Peter Azanon is the best!! Peter worked with me over the past two years to find the Bronco I have looking for!! I already own a full size, four-door, Bronco Black Diamond and love it!!! I really like the throw back look of the Bronco Heritage model and was looking into ordering one. Fortunately the Koons Woodbridge location landed three Bronco Heritage and one Bronco Heritage Limited! I reached out to Peter who worked with my schedule to setup a last minute test drive of the Bronco Heritage Limited which had just come off the truck and was not even cleaned yet. We took it for a test drive and Peter walked me through all the features..that was it!!! Done deal!!!Peter and Ahmad in the finance department made the purchase process a breeze, I also got a great rate!! While we were doing the paperwork Peter had my Bronco beautifully detailed!! My family had a wonderful experience trading in our truck for a SUV. Yusef took great care of us by listening to our preferences and needs for our new family vehicle. He arranged for us to borrow a nice car while our vehicle went through state inspection and had a recall fixed. We were never without a vehicle. My kids were treated with kindness and sweets. The management team was fantastic and provided us with a great trade-in value. The entire process was smooth and simple. I bought a 2024 mustang. I panicked and tried to return the car the same day because I've never had anything that nice. I couldn't believe it. So the people that worked at the dealership were definitely wierded out by me I think. But I love the car and sorry for the wierdness.

My experience purchasing a vehicle from Koons Woodbridge Ford was phenomenal! After comparing prices at several dealerships, they offered me by far the best deal. Peter demonstrated remarkable aptitude for communication and possessed an extensive knowledge base, enabling him to discern among the numerous Ford Bronco models! It was immediately apparent that he was enthusiastic about automobiles and assisting others!

While the salesman was friendly, the management staff left a lot to be desired. Without going into details, I was told that an issue with the vehicle would be taken care of and less than 24 hours later I was informed that it wasn t going to happen, by the same manager that told me that he would take care of it. I rate my overall experience 2 out of 5 stars due to the lack of honesty by management and disregard for the customer.

Updated Review:I took my vehicle in for routine service (oil change and tire rotation). I also communicated a few issues that I had noticed and was looking for some advice on.Note: I initially gave 3 stars and shared some frustrations that I had with (in my opinion) service recommendations that were not needed. After which I was contacted by Ford Customer Relations for both my review and follow up service survey. I did not waiver from my argument that my service experience was below par and unacceptable, with regards to how I was presented information prompting me to incur more expenses for services I felt were not needed.In short to resolve the issue I worked with Ford Customer Relations who actually did a great job. They treated me with respect and listened to my complaints. Hearing what I had to say they proposed a plan of action and requested my buy-in to confirm it was an acceptable outcome.I was assured that based on my account of how things were handled, that there was some re-training that needed to occur and that the problem would be addressed.Because of the diligence and commitment to exceptional service of the Customer Relations Manager, Nicole Phillips, I have updated my review to 4 stars. I am confident that my future service needs will be met and if they do not exceed my expectations, Koons Woodbridge Ford is committed to making it right.

After a long day and viewing a few trucks at other dealers Erik got us in an F150 that worked with us. Erik is great but the big, chunky middle easterner foreign guy in management was a bit too fast with his words. Truck was fine, Erik was ok, showroom was a bit dirty, but being a busy day after a holiday I get it. Thanks for not lying like everyone else! See y all soon for a cargo truck when my business is bigger

My experience with my salesman Samuel was so pleasant. He is such a professional, genuine, kind and pleasant salesman. He is definitely an asset to the Koons Ford Woodbridge family. He was so graceful under fire as I traveled from Maryland to see a 2015 Toyota Avalon that was grossly falsely advertised. It is unethical to lure customers to the dealership with false advertising. However, I was treated well by the sales manager during my purchase, yet I was still disappointed that I didn't get the car that was advertised. It was advertised as having a moon/sun roof, blind spot monitoring, and a navigation system. It has NONE of these features. Further, I was told that the car had been thoroughly checked out. It hadn't as it has leaking front lower ball joints. That's an expensive fix that I must incur on a car I just purchased. It is a beautiful car, just wish it had the bells and whistles advertised. I would warn all customers purchasing a used car from this dealership to call ahead and make sure you will see the car as advertised. You don't want to become a victim of bait and switch because that's exactly what it is. I gave four stars for how I was treated.

I've been trying for weeks now to do something as simple as Scheduling my Truck's Oil Change. Specially now more so since there's a $69.99 coupon for doing so,,, but of course even that type of money they WILL make it extremely Difficult for anyone receive! FORD as a brand, desperate to make $$$ from whatever YOU can now!?!$400.00 for a replacement key to one of their Truck's as if we are talking about an actual Luxury Brand type of Vehicles!!Even I know where I am standing still this new 2024!!! Once I showed up to actually get the work done, they are trying to leach and get every single they can out of your pocket.This is what those $400.00 and everything else they squeeze out of you is covering for!!!

Youstin was amazing at helping me buy my new car. He was not pushy at all, which is the #1 thing I was dreading while car shopping. He introduced himself and gave me the space to check out vehicles and made himself available without any pressure. He made the process of buying go quickly and smoothly and stayed after hours throughout the entire process. He was also very helpful with putting on my new plate which I couldn't figure out for the life of me. Great guy, and overall great customer service rep!!!!!

Contacted Chester at Koons Ford about a new Expedition and everything went perfect. I got a great deal (not nada full sticker price like other offers) told them it would be a week before I could make the 331 mile drive. I put 1k down on it because I didn't want it sold. I have to say Chester made my experience an A+. When I pulled into the lot I was meet with a smile, hand shake, and even asked me how was your drive. My vehicle was inside, detailed, and he showed me its features, glad we were inside because it was around 90 outside. I went to his office and we went over the paperwork and then sent me to finance where everything was ready for me to sign because I was pre approved. All I can say is making a 331 mile drive saved me over $8,500 plus my wife and I enjoyed being together and she loved driving her 2023 Expedition Limited Stealth home. I will make the drive to Koons Ford again. I see a new F150 in mu future. Thanks for a great experience everyone at Koons Ford was awesome. And my wife loves her 35th Anniversary present.

Great experience...Car was as advertised, it was in the showroom ready to test drive when I arrived. I felt like the process was pretty smooth overall. Our Business Manager Carlo was excellent. We had a 3 year old there with us and he had crayons, paper ready to help entertain her and let her doodle on the electronic signing board they had when we weren't using It to sign papers. Would definitely purchase from there again.

I came in not even expecting to purchase a vehicle. Peter was very accommodating and batted for me. Eventually we were able to come up with a great deal that we were all happy with. Mo from finance was also incredibly helpful and I came out very satisfied.Update: There were some concerns that I brought up during my test drive that I was told were normal so I took their word, bought the vehicle and left . After getting a post-purchase inspection from a 3rd party, I was told that those were indeed issues. Despite being within the 7 day exchange window, I have lost confidence in this dealership and unfortunately am looking into other options to solve this issue. I was also told I would be able to find the corporate number online, but have been unable to.Update 2: After writing the last update, the GM and other managers were quick to try and contact me. I ended up using the 7 day vehicle exchange that was offered. During that process I was told that the sticker prices were essentially final and there was no room to negotiate. My options were to just exchange for a vehicle at sticker price, or stay with the original vehicle that I had complaints about. I left with a vehicle I did feel safer driving but I still feel as though I had been taken advantage of throughout the whole process.

Terrell Horton, Service Advisor, was amazing. He was polite, professional, and did his best to get me every discount I was entitled to. The service department was great. They returned my vehicle before the estimated date and had it washed before I drive off the lot.

Buying from Koons Ford was a pretty pleasant experience. I bought from out of state, travelled about 3.5 hours from NC. Negotiations were smooth, engaged over the phone with the sales manager (Eddie). Kevin Herrera, my salesman, was great and accommodated all of my extra photo request and was very clear and concise with communication. I would come back to this location just for the service I received. It didn t hurt that the truck I bought was a great price!!

I had a great experience at Koons Ford of Woodbridge with the purchase of my 2024 Ford Explorer ST. My sales person was Erik Guerra and his service was outstanding. They didn t have the color I wanted but Erik made sure to find the one in wanted and got it transferred from another dealer. If you are shopping a Ford car, go to Koons and ask for Erik Guerra! I highly recommend him!

My husband and I were recently traveling from NY to FL when the brakes started smoking on our Expedition. Luckily it happened only 7 miles from Koons Ford. We drove to the dealership and were greeted by Derek A., one of the service advisors. We explained our dilemma and without hesitation, he brought our vehicle right in. Within 4 hours, we had new brakes and Derek had us back on our way. Great customer service and a beautiful dealership. Thank you to Derek and the great care we received!

Never ever ever ever buy a car from here. Not a used one. Bought a car and within 5 days it was in the shop, miraculously it s not covered under my warranty so I m out almost another $1000 for a car I literally bought 7 days ago. Managers won t do anything either. It s legal in this state to sell lemons. Buyer beware. I m leaving this review on every platform I can. I m also talking to a lawyer because I just feel this can t be legal. They are taking advantage of people in an economy where folks are struggling. You ve been warned.Additional note: I talked to the customer relations manager who had me bring the car in then I was told I had to pay $1000 in repairs. The sales dept wouldn t let me swap the vehicle because I was 1 day past the trade time even though they had the car for 3 days. Do not ever ever buy here. Do so at your own risk.

Kyle was amazing to work with and made everything so easy and was extremely informative!Mo (the finance guy) was just as amazing. He made me feel cared about and looked after. He explained and broke everything down for us and made sure we were comfortable with what we were being explained. He just gave me a warm feeling. I laughed because he made me want to hug him! (I didn t haha)This was our fourth maybe fifth car bought from this location and have never had a bad experience.

nicole from the customer relations department was very helpful and quick with resolving a issue. Nicki is also the best advisor to have. I have taken my car here multiple times and have been taken care or. Motor blew and was replaced under warranty. car running like brand new!
