I fixed my vehicle on 12/1/2023(Fri) for a leaking coolant at Joe's auto service.On 12/6/2023(wed), coolant was leaking again. My vehicle was towed to Joe's auto service.They recommended that I replace Whole Horse.I accepted and replaced the whole horse. After repaired, I picked up my vehicle on 12/8, Friday evening.Today(12/11), it is leaking again.The owner told me to bring it again.I don't think they are skilled.I feel like I wasted my money and time.

Been coming to this place for 6 years. I take my personal and work car to get repairs done on it whenever needed. Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Repair costs are priced out fairly and can get an estimate upon request to decide whether you want the work done or not. Turn around time is great and constantly updated if anything else comes up while inspecting car.

Always outstanding service. Staff is polite, efficient, and HONEST!! Hard to find in this industry.Been with them since before it was Joe's, and the service has never "dipped."They've not only fixed my vehicles, but given advice and checked out used cars I've wanted to buy. Ive been a customer for years so I am not sure if they will look over potential buys for all, but it does show their commitment to their customers.Always satisfied!

As a female, it is so frustrating to know you will almost always have car places try to win one over on you but not here. I've been coming to Joe's back when it was Dunnivan's Corner about 15 yrs ago. They have always been honest, trustworthy, and true. Every friend I've sent here has said the same. I am always greeted with kindness and well taken care of which I know is a rarity for car places. Absolutely love going to Joe's!

I called around to find someone who would install brakes and rotors for My 2016 Audi Q3 that I purchased myself. A lot of people scoffed and gave me attitude. I called joes cause of the excellent reviews and it was completely different. They were so welcoming and didn t hesitate at all when I told them the situation. When I arrived for my appointment the guy at the desk was super friendly and personable. They did a fantastic job pretty quickly and the price was unbeatable for the value. I will definitely be giving them all my business from now on.Service: Brakes

John and Joe are my go to guys for all my cars. I love their work ethic and professionalism. I've been going to them for several years. They have been through all my car transitions with me. I honestly wouldn't take my car any other place if I could help it. I have literally driven 2 hours when I moved away from the area just so they could check my car. I'm back in the area and will definitely be taking my car to them without a shadow of a doubt.Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

This place was recommended to me by Jiffy Lube, I needed a water pump ASAP! Called them the next morning when they opened, to see if they would be able to help me out and I was told yes. I got to the shop about 8:45 and had my truck back and up and running by 1:30. These guys are awesome! They are some of the nicest people, honest and not out to gouge you for money. I will definitely be going back the next time I need something major done to my vehicle.

I brought my care in for a lot of front end work and to fix a leak and was very pleased with the service. My car was in and out in less than a day unlike many of the larger chain places around town. I would recommend this place to anyone. The prices were fair and the customer service was great! I will be taking my car here from now on when I have something that needs fixed. The car is now running smooth and quiet once again.

We added a 2003 Jeep to the family and it has many issues associated with being an almost twenty year old car. Joe's has been great. They are fast, fair and honest. Could not ask for more. With their help, I think we can hit 300,000 miles!

Once again great service in helping my daughter keep her older first car on the road. It's nice to know I can tell her to go see Joe or John and know they will treat with her like they own. NO up charges will fix only what is needed. NO BS like other chain services. Thanks again..If you are looking for GREAT service & a reasonable price look no more.I've used Joe's twice in the past month and BOTH times he had me in & out very fast.being a sales rep my car is my office so to being able to get good service and fast too you can not beat it.

I've been to Joe's Auto Service on two separate occasions and received quality, professional service at an unbeatable price both times.My first visit was a couple years ago due to a defective locking mechanism. The price for the parts I needed was more than I could afford. However, unlike many other repair shops, Joe's Auto Service encouraged me to look for parts on my own to see if I could find them at lower prices. When I was able to find the parts for lower than the price Joe's quoted, the shop happily installed the parts for me, no questions asked.My second visit happened just this week. I had been hearing a ticking noise coming from the engine area for quite some time. I took my vehicle to 3 other places before I finally came back to Joe's. The 3 previous garages all suggested I might need a new exhaust manifold and quoted me prices as high as $2,500. Additionally, each of those garages were adamant that they could not tell me for sure what the precise issue was unless they pulled the engine out of the truck for a 360 degree inspection. That alone would run me between $800-$1,000.But within 30 seconds of listening to the noise I was complaining about, Joe's was able to determine it was simply a faulty manifold gasket and quoted me a price of $40. Engine extraction not required.As a female, we get taken advantage of quite frequently by mechanics and repair shops. It's nice to find a place that gives me quality, competent service at a competitive price without any negotiating or haggling.Will definitely be visiting Joe's Auto Service as my routine maintenance provider going forward and will recommend Joe's to my family and friends with a clear conscious!

New to the area, I read lots of reviews and was very uneasy picking a place. The reviews are true for here. Completely wonderful. I came for an inspection. Called ahead to see if an appointment was needed. First come, first served before 4pm. I drive an old mystery machine, so I expected the worst even though I've never had any problem with it. It just looks old. They were very upfront with some minor issues and even showed me how they test and where the issues were. They offered to fix it, quoted me including tax and labor, and were just very honest and put my mind at ease. They have integrity and wonderful service. I'll come again and suggest all to as well. While waiting (an hour for inspection, wipers, bulb, and brake pads) I got to speak to another loyal customer of 15 years. This place is great.

I needed to find a reliable mechanic and I was referred to Joe's Auto Service. I went in for an oil change, I did not have an appointment and they fit me right in. I had them do my State inspection, too. They also recommended other services, that I knew I needed done, (I am setting up an appointment for these items.) The owner and crew were very knowledgeable and their shop was very clean. This Auto Service was Simply Amazing. I am so glad I was introduced to this auto service I will be telling others about this company.

Joe's Auto Service is a COMPLETE BREATH OF FRESH AIR!!!! I have never experienced such great customer service (especially in the automotive industry).... EVER!!! I will definitely bring my car here for all of my car repairs! Joe and his crew have been extremely friendly, since our first phone conversation! I truly appreciate his honestly, great customer service , quick work and clean waiting area!

Joes auto service did a great job on the 2002 Toyota Tundra to replace the front brakes, pads and rotors. Also, my tires were rotated. All work was done in a timely matter and the staff are all very nice. Michael S. NottinghamService: BrakesService: Brakes

These guys are great! I've bought two used cars this past year (Nissan, Mercedes Benz) and they were completely upfront about what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. Good honest independent mechanics. Don't waste hard earned money at the dealers anymore, go to Joe's! Unparalleled service and great prices!

I was recommended to Joe's Auto Service after my "dummy lights" came on and Jiffy Lube was unable to help me because they didn't have the right equipment. The guys at Joe's are outstanding! They fixed my problem quickly and were completely honest and up front about what had happened and how much the problem was going to cost me to fix. (Which was beyond reasonably priced!) They treated me like I was family and I can honestly say I've never had such a better conversation with a mechanic in my life while waiting for my car to be fixed. I plan to continue to go back to Joe's and I am beyond grateful that the guys at Jiffy Lube recommended this auto garage.

Great! Great customer service. They even have a reward program for oil changes. Buy a certain amount and get one free. (I m sure that is subject to change but it was running while I was there) I had called ahead to see what the wait time was and he said about an hour but they had me in and out within what felt like minutes for my oil change. They don t do emissions testing as of now (I had called and asked about that). Great experience overall and will be back for any and all of my car needs.

These guys replaced my clutch super fast and it works perfect! Aamco was going to charge me twice the amount to replace it. I m very happy with their service and will use them again for future repairs. Also recommended my friends to this shop

I wish I could give 6 stars! Joe and his crew have been taking fantastic care of my vehicle for years. They never try to sell me things I don't need, or talk down to me as a female customer, as many other mechanics do. They have repeatedly gone above and beyond to make sure that I am safe on the road. When my teen daughter started driving, it was such a relief to know that Joe and the team would be there to watch out for her too. I can even rely on them to handle problems she has when I am out of town. I am so grateful to have found Joe's Auto Service and I am a customer for life!

Last month my wife and I, along with our 3 year old Granddaughter were headed back from Florida to our home in New Jersey. We were traveling Northbound on I-95 at 11:00 pm when our back left tire blew out. Unfortunately my vehicle does not store a spare tire. So I called USAA and they sent a tow truck out and dropped my vehicle off at Joe's Auto service. I confirmed the hours they would be opening up at 8:00 am. I called at 7:30 that morning and someone was already in the office to assist to. Less then an hour later I received a call back letting me know my vehicle was ready. Thank you Joe and to your staff for the prompt and friendly service...Don

Great customer service. If you re looking for a place to bring your car for repair look no further. Honest, trustworthy and very affordable. Feels great to know I found an auto repair shop I can trust. Do yourself a favor and go see Joe!

My wife recently took her Mustang in to get a mysterious leak diagnosed and repaired. They were very thorough and took the right amount of time to find the leak and figure out what would be needed to get it fixed. Then they took the time to explain it all in thorough detail without talking down to her or making her feel uncomfortable about the process. Really appreciate their professionalism and I will be making Joe's my garage for all future repairs.

Front brakes were noisy so they were done as well. The best part was seeing the bill with the safety inspection fee. Little did I know I had been driving around for 6 weeks with a dead inspection. Never would have noticed but they dd.I love seeing Joe, his father in law, wife and kids often in the shop. A true family owned and operated, trustworthy business.Originally from 12/23/2013Joe is the former mechanic from Dunivan's and he is a top-notch and honest guy. My most recent experience with them came yesterday when I had smoke coming from my car. As it turns out, it was a "recall" and they sent me to the dealer to get it fixed for free. The dealer (Hendrick Honda) gave me a laundry list of things to get fixed and I told them no (including $60 for a nail in the tire!!) and I brought it right back to Joe's and Brian took a look at all of it. NONE OF IT needed to be done AND Brian even found a nut that was missing from my suspension and replaced it free of charge.About a year ago, while still at Dunivan's, they accidentally punctured my radiator in my Honda Pilot while doing some other work. No attempt to hide it. They called me, told me and replaced it with a brand new unit and no charge.WE ALL naturally distrust car repair shops. This is an HONEST one that treats you like a friend and will not try to "up-sell" what you don't need.Lastly, my $90 synthetic oil changes from Jiffy Lube are now done at Joe's for around $50!!Give them a try...you'll be glad you did!!

Always great service and the people are honest. It's hard to find good car people but these are people I trust. They took my car last minute when i was headed to a funeral and my radiator went out. They have been my place of business ever since and they haven't disappointed.
