I come here mostly for the convenience, but honestly, the constant up-selling on services is off-putting, especially given their higher prices. The quality of their work has been consistent good, so no complaints there, and they always seem pretty well staff, so waits aren t terrible. Also, they have a good number of bilingual staff, which is a big plus. They also give military discounts every little bit helps. I ll be back. Free coffee and phone charging options in the clean waiting room.

Just got the oil changed in both my wife s and my truck; the service here is great! You can tell the garage is a crew. They are efficient, professional, friendly and you can feel the chemistry; they function as team. Great prices and quality work.

Jiffy Lube has a 30.00 dollar coupon they put on their web page that is a scam. When you read the fine print, it says "at participating stores". We'll guess what? Of course none of them are participating. This is a very deceit full practice that companies use to get you in and hope you don't see the fine print. Better yet, Valvolene oil charges 70.00 for a full synthetic oil change, by using a real Coupon from Groupon, a savings of about 30.00 dollars. Why pay 117.09, when you can pay 70.00 for the exact same service?

The service, customer care, and attention to every detail is among the best I ve seen, and is unmatched in the area without a doubt. Took the car in last week for an oil change, went ahead and let them do my tire rotation. They tried to upsale me a fluid change but I knew I didn't need one. A week later I come back because I hear a metal on metal grinding noise on my 1 year old brakes. Brought the car back and all of a sudden I had no brake pad and the caliper was damaged and rotor was damaged and now they are telling me it will be almost a grand to replace. But they didn't see anything wrong when they did the tire rotation. I will fix it myself. Last time I will trust any oil change place.

If you can take your car to the Manassas Jiffy lube I would. Most of the staff was friendly. Towards the end of the service I had a question about the pricing and when the receptionist went to ask the technician I could hear him being rude and using an aggravated tone of voice. I usually don t leave reviews but as A girl who doesn t know much about mechanics I just wanted to be reassured the pricing was correct and a polite answer would ve been the professional thing to do. The technicians name was Monav.

Since you asked a second time. You did not vacuum my back seat floors. The wait time was expected however, when my vehicle was finished and pulled out of the bay I waited another 15 minutes to pay and drive off. I was not happy when the lady attempted to taken another customer to my vehicle. Very disappointing! I was then told my ticket was not ready but my vehicle was serviced, pulled out to the waiting area and another vehicle was in the bay within minutes.

I Went there at this Jiffy lube location and they didn't put enough oil in my truck. They almost burned my engine. I am not satisfied and happy at all the Employees are crooked. Esp, the mechanic guys. They lied they hate their job so they do not do a good work. I will never comeback here again. Lazy dis honest men works here damaging the owner company reputation. They do not care so BEWARE.

Went to Minnieville rd jiffy lube in VA on Sunday 3 Dec 2023 at 9 AM because website said it opened then. Got there at 8:50 AM and was first in line. By 9 there were 6 in line all waiting for the store to open. At 9:16 a guy comes out and says they re closed. I said the website says you re open. He says we re closed today to install a new floor . Hey Jiffy Lube you wasted 6 people s time waiting in line for about half an hour! There was no sign out front saying the store was closed and no sign at the garage door entry points saying you were closed. Why did you do this to your customers???Update: when I arrived on Sunday, 3 December, there was a big storage trailer backed up against one of the garage doors and then backed up against the middle garage door was a large cargo van. Today Mon 4 Dec I arrived again and now with the cargo van no longer there, I see a sign saying they were closed on Sunday.But again, Jiffy Lube, why was the sign only on one of your three doors and why did you allow the people installing the floor to back their cargo van up to the center garage door thus obscuring this sign? And why didn t you put signs on all three garage doors and mount them higher so they weren t obscured by the truck of the people putting the flooring in? And better yet why didn t you put a sign out on the side where nothing could ve obscured it? Bottom line: you still only get 1-star!

The service was good as usual. It was the longest I've had to wait, not your fault though. I've never seen it that busy before. Keep up the good work.

Been coming here a while with minimal problems but this latest trip has made me change my mind. Even though I have pointed out that there is a hatch in the middle of the armor plate under my truck to access the oil filter they have anyways gone out of the way to remove the plate and mess up the threads on the bolts when reinstalling it. This time they told me they were having problems getting it back on but never told me they were not able to reattach it. The solution they had was to use zip ties to hold the 80lb plate on the underside of my truck - something that I consider entirely unsafe and did not think to look into the instant they pulled it out of the bay. Who knows what happened to the grade 8 bolts that normally hold it on. I am mostly irritated they didn't actually tell me and let me just drive away thinking it was fine.

Today I went over here for the regular oil change, if was rainy, stayed in the car and just was watching how they are changing the oil, was very pleased to see how manager was taking care of the car in front of me with such a care was vacuuming and doing quality control as well while I was waiting inside one of the workers came and talk to the lady saying that you don t need to change the oil yet, you can use you free fill up until the time comes it was very honest to do this instead to take the money and just to be ignorant. It makes me come back and recommend this place to others. That was my experience, just wanted to share with you ll. Great job guys!

Waiting room too small. Viruses are going around again. Guy walked in selling roof repair and replacement. Price and service very good. The flow of conducting business needs addressed. Sometimes confusing.

I was looking for a reliable place to do my oil change and possibly make it my maintenance place.And BOOM! After going through series of google Reviews. I made few calls to some oil change places; all of them either told me to leave the car and pick it up the next day or no opening for oil change at the moment. So i choose to call the next ticked place: JEFFY LUBE!!I MADE THE CALL AND YES !! They told me to bring my car.And to be honest, i never regretted going there. The reception was marvelous.

I went to change my oil and what I won was that they finished with my car they left the filters incorrectly the oil in my car was all on the floor my engine started making noise then I went to have it checked and they just looked at it and as if nothing happened afterwards My car's engine stopped working because my car never had oil and they don't want to pay for the damages.

Went to jiffy lube for an oil, coolant, and power steering fluid change on a Sunday.Long story short, they've ruined my engine...caused coolant and oil to spill all throughout my engine and refuse to hold themselves accountable for damages to my vehicle.Go at your own risk, clearly their mentality is anything wrong with your fault is never a result of their services. Will never come to this jiffy lube again. I've attached photos.

My wife got her car serviced here. The service advisor Kari was very professional, she explained all the recommended services and got her an estimate. The services were completed in a timely manner. The cashier Patricia was very sweet and walked my wife out to her car. The worse customer service. Sat in line and listened to the employees joke about quitting and making inappropriate jokes. I understand there is shop talk but not like the stuff they were saying in front of customers and children. No one came to my vehicle for 35 mins. Will never come back to a jiffy lube.

I went here to get my oil changed on a newly acquired vehicle and everything went well the day of. Service was quick but the employees did seem like they were playing around while working on my oil change.A week or so later my engine started to make bad noises as if something was colliding with something else. I take it to my family mechanic to review and come to find out the vehicle had no oil. I had driven the vehicle for close to about 1000 miles in a little over a week with no oil.The pistons were rubbing against each other causing the noises because of operating with no oil.The mechanic reviews the vehicle and confirms there s no oil leak and it s not possible for the vehicle to have consumed that much oil in such a short amount of time.He then went in a drained the oil that was remaining in the vehicle which was less than a quart( photos provided) and it was old oil. Meaning jiffy lube never changed my oil. They most likely drained it but never replaced it with new oil.I called after finding this out and the only remedy they could offer was to offer to see the vehicle but they didn t discuss any actions they d take, they didn t offer to look at the security footage to confirm our suspicions. Nothing.I will never come here again and am currently in talks with legal personnel on how to proceed with this considering the potential damage this caused to my vehicle due to their lack of professionalism and quality control.Service: Oil change

Very good experience. Service was quick less then 20 minutes. Attention to detail was good. I had two tires that were missing valve stem cover . After they checked my tire pressure I noticed that they replaced the missing stem covers. The shop manager at this location seems to have the entire crew operating smoothly and efficiently. They normally have me in and out in 20-25 minutes. This particular location suggests/recommends/ offer other services BUT DO NOT PUSH/PRESSURE the add on services.

My mother's car's Interior was covered in oil and dirt and the didn't clean up the oil drain plug area or where the oil filter is located. And then up charged for a power steering flush and never did it. STAY WAY FROM THIS PLACE. ALL THEY DO IS LIE AND STEAL FROM YOU
