I heard about Gabe's from my neighbors, and I'm so glad I acted on the recommendation. Customer service was outstanding, technician was patient and took the time to explain everything to me. Price was better than other shops. I have found my local auto shop!

I am soooo IMPRESSED! This shop has gone above and beyond to put me back on the road in the quickest time frame possible. My family was all packed up to go out of town with the car packed to the brim + a cat. Our car broke down on the way out (right before we left town). Not only have the personnel at Gabe s been incredibly welcoming, they have also been extremely helpful in explaining what was wrong and how things work and what needs to be fixed. And they were HONEST! Not only that, but they displayed a great deal of respect, concern and care throughout the entire ordeal. They are top notch professionals not only as incredible mechanics, but it shows in how they treat their customers as well. I honestly couldn t be more thankful! So glad I have found you guys and will be happy to give you my business from now on. I ve read a little bit of the story of this auto shop and without a shadow of a doubt I would say that Gabe is well honored by the quality work and customer service that you provide! Thank you.

These guys are true professionals and I feel like they treat you like family. Every time I've taken a vehicle to them, they've given me a honest assessment - - which is hard to find these days, most places want to up sale you. Not this establishment. I'd highly recommend this team with any of my vehicles, and have recommend them to all of my friends and family. Top notch service and support!

Outstanding service! I reached out to Gabe's when I discovered a leak on my 2014 Ford. I dropped my car off Sunday night & Monday morning I received an estimate. They provided a link to the detailed inspection results, which included recommended services with pictures of the issues and video of the leak! I approved the services and had my car back Monday night with all new brakes & new water pump. Car is running great now. I'll be a regular customer from now on.Services: Tires, Auto water leak repair

Gabe s Automotive never disappoints. As a woman, I dread taking my vehicle to shops due to the uncertainty and fear of them taking advantage due to my lack of knowledge.Gabe s is not a shady shop. They were knowledgeable and informative about my German vehicle. I didn t feel pressured to purchase anything, but was informed of the benefits of proceeding with their recommendations.I asked them for time to think it over and did a bit of research on my own and was able to make an informed decision.Gabe s automotive went above and beyond regarding service. I will be back for all services needed moving forward.

Based on MANY great recommendations from people in a neighborhood FB group, I went to Gabe's for a routine oil change. First off, using their website to be able to make the appointment, getting a confirmation email the next business day, and reminder text was great. Walked in for my appointment and was greeted immediately. Was told how long it would take, the price (which was GREAT) and asked if there was anything else I wanted to them to look at. (Everything I asked about, was part of their oil change service.) I waited in their customer waiting area -- the cleanest waiting area for a garage I've even seen! I was told it would take a specific amount of time, and it was completed on time. Everything that was done was shown to me on their computer screen, as was the pictures of my filters that did need changed. As I was there, I observed how the team treated each other and other customers (over the phone). How courtesy they were at all times and how well things were explained. I interacted with a couple of staff who went out of their way to explain things to me and gave me more knowledge about "why" things are done in relation to auto services. I highly recommend this garage for oil changes and I'll be definitely taking my car there if/when I need other services also. Then, the next business day, they sent a text just to make sure my experience was great. Gabe's definitely knows how to do customer service! Exceptional people and an exceptional experience. Hands down the best auto repair shop I have ever taken a vehicle to! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, but most of all, HONEST. All work they do is meticulously documented and provided to you with pictures of what they see as they're working on your vehicle. I trust this shop to not only care for and perform repairs to my 16 y/o daughter's car, but to deal with her fairly as a customer when other shops might see someone who can be taken advantage of easily. This is a company that clearly prides itself on being a trustworthy neighborhood repair shop who genuinely cares about the customer experience. If you need work done to your vehicle and you want to have confidence that it was done correctly and that you'll be dealt with honestly, then this is the repair shop for you!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

Have a 2002 Porsche Boxster S that I have had a small leak somewhere between the engine and rear wheels for a long time. Nobody could find or fix the problem. Andrew, Gabe s Owner, evaluated and found this minuscule leak. It ended up being the inner and outer differential seals. Was so difficult to find because it only left a drop or two on the garage floor over time. The cost was beyond reasonable for the effort they made and succeeded at.

Took my husband s vehicle in because it wouldn t start after sitting a while. They did a full look at the car, sent me pictures of everything wrong with it. Then told me what repairs needed to be done to make it start regularly as well as an immediate problem. Also told me issues that they found, but could be fixed later, just wanted me aware. I also couldn t pick up same day because I couldn t drive a stick shift, so they offered to drop it off at my house since it was slow. Really great service. Highly recommend them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery, Oil change

Excellent experience and service from the entire team. Needed some work done and they were able to take care of it in a timely manner. Rates are good, but the service is outstanding. Very professional and courteous. Sent a text with photos and estimate of the work so you can see for yourself what repairs are needed instead of taking the mechanic's word for it. Would highly recommend to take your vehicles here over any of the national name shops. They even followed up a few days later to verify their work was satisfactory.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I am very pleased with Gabe's. I needed a new place for oil changes and tire rotation. I decided to try Gabe's after it was recommended and read through the reviews. The place is very clean and staff was great. The owner Andrew treated my kids and I like family. They were very detailed on the vehicle inspection and also took pictures. They send you a copy for your own records as well. Thank you for the great experience!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Excellent customer service! I loved the online diagnostics list, it was so nice to have in front of me rather than get a call with everything wrong and try to remember.Very courteous and friendly service from start to finish. I got my car back in less than 24 hours!

I've taken my car for annual service/repair and new tires at Gabe's Automotive and came away thoroughly impressed with the value and quality of the work done. I was told by a dealership that a costly repair was needed immediately, however Andrew and his team looked closely at the issue and determined it was not necessary to repair now. Both Andrew and Pete took the time to ensure I understood the condition of my vehicle and what repairs were necessary (or not). Most importantly, working with Andrew and Pete was incredibly easy from beginning to end. They did not push needless work and documented the condition of my vehicle for me to see with pictures/videos and text. It was so easy to make an appointment, stay updated during service, and pickup the vehicle once complete. They saved me both time and money and gave me the confidence to continue driving my vehicle. I was happy to read about a new automotive shop, locally owned, that's only a few miles from my house. I took my pickup truck there to check the brakes, as they were squealing intermittently. The waiting area is clean and there are snacks and water available. Both Andrew and Pete were so nice and very personable. Turned out my brakes are fine and safe; just a small groove in the rotor that was making the noise. I had such a good experience I will definitely take my truck back to Gabe's for all maintenance and repair needs.

I didn't know what to expect and I was apprehensive about getting cheated. However, as of now I am thoroughly impressed with the whole experience. This will be my main mechanic shop because I trust these guys. Very cool demeanor which makes you feel welcomed. Knowledge about the issues with the vehicle and they didn't try sell me tales about stuff I didn't ask service for. Overall, I would recommend Gabe's Automotive. Thanks guys!

In a world where honest mechanic seems like an oxymoron, Gabe s opened up shop and, per RhiRhi a la Super Bowl, shines bright like a diamond.First off - the place is clean. A clean mechanics shop? Ladies - ladies - listen to me. The boys at Gabe s Automotive have a *designated* women s bathroom - no followin the shop s 20-something intern into a toilet-paperless glorified urinal - no more. Praise be to paper towels actually stocked.Back to the vehicle - I brought the White Stallion (ahem - 2014 Acura) in to fix the repairs (aka more problems) from another shop. Call me unable to face confrontation, but I didn t have the fight in me to tell the other shop I think they turned a wrench left instead of right.Gabe s offered to diagnose my extremely-not-a-professional-mechanic diagnosis and let me know my options. While paying for car repairs is akin to takin out the trash in the snow for me, handing over the cold hard car-fixed cash to the team here made me feel like I was payin back into the local economy here in Lake Ridge and not to Big Car Corp - hey, water locally and you ll get local flowers (and engine fixes).When you walk in, you ll meet Pete. He s not the front desk guy, he s the Shop Dad. He s awesome - and has the voice of a therapist - watch, you ll feel inclined to tell him your life problems and not just your alignment problems.Then there s Andrew - the shop owner - aka the Shop Uncle - that cool uncle you try to impress by actin like you already know what s wrong with your car when you clearly don t, and he tries to let ya down nice and easy with *actual* mechanic speak? Yeah - that s Andrew.I didn t get to hug my mechanic - but I assumed that whoever he/she was, they were wildly impressed with how clean I keep my back seat and trunk (I m imagining this - let me have this - clean car is my one thing I make my toxic personality trait).Anyways - sold. I m switching mechanic shops - definitely for the top-notch Pete-narrated service, but also for that oh-so-clean waiting room adjacent to the oh-so-cleaner bathrooms.
