What an amazing establishment and even more amazing staff. Lake Ridge Auto Sales DID THAT! Milo was amazing. He assisted me with all my needs and exceeded my expectations to the highest level. Now I get to drive home with my 2018 7-Series. I would recommend people to come and do business with Lake Ridge Auto Sales. They treat people with the utmost respect and are professional. They also treat you like family!

I went to this dealership to get my first manual and they were pretty nice and welcoming but man was I duped. I didn't have that car for a year. the salesman told me to put the wrong grade of gas in it, the car was constantly overheating so I was constantly putting coolant in it. Found out that the head gasket was the issue and the coolant was mixing with the oil. The problem got so bad that the engine starting to knock and the car just stopped working.So I gave the car back to them and they didn't fix anything. I had to do a voluntary repossession. I would not recommend this place at all.

I've had the best experience! The people are always kind, helpful, and their services is amazing. We've purchase two cars and we're planning to get a third one from from this place! I always recommend my friends and family to come to this place. The cars we've purchase from here have not disappointed us, I'm very satisfied with their service.

My family and I have been purchasing cars here for more then 10 years. Every purchase is always quick, smooth, and painless. They're always friendly and helpful when it comes to needing repairs or anything else. I have purchased 3 vehicles (excluding family cars) and have been more then satisfied every time. I highly recommend Lake Ridge Auto Sales to anyone looking for a good car at a great price..

I was super scared about going to a used car dealer, but after a few months of having no success finding a car for my son I ended up purchasing a car at Lake Ridge auto. The car came with an airbag light that was on, Which they offered to fix. They thought it was going to be an easy fix but it ended up requiring several parts to be replaced including replacing an entire seat. During this process of ordering and replacing parts the check engine light also came on which ended up being a problem with the catalytic converter. Even though the car was sold as is they went out of their way to replace it free of charge as I had only recently bought the car one month earlier. Today after having the car for a few months my son somehow locked his keys in the car. I called them for advice on how to get it unlocked since It only came with one key. They offered to drive all the way to the other end of the county to unlock the car for my son, Again free of charge. And they have now ordered a extra key for the car- how nice are they! Thank you Lake Ridge auto - we will definitely be back next time we are in the market for a used car :-)

My experience was short and sweet. Manuel really made everything fun and easy plus it was a one stop shop! I got my auto insurance there too! Just put in your recommendation if you don't see it on the lot and I am sure that he will find it for you. My next vehicle will be a Cherokee Jeep! Tell Manuel that I recommend edy you. I have been blessed in my experience with Lake Ridge Auto. I recommend , if you are looking for a good car and reliable dealer, this is the place to go. If I tell you how the owner went above and beyond, you probably wouldn't believe me. I believe that God used him to be a blessing to me and others. To God be the Glory!

I would highly recommend Lake Ridge Auto. Manny was amazing and worked with me to get the car that I needed for me and my son. The car had no issues and I trust this dealership more than any in the area. I will be buying another car from Lake Ridge for sure! This place does not disappoint!

It was a surprise to me that the vehicles were easily purchased with a great plan. I would highly recommend this to anyone who might want a modest car for their kids at a reasonable rate. I bought their most inexpensive car for under $2,000, and it held up magnificently for two years. I lost it to a hit and run. I bought two vehicles so far, and neither were lost due to shoddy mechanical problems. They have a high standard of caring for the vehicles before they sell them.

Worked out a great deal. Bought the car for my daughter and she loves it. In great condition and no issues. Will definitely be purchasing from them again for my younger daughter. Manuel is the best. Appreciate his help and responsiveness.

I had a great experience buying my first car here today. I bought a 2004 Hyundai Sonatait had 180, 000 miles on it and it runs very nice and the price was unbeatable. I would really recommend this shop it is very reliable. I could tell the guys really wanted to give me a car that fit my needs. If you want something cheaper but not falling apart or even something more expensive this place is worth at least a look.

IF you decide to purchase a vehicle from this place - please take your mechanic with you to check out the vehicle before purchasing. My son and I visited Lake Ridge Auto a couple of times two weeks ago to test drive a few cars of interest. Most all of the cars had mechanical issues.We agreed to return on Sunday with our mechanic to look at a vehicle of interest. Manuel failed to show up or call to say that he wasn't coming. I followed up with him the following day and he wasn't able to provide any explanation for the no show. He was aware of the concerns that I expressed regarding the car and offered solutions to fix the car after the purchase - NOT. Purchased another car from a local dealership - cheaper, less mileage, great warranty. This dealership lacks professionalism and is not honest.

Needed an inexpensive 4X4 for the family, Started searching online and came across a vehicle they had listed. Gave them a call and got a gentleman named Alex, he was fantastic. He answered all my questions and called me back with some info I requested. Long story short, I came in and purchased the vehicle. I would recommend. Have had the vehicle 6 months, had a small problem last week, went back to Alex and he took care of everything for me. That is why I am writing this review. Not often you find Honest, easy going people to work with. Thanks Again.

My family has now purchased 3 cars from Lakeridge Auto Sales. We have referred several friends and family members who have also purchased and expressed nothing but glowing reviews. The staff is helpful and the prices are at times so competitive, you almost feel bad purchasing at the price given for fear that you are ripping them off. Alex is the owner and has gone out of his way to assure we get the best deals and quality even if it meant sending us to another dealer in order to better meet our needs. It is rare to find such honesty in the car sales industry. I give them a 5 star rating!

Alex is a lying, cheating, scum of the Earth. I bought a car back in December from Alex, even though it was 2001 and I knew there would be issues due to the age of the car, I never would ve imagined the actual problems with it. At first when I went to test drive it wouldn t even start, the battery was dead and they had to ride with me and bring a portable battery charger with us. I was thinking that was only problem so I had him put a new battery which they didn t have a problem with. They had the battery replaced and everything was good. Next thing I know, 3 days later the car starts to overheat and I get it inspected and the head gasket was blown. They had turned off the engine light when I bought it. Also, they turned back the odometer on the car. I should ve known a 2001 with only 85k was fishy. Alex is a scum. He s now trying to threaten me with Fraud. If anyone reads this, please save yourself the money and don t give this place your business. You will regret. They never inspect cars before selling them and they will lie to get you to buy it.
