My experience with Woodbridge Buick Koons GMC has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in to purchase a car, the entire team was amazing and top-notch. They are professional, kind, and thoughtful, making the car-buying process a breeze. Took 3 hours to complete the transaction once we agreed on the price. Way too long. Engine light, service traction control light, front crash warning light all came on with 225 miles on the truck. Haven t even put gas in it and it has to go to dealer for service. Called the salesman and he said take it in for service.

I deeply regret my decision to visit this location. Initially, the staff seemed pleasant, but their attitude drastically changed the moment we agreed to purchase the car. Suddenly, it felt like we were dealing with completely different people, their demeanor shifting noticeably, almost as if their true colors had been revealed.Scott was particularly insistent on us purchasing a warranty due to the age of the car, which felt pushy and uncomfortable. David, the manager, assuring me he would follow up regarding the driver's side mirror, never called me .2 weeks later I only received an email reminder about an emissions test from Shannon.Upon receiving the keys, we were assured that all necessary work had been completed, only to later discover that they had overlooked the emissions test entirely. This negligence was astounding and frustrating to say the least.The final straw came when I brought the car in for an alignment appointment scheduled for 9 am on a Saturday. However, my car sat untouched in the parking lot for an hour before any work began, and only after I inquired about the delay did they finally start the service. In the end, what should have been a simple one-hour job took an astonishing two hours, despite having an appointment.This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. I wish I had read reviews beforehand, but this serves as a valuable lesson learned.

I have used this dealership for a long time (teenage years) and I love it. Great service and people are genuinely nice. Would recommend for all your automotive needs. Dan in the service department is fantastic!

10/10 Jeannie and Maks are the ones to get it done! My situation was rough! Not ashamed to say. I live a real blessed life and not a made up one! If they can get me rolling! I can almost guarantee this is the place to be when car buying!! Women to Women ask for Jeannie the best saleswoman around!! From a grateful client!!!

Meraj really was the Best. From greeting me when I first walked in to just being extremely pleasant. He made the process so smooth and answered all My questions even if i asked twice. I will definitely recommend anyone to him in the future. The establishment as a whole did a great job.

After a full shut down of our 2019 Buick Enclave super late in the afternoon and towed the car to Koons Woodbridge Buick which I was not their customer they took fully care of our Buick very quickly great communication, they found what was wrong, order parts got them installed, and called us with great news your car is ready. Excellent, quick, dependable Service. Very happy with my expirience.

Check engine light came on in my 2016 1500 Truck. I had Auto Zone run a diagnostic and they said it was the fuel bump. My oil was due for an oil change so I figure it was just dirty oil. Took my Truck to the GMC Service Center for a diagnostic and oil change. Told them it maybe dirty oil since I was due for a change and it not my primary vehicle. They charge me $160 for the diagnostic and $90 for the oil change and basically repeat what I had already said since check engine light went off after the oil change. But the thing that really got me is, they didn't add my military discount, which I figured would've been saved in my profile since I been the the service center a few time. I paid before realizing it wasn't added and was told they would give it next time if I let them know prior to payments.

Usually the service is great. I hadn t had any problems before my second oil change. I come in for a routine oil change and go through the service of checking in and waiting for my car. At the end, when I was ready to get my keys, they suddenly inform me that the insurance policy I bought with the car had changed and only covered every OTHER oil change, then proceeded to charge me $130. Incredibly poor service, representation, and lack of information was incredibly disappointing. After my next free oil change I am NEVER going back and never purchasing a car here again.

I inherited my dad s 2018 GMC truck (he passed away on 9 Jan). I took it in to Koon s Woodbridge GMC just to be checked out before selling it. I got an honest assessment and no fake ailments that would cost me money. In Fact, one of the awesome Service Dept people ended up buying the truck personally!

Great team and dealership leadership. They will work with you to get the best deal and will listen to any questions or concerns you may have to make it right. I worked with David and James from the sales side and Marwa and Abe from the management and finance side. The service team (Matt) were also very accommodating and nice to work with. Overall good experience and I will come back in the future.

Good service at koons GMC, they communicate with you all the time they have the vehicle through text calls etc.Matthew was the best explaining everything through out the whole process on fixing my truck. Great customer service.

Hi my my name is Abdul rafiqi we bought a car from Koones Woodbridge. They give us a bad car switch is broken lights headlights on your left side and fake inspections. Problem back-and-forth in the manager was rude and we don t have a good experience with them. Already report it to Deller Bord and googles and see what they could do. Smooth straight forward transaction with no smoke and mirrors. Came from 2hrs away and Uris made sure everything was lined up and ready to go. Even got a follow up courtesy call a few days later making sure I had everything I needed

Excellent service. We were traveling from Florida to New Jersey and our truck showed an alert near Woodbridge VA. We stopped at Koons and Matthew Morningstar help us schedule service to resolve the issue right away. Everyone was so nice at the place. Even to our little dog. Thank you all!

Overall good, but unlike other dealers GMC doesn't offer a car wash as part of their service like others. Why don't you go this lite extra to take care of your customers?

Went in for a parking brake replacement for 2012 Chevy Expeess and they just adjusted it, saving me money! They re honest and I found the pricing fair! Would recommend it!

The most horrible experience I have ever had. This is a very dishonest place. They don t fulfill their promises. They only want to sell their cars. I will never come back to this place. Their service is horrible and the attention to their clients is very bad. DONT BUY FROM THEM.

I love this dealership!!! I previously had an Acadia and had all my service done here. Now I have a Honda and I still take it to them. Dan has dealt with me over several years. He is always honest and recommends what maintenance needs to be done now and what will need to be done later. Diana is also wonderful, friendly and helpful. I have never felt like I am being talked into something to just do it and spend tons. The entire staff from sales to the service department are friendly, greet with smiles and take their time with you even if they are very busy!!!Service: Oil change
