I went to change the oil in my car, my car is a Mercedes Benz 2024 gle 350, they assisted me and the people are not trained to attend to high-end cars. I saw that they did not have enough experience to be able to attend to this level of cars. Apart from that, I They applied more oil than normal to it. The computer showed it to me and I made a complaint to them so that they could bring me some so that it would be at the correct level. When I approached them, the first thing they told me was to go to another workshop. so that they could do it to me because they couldn't do it to me there, because it was good, they treated me very poorly and there are no people trained to treat Latinos, they serve Latinos very poorly, they are racist I hope that if any Latino sees this message, they don't go now because they will. to serve badly

This place is really great. They know their cars well - Hyundai is known for this, Ford is known for that, etc. Shada who works at the front desk is awesome. She's personable and really knows her stuff. The crew in the shop is really great too - always respectful and courteous, and the whole team is honest. I've only been here a few times but I plan to go here exclusively for my oil changes.

This location goes beyond just regular customer service! Continue reading to find out why! Came to check tire pressure with cold weather approaching. George quickly assisted me. Then he asked about the horrible squeak on my tire. Travis, the manager immediately showed concern and offered to take the tire off to inspect free of charge. They immediately found a rock lodged in the brakes. It was a simple gesture but because of the day I had just had, their kindness had me in tears. I m homeless and any issue with my car would be catastrophic. I had also just admitted my college age son to hospital an hour earlier and was overwhelmed with life. These two wonderful men made sure I was taken care of and their assistance will be appreciated forever. Thank you.

Gentlemen were very polite. Quick service.A few months I had taken my car in for an oil change and to have my squeaky brakes checked.Glad I did as they found an issue that needed repairing.Last week I received an email to bring my car back for a free inspection of tire pressure and to top off fluids. So I took my car in and was taken care of very quickly.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I work in Fairfax and after making it back to Woodbridge and picking up my dry cleaning I noticed my back left tire was almost completely flat. I made my way over to Jiffy Lube#1070 of Occoquan around 5:30ish and was greeted by assistant manager Mr. Travis Watson. Between him and his employee Mr. Julio, I want say I was in and out of there in the span of a half an hour or less. My tire was patched refilled and I was safely off. I'm indebted to these men , especially because it was almost closing and I know they wanted to go home. I cannot extort the excellent customer service I received high enough, if you should find yourself in a similar situation this is where you go!

Stopped by for an oil change at this location. They did the regular deal of recommending things the vehicle needed. They said my brake fluid was bad and it needed a flush. 25 minutes go by. The manager comes in, avoids talking to me. I can hear him frustrated about ordering parts; but didn t know that it was for my car. One employee brings me to the bay to tell me they broke the brake line on one side and it s now leaking and I need a new caliper. The manager now talks to me and explains a completely different scenario. Then goes on to run his mouth about things that were completely irrelevant. That it was already leaking when they got the tire off. He then proceeds to draw a childish picture of how brakes work. They quote me over $900 for a new caliper, rear brakes and rotors. I knew that was ridiculous when it flew out his mouth. Took the car to a different shop and got the job don t for $500 less. The different shop then tells me the caliper was not the problem at all. The rear axle seal was leaking. So I would have replaced it for no reason and still would ve had to replace the axle seal. Female employee was very personable and helped us out. Seems like the manager isn t qualified to run this place or experienced enough as a mechanic. Lots of drive in shops. Don t pick this one.

Have been taking my vehicle to this specific Jiffy Lube for almost a year now and it s been great service every time. Even when unexpected cost arise they are very quick to explain and even show why certain work needs to be done. Very helpful with answering and questioning and concerns I have as well

Great place and staff. They go above and beyond to make any customer happy. I presented last night after business hours and Travis Watson who is the assistant manager took care of my car nicely and patiently.

My experience at this Jiffy Lube was great! The manager I believe his name was Travis! He was very informative & also helped me find the coupons for my visit!I appreciate it so much! ThanksAwesome customer service at this location!

I came in with a check engine light and a malfunctioning car (car was sluggish and wouldn t go over 35 mph) which turned out to be my spark plugs going bad. The mechanics in the bay showed me the bad plugs and replaced them and changed my oil in no time at all and walked me through other things on the vehicle that I need to get serviced. I ve had plenty of experiences at dealership service departments and other places getting vehicle maintenance completed but this was far and away the best experience I think I ve ever had. The staff was courteous, professional, and efficient with their work. I m definitely going to start using this location for my routine maintenance.

The Jiffy Lube off of Occoquan is by far my favorite location. I always receive top notch professional service. The techs are polite and caring. They always keep me aware of maintenance I need or will need. I cannot bestow enough positive feedback upon the staff at this Jiffy Lube location (#1070). When I came in to get my car's oil changed, they asked about additional services they provide, including a tune up. I decided to pull the (spark) plug (lol), and the manager on duty, Travis W., performed the service. I have a unique/rare three cylinder car and while it took three hours, Travis took the time to show me EXACTLY how to perform the service and what also may be causing the misfire code. I like knowing how my car operates, and the staff on site today--including Atiba, Saleh, George, and Kvon--were courteous and just generally sociable. They all got involved in trouble-shooting. One of the best experiences I've had getting my car's oil changed. I came in on the Monday after Veteran's Day--I did that specifically because I knew it would likely be a slower day after the holiday weekend (when they ran a special for veterans). I will be coming back to #1070 for future services, for sure. Thank you so much gentlemen!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

2 TIMES MY OIL LEAKS THE SAME DAY I GET IT CHANGED! 2 TIMES after they ve changed my oil has the oil completely leaked out in the span of 24 hour. A 2016 Toyota Camry with less then 100k miles on it now has the check engine sign. Are you all kidding me?! This will not be left like this. Not only will I be calling corporate but i will make sure i am completely reimbursed for both of the times this has happened and any other repairs my car may require.

Trevor, and associates, was very professional. He showed me what did and what did not need to be done. IO had an oil change and brake fluid flushed. He showed me that air filters did not changed at this time, but that brad fluid would need changing next time I bring my vehicle in for an oil change. I will use this Jiffy Lube from now on. I live 20 years in Woodbridge and I have never had the best service that I received yesterday. I Always take my truck to Ford dealer and takes forever for Oil change and I have to take day off from work.From Now on I will tell everybody to take thier car to Jiffy Lube. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I called because I was in desperate need of oil in my motor. I called to ask what kind of oil they usually put because today being a Saturday I was sure they were going to be busy and I thought it would be faster if I do it. I explained my dire situation to Mr. Travis and he said they only charge $11 to do a top off. It's usually free if you haven't gone over the oil change date but I was just a few miles over the limit. But I was willing to pay and headed over there, upon arrival Mr. Travis said considering my situation that they would not charge me I was tight on money like I had explained but since I was so in need they took me into consideration at that really meant the world to me. Everyone there was kind and was so happy once they put the oil in and my car sounded SO MUCH BETTER! They truly are a blessing it was a team effort and everyone was caring. Like I wish I could give them more stars. I love this place I recommend all these gentlemen working at this store to anyone. May God bless them and protect these good people

I normally shun these types of places, but we were in a pinch and had to get the oil changed. Dang! Wasn't I surprised at the awesome service we got at this Jiffy Lube! They did everything quickly and well. The employees (Kenneth R, Kvon H. & Hector A.) were all friendly, orderly and efficient. Kudos to them!The cost wasn't cheap at $49.99, but ok for the timeliness of the service. They made suggestions on other stuff, but no heavy pressure. They also washed the windows and vacuumed the floors, which is a nice touch on top of the oil change. Definitely recommend Jiffy Lube on Occoquan Rd.!!

First experience with an auto place attempting to scam me. You hear about these scams all the time but this is my first one. Said that my rear lights were out which was strange cuz I just had a state inspection and they didn t catch either of them being out. Got home and checked my lights, they re fine. Never coming back here again. I assume my filters are both great since they said one was dirty.Services: Tires, Oil change

I ask for oil change and got also air filter change, did not ask for it,, I don t do that normally because is way too much for air filter, air filter cost $15 bucks and made paid $40, that s why I buy it and click four clamps and put it, that does not cost $25 dollars to me, other then that all good
