I am so pleased with their work. Their customer service was great. My van is 11 years old and it had a couple of dents (that we're not my fault). K&W did a fantastic job. If I ever need another paint job, I would definitely be a repeat customer. I love that they cleaned the inside too. Very satisfied!

I called K&W on 4/11/24 to see if they would be able to buff a scratch from my car. The manager told me to come in and they would take a look at it. I went to the shop the next day and Gisela looked at it and buffed it out for me in no time. She was very nice.

Normally I focus on food but when you are so happy about the service and quality, you have to give praise. My car is 6 years old and is not kept in a garage, so it s exposed to the elements. K&W did a fantastic job on my vehicle with matching the paint. I thought how hard can white be to match but it turns out that white is one of the more difficult colors to match as it ages. The craftsman at K&W was able to accomplish the task flawlessly. Very satisfied!

Second time coming here for repairs after getting hit & I had no doubt they d amaze me just like they did the first time. Andy was great & provided updates the whole time. Super friendly & patient. He made sure I was happy with the work that was done. Paint was perfectly matched & no huge gap despite me having an aftermarket bumper. It didn t take long to get my car back either and they even cleaned the inside and vacuumed. They also shined my tires for me! I live in MD and this shop is far from me but it s the only one I come to when I need my car worked on. Thank you Andy & K&W for the great service!!Service: Painting

I come here all the time for any repairs for my Honda Vehicles, but after my last visit it may be my last time coming here. First, many things with the repair were not done properly. They lost a piece of my radio ( push button) and that was not even part of the repair. The front fender was off, the wheel alignment was not done correctly and also there was a discrepancy with the paint I noticed when the vehicle was ready. It's been about 3 months since I have my car back and they haven't even fix any of the discrepancies my vehicle has. Every time I call about those problems everyone there is clueless about any of the defects, it's like calling for the first time even when all those defects were pointed the the time of pick up.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I got a dent in my car fixed here and they did an amazing job. They even cleaned the inside of my car better than anyone has before. I will be going back to them if I need to in the future.

Do not use this facility for Insurance claim. They milked the claim in cohoops with the tow company for nearly $9,000.00 and did not repair the vehicle due to illegal practices of NATIONWIDE (whom will be taken to court)! There is too much to describe in this review! BUT I STRONGLY SAY BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!

Picked up my hyundai sonata today and it looked brand new, no signs of previous damage. not sure why they were taking joy rides in my car to McDonald's though. Left the wrapper in my car, dashcam was unplugged and mirrors were moved

I am going to share my full story because customer service here is very professional! I have a 2018 Cadillac Escalade with a tri-coat red passion tintcoat color. Prior to getting the vehicle painted the front desk advised that painting the bumper on this truck will not be 100% match but will be close to unnoticeable. I completely understood as the age of the car and weathering of paint and whatnot (fresh vs older paint). When I went to pick up my vehicle; I need to add they completed on time, the paint seemed a bit too off for me. I relayed my concern with my advisor but it was cloudy and rainy that day and we agreed that I would take it home when the sun came out I could throughly review the paint job. Well when the sun came out the paint was off . I had a panic attack, it was red but very noticeably off to me as I only got the paint job to fix clearcoat peel. I was panicked because I had already paid them and I was worried about going back and forth. Well let me tell you, I contacted them the next day and they said bring it back. The advisor came out looked at the vehicle and I believe the owner of the shop and they quickly advised they would repaint it. This was no cheap paint job especially for just a bumper, but there was no fuss, no back and forth just a simple will re-do it. Once I got my truck back boy was I happy the paint is a near match and barely can tell its a repaint (i know because I got it painted lol). But overall I am satisfied with working with K and W and will definitely bring my business here more often. There might of paint a hiccup in the beginning that to me warranted 2 to 3 stars but businesses that pride themselves in their work like K and W and don't try to fight the customer on reasonable concerns or request will always get 5 stars in my book. #1veryhappycustomer

After a minor accident the grill, front bumper, and a head lamp assembly sustained some minor damage. There was also some other minor scratches and dings that needed to be repaired. K&W did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle! They even detailed my car after the repair work. Look at those wheels. I highly recommend K&W for auto body repair.Service: Body & Trim

We hit a deer in our Lexus 350RX. Alot of front end and fender damage. Justin kept us up to date throughout the process, and the result was a car good as new. No one would know that it was hit, body alignment and color match are perfect! I highly recommend this shop.

K & W was highly recommended by a friend whose word I trust. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. Admittedly, I have never had to deal with a body shop before, so my experience may be what's typical for most customers.I wanted to repair a bad paint job that had been done on my truck before I purchased it and repair a couple spots that had rusted. The repair was beyond their scope of experience and they admitted as much. I appreciate that as opposed to them attempting the repair and doing it poorly.I scheduled the work to coincide with a planned vacation so that I would not be without a vehicle when I got back. I still ended up waiting a week after I returned. I was told that my truck would be ready the next day a few times, only to be disappointed again.As for the quality of their work, I am pleased. They do good work. I just wish they would do it faster, or give a more realistic timeline so that the customer knows what to expect. Would I use them again? Quite possibly.Service: Painting

Great customer service. A parts issue lowered the score. The parts company (Ourisman Hyundai of Bowie) initially sent the wrong part and was late in sending the replacement, causing an extra 3 day wait, not to mention having to pay for a rental for extra days out of pocket. My husband brought his previous car here multiple times and was always extremely satisfied so I knew my car would be fixed correctly. I wasn't expecting the outstanding level of customer service that came with the quality of work. I never had to wonder what the status was as Justin always kept me updated and he went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced when there was a slight delay due to shipping. My car looks brand new on the outside and I was floored when I got in side and it was completely detailed! Every business should strive for the level of quality and customer service that K&W provides.Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Very bad service, I was sent by my insurance for an estimate for the repair of my vehicle, and I waited 3 weeks for them to send the information and they never sent it, my insurance canceled everything and I had to start all over again....

I'm normally skeptical of stellar reviews; however, K&W's performance, attention to detail, and overall customer service has been nothing short of spectacular.First, the work itself was great. While Kevin was going through my car to prepare the quote, he was looking for ways to save some money. Yes - a body shop that tries to save you money. Unheard of...I know.Second, it's also true that they follow up throughout the process. I was called a few times to give me an update on their progress.Third, once the car was finished - and the work was phenomenal - the bill was actually lower than the quote...by $300.Finally, I got a call from the owner (yes, the OWNER) today. He thanked me for my business, and asked if I was satisfied with the work. He also reminded me of their lifetime warranty on their work.So all the raving review you read are true. I highly recommend them.

We have been a customer for such a long time and even after so many years the customer service is AMAZING and the staff is very friendly. Always answers any questions I have. Today I took my car to get something fixed and get the estimate to see how much it will costs me. Andy I know him for many years since the day I took my Acura RSX early 2000. The car was pretty damaged and he was the one who helped us. And even today when I walked in his customer service is at another level very helpful and extremely friendly. Took care of me right away and I m so glad I stopped by here today. I m glad to see he still works there. I wanted to right this as a Thank you for being so kind.

Over the past 4 years I have been to K&W 3x for minor fender and body repair. Having a knowledge of body work and paint and I can say this shop performs great quality workmanship, fit and finish. The owner actually called me to make sure I was satisfied. NO NOT the manager, the owner! They know their business.Ask for Andy. He's the guy I go to for service.

Justin and the team at K&W did an incredible job repairing my BMW after an accident. The team was responsive and were competitively priced. Instead of simply going for the most expensive option, the team actually found ways to repair some of the existing parts and saved me quite a bit of money. The overall job took about 3 weeks which is longer than I would have liked but no complaints with the finished product. They also guarantee their workmanship for life. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone looking for body work.

We chose K&W for a collision repair and they have been tremendous from start to finish. Nadyne Penn walked us through the entire process. From cost estimate to rental to quality of work and insurance experience, they have been connected and thorough. This car looks brand new. I just had my car repaired from K and W. They were professional, very courteous, and their customer service was top notch. The part needed to fix my car was ordered and arrived very quickly, I received a call as soon as it was in, and when I took my car in it was fixed quickly and they buffed out some small marks and dings on my car, too. And I received a follow-up call after the work was done.I would gladly recommend K and W to anyone.5 stars.

My wife and I arrived home to find our other car had been hit while in our parking space. No note left. State farm recommended K&W for the repair. Previously, we had the 2004 Grand Marquis wrapped at another location and my wife didn't like the color or job. So, we said that in addition to the repair, we wanted the car to be completely unwrapped and repainted. Jason, the rep we dealt with, coordinated with Jim, Owner, and they gave us a VERY REASONABLE PRICE. Jason kept us appraised as the process proceeded. During this process, they also replaced the right rear quarter panel, the front and rear bumpers, radiator, and front windshield. When we went to pick up the car all I could say was WOW, WOW, WOW! If I ever need any other car repair work completed, K&W is the ONLY PLACE I will go. Their owner and his staff are professional, courteous and extremely reliable. K&W is THE PLACE to go.

I just picked up my daughters Escape and they did a great job!And I didn't expect that in only 7 days time. The paint job is a perfect match, and they made sure the truck was clean and ready to go. I feel like I received a free detail job!I can't say enough about Elmer for being prompt, professional, and meeting and addressing all my concerns, right down to the parts needed for the repair. He was always available to answer any questions.No voice mail at K&W.This process was made so easy, no stress!I do have to give a shout out to Enterprise, as they came to me,and the rental was clean and ready to go.Great job guys, thanks so much, and if I need another repair their will be no question as to where I will go.JD

So impressed with the service I received from K&W Auto Body! Im convinced any other auto body shop in the area, and probably the state of Virginia, wouldn t even come close to beating them in workmanship or customer service. They really went above and beyond on our F150 and treating us so kind. We know we can come to them in the future and wouldn t want to go anywhere else. Thanks again you guys, all of you, are awesome.

I typically only write reviews for exceptionally good service or extremely bad service. So for me to go out of my way to tell you how great K&W was means that they are awesome! Someone side swiped my 2014 Chevy Camaro and they fixed her up like new. They called and gave me updates and even called a few days after I had my car back to make sure everything was okay. Everyone there is super nice and if I have any more issues I will work with them in the future.
