I've been taking my vehicles to this location for several years. Top ranked maintenance with excellent customer service. If there are any issues that may ocurr they are handled in the most professional and expeditious manner.

It was a nightmare they promised authentic parts and they use aftermarket parts they lie in your face they didn t even installed all the parts I had to take my vehicle to the actual Mercedes dealership to get it fix the right way at the end I loss my car warranty because they installed aftermarket parts and ended up spending a lot of money to get fix after they messed up!!!! The owner is the worse human being I have ever met!!! I suggest everyone to find a another place to fix they re car !! If you go there I wish you good luck ..Service: Engine repair

I have had my vehicle serviced at this establishment on a couple of occasions. Initially they were doing a good job. I then had my speedometer and complete dashboard replaced. Along with some other minor work. As I was leaving they mentioned to me they had left the covering on the plastic screen. I thought no big deal. Days later I remove the film, (covering) from the dashboard. I quickly realized why they left it on. At the bottom, in the middle of the plastic you could see it was pitched, (cracked). However, you could only see the several cracked definition if you were looking at the dashboard from the passenger seat. And of course when I took it back they said they didn t remember fractioning the lens.The irony, is being in law enforcement for over three decades and being apart of solving crimes and scams, etc., it represents the continued challenges in the world, especially when humans are involved.More to come in expressing another disappointment after spending $6000.00 dollars on this business. .Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto side window replacement

The staff was very professional. Took my sSL 500 in for an inspection. They checked over my car prior to sending it to vendor to inspect. I told them about an electrical issue I was having. They ordered an auxiliary battery and installed it the next day.. Prices are good. I will be taking my Mercedes there again. Fantastic local shop if you own a foreign car. I take my Volkswagen GTI here to get serviced. They have always been honest with me and upfront about prices and services. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to troubleshoot problems, and they work hard to get your car fixed in a timely manner. I've compared costs with the neighboring dealership, and they have consistently saved me hundreds of dollars. I have been highly recommending them to family members and co-workers.

Great repair shop. I have brought my Mercedes SL 320 here a few times over several years. They are honest and do great work. Saved me a lot of money by doing quick fixes that they could have told me were big and expensive.

I had a fluid leak in the upper turbo charger section and received a quote from the dealer for my 750i BMW for the scary amount that was double the price i received from Nick at Laslo's. Nick worked on my vehicle was very professional and meticulous . He repaired the leak and saved me a lot of worry and money. I'm recommending them to all BMW owners as a place to go to get your vehicle serviced for less the mark up and complete satisfaction.

This shop is terrible. Their first words were "don't call us, we will call you"...Our 2003 Saab broke down on the side of the road and we had it towed there because they work on foreign cars. There is a sign on their door that says "we work on Saab's". Turns out, that is incorrect. The vehicle sat there for two weeks and no one did anything. My husband had to look for the proper part himself because the shop workers said they couldn't find one. We wound up having the car towed somewhere else. They were supposed to leave the key in the car for the tow company and they did not. So a whole weekend and a day went by before we realized what happened and when I called the owner, he said "oops, we are sorry". The most unfortunate part of all of this is that we live in Florida so trying to coordinate this over the phone has been a nightmare. Now that the car is somewhere else, we are confident we will get it fixed. Any time a shop tells you don't call us, we will call you...DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR THERE.

This is the only shop that I truly trust with my BMW. It is a small facility but good, honest and quality service and care. I would refer anyone that has a German made vehicle. They also service other models.

We all look for an honest mechanic who loves cars and is passionate about getting a job done with the utmost quality and care. I was so relieved when I found my new mechanic for the life of my car here at Laslo's. Ji treated me with so much respect and just gave me the facts and explained all of reasoning behind what he feels needs/should/could be done to satisfy whatever type of work you need. I will always come back here because Ji gets the highest quality parts and performs the highest quality labor. You know you are treated with honesty and respect. What more can you ask for? Come by and just have a talk with Ji and you will see.

Very customer friendly business. They only repair what is necessary and will let you know if a repair is needed immediately or can be postponed. They answer all questions and do not loose patience when I don't understand the problem and they need to explain it to me in more or simpler detail. I never feel that I am being taken advantage of after going to this business for many years. I highly recommend this business.

Nick & G are trust worthy people....they provided 100% satisfactory service on my care and provided assistance in replacing my car. They are not the typical auto repair facility that try to RIP your off.
