 months. Wouldn t you know it, Ahmad found the car I was looking for and was able to get me the best price I was looking for and he found it in a few weeks. I received great service and great response to my questions . I will be using there services in the future.

The overall process was great till I went to get an inspection / diagnostic on the car and found out this car was involved in an accident and required $2500 in mechanical repairs.Can t trust the Carfax Reports. The reports stated no accidents. Lack of communication with the seller after notifying him of the concerns, just blatantly ignored me. This makes this business not good business and definitely won t refer anyone.A lesson learned.Get a diagnostic/ inspection during your test drive before you purchase.

In October 2022, I began my dealings with Michigan Auto, eyeing a 2016 LWB Range Rover. After obtaining a quote, I sorted the necessary finances and was set to buy. At the lot, the vehicle sat unusually high, but no clear explanation was provided. The sales rep, Ahmad, assured me of a warranty and 30-day insurance. Trusting his word, I proceeded with the purchase. Ahmad seemed genuine, but his actions later puzzled me.That very day, as my wife and I returned to Hagerstown MD from Woodbridge VA, the Range Rover's front dropped dramatically within 10 minutes of arriving home. I informed Ahmad, who suggested waiting a few days. When no improvement occurred and Ahmad became evasive, 30 days passed. Eventually, with a suspension warning now glaring, he referred me to his uncle, a purported Range Rover specialist near Hagerstown MD. Support from Ahmad dwindled, and I felt taken advantage of. In the end, I shelled out $4500, despite having bought a warranty.I'm not advising against Michigan Auto, but if you decide to buy from them, ensure you're close enough for in-person visits if issues arise. Also, consult an independent mechanic to assess the car's condition. It's essential to be cautious and avoid potential pitfalls. Their tactics distressed me and seemed designed to sidestep responsibility. I'm considering a 2019 Audi A7 they offer, but my initial experience has left me hesitant. I remain open to working with them, provided they rectify their earlier misstep.

I bought an LS500 from this dealership, out of state. I had the car checked out - mechanically in near perfect condition but several blemishes around and inside the car. Not surprised, it had 23k on it. It was one of only 2 luxury/ executive package cars being sold in the US. No regret on that end. The bad, advertised price wasn't the selling price, it went up by 4k, dealers are notorious for such. He claimed part was for shipping to Texas and the rest was finance (A lie). The person/ company he used to transport the car was unreliable. My advice, be very careful with pricing and if you can, ship the car yourself.
