This isn t a trustworthy place to bring your vehicle, in my opinion. Their book values on parts didn t add up to us, the amount of hours of labor that we would be charged for didn t make sense based on what they would need to do, and we have just gotten a really bad feeling from them in general. We had our suspicions the last time we went, and after bringing it in again recently we were told it needed over $10,000 worth of work. We had them do the bare minimum and then took it to a place recommended to us by other military families and were able to really find out how misleading Lindsay Chevrolet had been.

Been dealing with them since 2018 when I brought my SUV, worst experience I had dealing with a service department, Most of the time you have to call yourself to find out if your vehicle is ready or not. I use this dealership because it's 2 miles from my house. I love Cheys but I won't be going here for my next one. Lindsay Chevrolet Dealership, not the Collison Center. I would rather go to PEPBOYS for better service. At least, they keep you updated.

I have only dealt with the service department. They are always making sure to provide me with information so I can make informed decisions on what repairs I want to do now versus later. I moved from out of state and was unaware of the state inspection my car needed and they let me know about it and helped me get it done. They are great to work with. I'm sure they are all great, but I recommend Patrick since he is the one I have worked with.

We found a vehicle online that we were extremely interested in. Our loan was verified and ready to go. Before we took the 1.5 hour drive out to this dealership we wanted to verify the out the door amount. The dealership REFUSED to give even an estimate for this and admitted this was due to the fact that if we didn't like the price they wanted us in the dealership so they could try to sell us something else. I spoke with a General Sales Manager named (Cosmo?) something like that who was very rude and basically told me he would not waste anymore of my time. (Apparently the GM is on vacation) Even after I explained my husband is a fireman and we have 5 children --one disabled--and we needed the out the door number b/c we did not want to drive that far with children - he refused.Now, what's funny is that Lindsay Cadillac gave us the estimate on another vehicle that we requested --an out the door amount. So this policy is exclusive to Lindsay ChevroletThe sales manager boasted about how they are the top ranking dealership in their area and did not need to give us an out the door estimate, it baffles me how if we said that number doesn't work for us--shouldn't it reason it would be no great loss to them sales wise.With this policy I can't imagine how they would be ranking a "top dealership"Not to mention with Covid running rapid that a dealership would provide information to streamline sales.Extremely disappointed.

Brought in for an oil change and inspection, somehow my ticket got lost. Work never got started. End result was free inspection and oil change. I didn t even have to put up a fuss.

I took my Bolt here for a 7500 maintenance. It was a brand new car. I was told if I took it to the dealership, i would get the first 2 check-up for free. When i came, I was told i didn't need the rotation until 15000. However, my maintenance book said i needed one and the dealership where I bought the car from also said the same thing. I winded up taking it to another dealership for service because i didn't want problems with my waranty. I wasn't sure if I was told the wrong information or because they didn't want to do the service for me for free. Disappointed and lost trust.

This dealer/service center absolutely does not have your interests or your vehicle in mind when recommending repairs. My check engine light began flashing so I took it in. It took them 2+ days to diagnose the problem, which was an engine misfire in which 2 of the fuel injectors were sticking. Their recommendation was to replace all 8 injectors and the entire system for a cost of nearly $3,500. When asked how they arrived at this problem/recommendation, the service rep informed me that they have a "diagnostic manual" that they follow that tells them what to do. Since that seemed outrageous, I took it elsewhere for a second opinion in which they diagnosed the same problem in about 2 hours and recommended simply cleaning the system for 5% of the price of this "service center." Having a "diagnostic manual" is no replacement for actual knowledge of engines. Recommending major surgery (full replacement of 8 injectors and the entire system) when physical therapy (simply cleaning the injectors/system) is an absolute rip off. I would never recommend this place to anyone.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They have alot of inventory. The salesperson was super cool but the finance manger or whatever his title was, was the most rude,arrogant,unfriendly, don't listen person I've ever spoke to in my life. His way or no way and frankly didn't give a darn. 3.5 hr of a drive to be disrespected.

I took my car in for an oil change and a slow leak in one of my tires. Unfortunately, my tire needed replacing and it seemed that my specific tire was on a national backorder. However, after a short wait my service agent, Patrick, returned and told me that there was one tire in the service department! WINNING! I appreciated that the Patrick and the mechanic looked into it further and were able to get me out the door with a new tire that day.Oh, and the coffee machine is SPOT ON! Caffe mocha while I wait? I don't mind if I do!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Very bad experience 2 times both time same story hard to get bottom price always played bad games to get to the price really ripoff then finice manager always give you highest interest rate and then trying to sell extanded warranties if you said I don't wanna buy extanded warranties then he will ask you if he bring the same payment with the extanded warranties then u will buy extanded warranties he will ad thousands of dollars in to your loan please be care full with this dealership

Very hard to talk with anyone once you're call is transferred. Ring ring ring then please leave a message. Know your warranty got there them saying its covered and off course it wasn't.
