I went for one car and left with a different car with better mileages and a better price!! Brenna, AKA my Soul sister, helped me with choosing what car to get and I love my Red 2021 Kia Soul!! She drives perfectly and fits me very well!! I would recommend anyone who wants a Kia to go there!

Working with Allen Lin was a breeze. I was specific in my intentions to arrive, finance, and get out the door because I was working with a tight time window after a long drive. He did just that, overall great experience with the dealership, and their finance team. Thanks for the new car you guys

First and last time going here. Came to look at a vehicle, spoke with Faith via text the next day and let her know I would be in around noon to purchase. Left work early and drove over an hour, arrived just after noon and sat down to start paperwork and Hores (manager) came over and advised me that someone had already put a down payment on the vehicle. There is obviously an issue internally with communication but I left right after he advised me that. Also they tried to tell me that condensation in a headlight is normal . See attached picture. Thank you for wasting my time, hope no one else has to go through this.

My dude Wayne Pereyra is there for whatever you need! They had a civic that had just been traded in and they were taking it to get cleaned. They said that it wasn t available to show and my dude Wayne worked his magic and got the car brought back for me to check out and eventually purchase. Wayne thank you! Also just want to shout out the floor manger Jordan, he was upfront and honest through all the negotiations and just wants the best for everybody. Koons is running with some good people.

Its was an extraordinary experience. Talked to Jordan over the phone he confirmed the vehicle was available and I came in. Once I came in I filled out the paperwork and test drive the vehicle. During the process Jordan was so cool and straightforward. They appraised my vehicle while I test drive my vehicle for purchase. Moments later they gave me an offer that was equal to carmax offer and it was a great trade in value for my vehicle. I then conversed with Christian about my terms, signed all of my paperwork and the deal was done. This experience was by far the best that I have ever had at a dealership. It was smooth, intentional and very pleasant. Everyone was professional and friendly. If you re looking for a vehicle check them out you won t regret it.

We worked with Allen,the salesman and Tyler from the finance office to purchase our new minivan. These men were both super. They were quick and worked hard on getting us the absolute best rates while staying in our payment range. When the rates were all locked in they even held the vehicle for 48 hours till I could make it there to pick it up. Had a good experience working with this dealership. Would recommend them to anyone.

Good prices - cheaper than other Kia dealers if you finance with them. Friendly and knowledgeable salespeople. Finance manager plays hard ball, unsurprisingly. About two hours to test drive, purchase, and drive away after telling them what I want on phone/email.

Wayne was the absolute best salesperson I ve ever dealt with. The pricing was exactly what he said, the service was fast and it was a personal and overall amazing experience. Even the finance manager Umair was outstanding! Highly recommend!

To be honest, I was a little hesitant about going to Koons Kia due to the 1-star reviews. However, since they were one of the closest dealers that had the car I was looking for, we decided to stop by. As soon as we parked ,we were greeted by one of the sales reps, "Justus Gibson," young kid willing to work with you, and find what you are looking. The whole experience was awesome, I never felt rushed to purchase the vehicle, I he found me exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out in about 2 1/2 hour. No issues so far on my vehicle and I am very pleased with it.I will update on maintenance services once that time comes.

I bought a new vehicle from Koons Woodbridge and I couldn t be more impressed with the staff. The team went above and beyond for the deal. The team showed incredible patience and professionalism throughout the entire process. Ahmed was an excellent salesman and I would certainly recommend anyone to this dealership for your auto needs.

I just bought my 2024 sorento from Koons Kia of Woodbridge. Working with Ahmed, Wayne, and Horace and the finance team really got me what I needed. My experience there was a 5/5. There was no pressure for me to finance with them or to purchase something I didn t want. Very accommodating to me and my family when I walked in and the other associates who I didn t work with were very nice and welcoming every time I entered the building. If you are reading this and looking for a Kia vehicle, most definitely check them out and ask for Ahmed or Wayne.

Hopefully this will help someone. I have a 2015 Optima, with the 2.5l GDI engine, that has a little over 76000 miles. I purchased it new at Koons Kia Woodbridge. Recently I've noticed a clacking or knocking when starting car. On Oct 18, I was driving home and it started bucking and trying to cut off, and a flashing check engine light came on. Had engine light code checked and it was a p1326. I tried to contact dealer, someone in service dept. would say hold please and never come back. So I reached out to live chat and the response was that someone will contact me soon; no one ever did. Next, I contacted Kia Customer service for advice, and had car towed through them for $170.00. The next day service rep called and confirmed p1326 code and would have to diagnose car. A diagnostic fee of $160.00 for rod bearing clearance test and a software update was charged. Afterwards it was recommended that I have spark plugs and induction cleaning done for $720.00 because now it was showing a p0301 code, which was not there before, with the check engine light. I declined that service and drove car home with the misfire. After review, it was found that the # 1 spark plug was damaged (p0301). I had all plugs replaced elsewhere for a better price, code was cleared and no engine light. Also I had an oil change done while the car was at the Kia dealership, I decided to check the level and it was overfilled which is not the first time that's happened. I had to wait for a redo. I used to trust the quality of work there until I started checking behind them. The invoice reflects they have been putting in 6Qts when it should only be 5.07Qts of oil. Too much is just as bad as not enough. Finally, I noticed today that car is still clacking on start up?

Before even going to test drive, I was relatively confident I wanted to invest in the car I went to see. Ahmed was who answered my call then worked with me to get to the correct location, test all the bells and whistles during the test drive and efficiently guide me through all the steps of trading in my car and being able to drive away with the new. He was friendly, confident and a great help and information source throughout.

Ramtin was my Sales Manager for this purchase. He was extremely patient, helpful, and stayed in constant communication with me throughout this process. Car dealers/dealerships get a bad rap with women who purchase alone but not in this case. Everyone was polite, informative, and knowledgeable about all the questions I had.

We drove 1.75 hrs to make the trip to test drive a vehicle. Jonathan Freeman was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He sold us his first car at Koon Kia. He meet us outside with a bright smile and great personality! Very outgoing, pleasant and honest. When we are ready to trade in again we know EXACTLY where we will be going. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I am so happy that I bought a new car at this dealership. Everyone I spoke with from beginning to end regarding my car purchase was very kind, professional, and helpful. David answered the phone when I called and told him exactly what car I was looking for. My husband and I felt he gave us all the information before making a a purchase. Jonathan was also helpful and answered all questions when it came to signing. My car was given to me clean, and David even took the time to explain the app features. Highly recommend this dealership!

John was very cool as a salesperson. He was not pushy or persistent in selling a car. He really pushed for me to get the price I was looking for in which I purchased a Kia for the first time. He went over all the details of the car after purchase as well. 5 out of 5 for him and the team at Kia of Woodbridge.

I've been a Toyota girl for over a decade, and when my vehicle was totaled, I went to the Toyota dealership in Woodbridge. I had an awful experience with the Toyota dealership. I was then referred to the Koons Kia in Woodbridge. I found the vehicle of my dreams. Wayne was my car salesman, and Christian was the one who took care of the finance section. Both were charming to work with. If anyone wants a car, look no further than the Kia dealership in Woodbridge and ask for Wayne!Professionalism 10/10Knowledge 10/10Quality of service 10/10Customer service 10/10Wayne 10/10Christian 10/10

My husband and I went in for different reasons and came out with a car we both absolutely love as does our children. Isaiah and the rest of the financial team worked really hard to get the numbers where we wanted and at the end it all worked out well. Highly recommend this Koons location and ask for Isaiah! :)

Was booked to come here from NY to buy a car the manager said they would hold for me, specifically said "no deposit necessary". As I get ready to drive 8 hrs there I call the salesman and he says it sold last night! No communication skills were practiced here. They will also refuse to take an out of state check or wire transfer from your own bank and force you into using theirs.

Unfortunately they confirm the stereotype of sleezy car dealership negotiations. I have bought a few new cars in the last 5 years and thought that practice was in the past. They proved me wrong. Despite agreeing on all pricing ahead of time, they claimed that a rebate based on a higher interest rate (that nobody would possibly want) was baked into the dealer discount number. My advice is to ask what the dealer discount they have consists of before wasting your time. Kudos to them if they are able to get people to agree after "waiting for finance", but hopefully after reading this you won't fall for that.
