I recently had some body work done on my vehicle after a minor accident and I am pleased with the reparations that L&M completed. They were thorough and did not accept a scratched replacement bumper from the manufacturer when it arrived - to me that is a sign of a genuine, professional company. Even though it took a little longer for my car to be finished due to that little delay, it was worth it for everything to be done properly. I am grateful for their service and recommend their work for future services.

Best Auto Repair Body Shop I have ever encountered. From minor damage to major damage. Repairs are professionally done, outstanding customer service. Tremendous guidance and recommendations to enhance the appearance of your vehicle. Owned two c8 corvette s, both vehicles I obtained recommendations from management to ensure both vehicles features. Unbelievable the Vettes got more attention than expected. I highly recommend L&M for vehicle repairs and customize paint professional. Superb Company!

While the need to have have work done was not a choice....having the work done at L & M (formerly Rams) was. Ownership has changed but the service and quality remains top notch. Sasha still runs the shop and makes sure the job gets done fast and efficient. L&M has my complete confidence. Quality was flawless topped off with a lifetime guarantee.

GO ELSEWHERE!If you love professionalism and constant communication throughout the process, this isn t the place for you. I m not an angry or revengeful customer, I m an extremely fair person because I know the value of good customer service. Unfortunately, my experience here is not the greatest. I used Ram s through my insurance company. They completed my work as normal but with no communication of when my car would be ready and never mentioned when they would start. No phone calls of progress to me and I had to call daily for updates. Once the work was done, there were still flaws in the paint. I had to get the shop to complete more buffing. A couple of months later, I took my car to Honda for an alignment and they noticed there was damage that Rams never repaired. $5K for the repairs at Honda which Ram s denies ever knowing about. I don t understand why Rams wouldn t want the work since the insurance company would pay for it. Nope! They said the damage was never there on their end. The damage was on the under carriage. This place needs an upgrade big time. They use this unknown mechanic next door that you ll no nothing about and will park your car in an adjacent lot that looks abandoned.

My insurance recommended Ram's for the repairs needed to my car after a deer t-boned my driver's side mirror breaking it off. My car is a 2019 so it was wired for blind side alert among other functions. I held my car for a week until they could get me on the schedule. They did the estimate and I dropped it off with the expectation that it would take approximately a week.Between wrong part and delays in part delivery, my car took 3 weeks to complete.I will allow that there is a part and labor shortage currently, so plan accordingly.Something I wasn't aware of with regards to repair shops; they don't order parts until your vehicle is on site. That was a frustrating draw back.A rating of a 4 is generous.Ordering from local dealers ( for my make of car) would have saved much time and frustration for me.My car looks great, the paint matches perfectly. Happy to have my car back.Service: Body & Trim

I have used this body shop in the past and they have done good work in the past. However they have gone so far down that I can t believe they are still in business. The counter men have no professional integrity. They double talk and are the poorest representatives of this biased. I would recommend that if you need body work that you look at another company.Service: Body & Trim

This place is absolutely unprofessional. What a joke at best, I highly doubt they understand their line of work or how to complete an estimate or fix the vehicle you take in. If you love your vehicle like I do, stay away from this place. Unless you want your car to sit there forever to rust. With no time of completion.

This auto body shop is the best by far! There were a few weeks, due to the weather, that delayed the completion of my vehicle. When I got my car back, I was amazed and satisfied with their work. I d definitely recommend their service and re-visit if need be.

We highly recommend Ram's Auto Body. They are very professional and easy to work with. The repair on our car was top notch. We received regular updates on the progress of the work being done. Our car was returned to us washed and detailed inside and out. They arranged for a rental car to cover the time we were without our own vehicle. Ok, yes, you are coming to an auto body shop. But when you get there, it feels nearly derelict. There are screws, plastic pieces, and other debris all over the grounds. Even the driveway into the site is riddled with potholes and loose stone. Cars that need work sit all over the lot. There is no designated parking for incoming vehicles. Even once inside, that is an "interesting" experience. While niceties such as water and coffee are offered, the chair cushions are dingy and don't invite comfortable, sanitary sitting.Can they do the work? Notionally. Would I go here first or consider elsewhere? I say consider all options before making a decision. And should you choose you, go but then check the work closely and clean your car.

Shonda was absolutely rude to me and my husband. Had body work done 3 years ago on the rear bumper. Said bumper fell off due to broken clips. She said that the bumper had damage from a major accident (had a crack from when it fell off at 50 mph). They then told my husband to never contact them again. Will never use them again. We have been using them for years and this is what we get when we try and get them to fix the work they did.DO NOT USE THEM.

Bar none, I'd recommend Ram's flexibility, honesty, and friendliness to any family member, friend, co-worker, or other cared-about individual. In last Sunday's torrential tropical-storm downpour, poor visibility and stopping distance were main factors in a minor, but really unfortunate rear-end bump which left me with a basketball-sized dent in my front fender (not seen in its full glory til clear daylight the next AM, despite being checked out at the scene the night before, and the recipient of my bump making it out without a scratch, and going her merry way). Ram's competitors wanted $850 for a new bumper and paint work (more expensive due to triple-layer pearl paint), and Ram's told me they'd "try their best to remove the dent". And how, they did, with full success, and were frank and honest to boot when I asked about re-painting costs (if I wanted to do that in the future), *including* information that I was *NOT* in need of a new bumper. These guys have found a new customer/referral source for life should I ever need body work again!

Hi everyoneThis is not place to have your new car fixed if you have junk and you don't care about quality go with them I will give them '0' star if I could, besides doing a terrible job they won't deliver on time, I took my new truck after an accident and I can tell you all I'm not a professional in the field but I can see now with time all the little details like not using O'M parts as the insurance pay for and we agree on, they even painted my front bumper a different color now my 70k truck looks like an old car and as they said ( we provide a life time warranty!!!!) There not point on taking it back if they didn't do a good job the first time now it my be even worse, I highly recommend you all to stay away from this place if you love you car as I do.
