New to area so I went to Firestone Complete Car Care because in Jacksonville NC it was the only place I ever took my trucks!Valves stems, high pressure, on two of the 1993 F150 , went bad. The team here had new valves installed tires balance and back on the road!I have plans to get the 93 alignment and. Inspection done this up coming week because they offer drop off services.Skill and knowledge of the mechanics are more than expected, prices are great for the quality of service provided.I will not trust my truck to anyone else!

I usually dont leave reviews but I made an appointment online for a diagnostic and when I showed up they had told me that they don t do diagnostics past a certain time (I scheduled 2 hrs before closing), it doesn t say it anywhere online and when I asked to schedule an appointment for when they are available they told me theres nothing available and id have to wait until next week to get it done.. this is without having any repairs needed, just to get my car looked at :/ disappointing.If you see a guy with a grey beanie working the counter just go home, he refuses to help and will give you the most inconvenient solutions he can think of, very lazy.

Horrible!!! Don t waste your time here!I made an appointment for a brake inspection and waited 2 hours and didn t even receive a call. I had to call in. When I walked in they said they were going to do it now I said no I am going somewhere else plus I made an appointment which is ridiculous! Never again!!!!

Do not buy any service offer from firestone , such as life time alignment or anything any service in package , if u buy services from somewhere else and try fix from other locations where they can't make money, they will try to find the way and refuses u even u have appointment set .along with that , for some reason the customer support at shop getting worse and they handle customer like no body .quality: they use cheapest oil and oil filters, and if your car has a skid plate , definitely they will miss screws .Find better local shop , and stay away from firestone scam .

I love how professional the staff is The older white lady, young white guy named John I believe and of course Mr. George as long as these 3 are there I will keep coming back. They are always helpful and friendly they don t get smart or have a smart aleck personality they are genuine on the phone and in person I know customer service can be challenging days but it s number one to remain professional in all situations. Thanks again for being patient with me!!! Thanks again Firestone (located in Woodbridge, VA)

Kim was very courteous, honest, & provided several updates & attempted to assist as best she could when no fault of Firestone left me there for over 3 hours trying to get a service issue resolved on a rental. The rental company sent me there when they had no vehicles to swap out & their service center is closed on weekends. I sent a well deserved summary about the operation failures that were beyond disappointing in relation to the rental agency that I've been using for decades.Firestone stepped up and rescued my day & trip because they felt so bad about the way my needs were being neglected & at this point nearly ignored despite face to face & multiple phone calls with the rental agency.In my time I observed the customer service displayed by staff at Firestone & how they managed some of the rude & condescending attitudes exhibited by customers & I appreciated them even more. Not sure your experience but if you feel the work is quality, return; if you haven't found a place I'd give them a try. They seem to care about the work & respect the customers time.

After making alignment done at one of Firestone location the tie rod bolt became loose and I scheduled at Woodbridge location. They said they tightened both tie rod and drug link but I noticed the tightened the drag link to the wrong direction and it was wabling. I went back to the store and find two very arrogant women and told me that they don t have qualified person to do the work and told me to come back another day.

Thank you for hospitality work, I left yesterday my car 2011 Honda odyssey around 1 pm , they did very good job, also customer service was fantastic, I really appreciate, he was very polite and helpful, I want to-suggest for everyone to go to Woodbridge firestone for fixed car and service,

Made an appointment with them and they told me that they notified me multiple times that they were too busy (they did not call me or email me). They obviously didn t and overall the person I spoke to was very rude. Don t try to make an appointment with them because they will waste your time.

The staff, specifically the Manager of this location, delivered excellent service. They are very attentive and kind. Their diagnostic testing was fast and thorough, as well as reasonably priced.

3 times to come back for a simple task. It was just installing new tires on the front wheels.1. They short of staff that take you wait 2 hours even I had appointment.2. They install one tire opposite. They installed inside of tire on the outside (even if it was printed on tire when outside and inside).3. Finally, they installed r I right, but they didn't balance. It made me another appointment.However, before they did proper installation, I had a trip from Virginia Beach to DC, in Woodbridge, VA I had to stop one of Firestone shop and made a note about not proper installation tire (kicking tire after 60 , I hope everyone understand it was highway ( only for high management)). That lady gave an appointment the next day. Really Firestone can't fix that should be done at first time????And I had another funny moment, I talked with the front desk person so you can't believe. He said Firestone got tools to fix Tesla cars, and all personnel had sertification to do this job. Um, Firestone can't install tire where print inside and outside of tire.

Do not use this location deliberately sabotage my car due to instructions of not raising my hood for a tire patch!!! My Mechanic has agreed issues were deliberately done! Regional nor Corporate has responded to multiple calls. Center only takes messages and one Rep left a fake call back attempt on file. My second bad encounterThere the first was 2016 hadn't been back there until 2023 and they do this.simply Astounding.

Thank you Firestone team in Woodbridge near the mall. I had a slow leaking tire and one of their technicians quickly identified the nail that was in my tire. Appreciated their assistance to get the car back and ready for getting on road again.

Came for an oil change. The mechanic said they had nobody in line so it should be quick. Went to the front desk and he said he could schedule me for 4 days later. What kind of oil change place is this?

Please be careful.I came and paid for a lifetime alignment and full vehicle inspection.I wanted to like and trust them because they were friendly.However, they did not do honest work. They did not fully inspect my vehicle- many things were needed, such as it was very low on oil and more obvious things, but they didn t check or tell me.They told me I needed all four rotors and break pads replaced and wrote up the estimate - the total would be +$1,500. All the rotors were replaced less than 20K miles ago and did not need replacing. What I actually needed was just the front break pads to be replaced.After their alignment was done, the paperwork showed it is still in the red zone currently.I went elsewhere and got an honest and thorough inspection and work my car actually needs without wasting $1,500.I write this review to give serious caution about trusting the place to give you what your car needs.Service: Wheel alignment

I brought my car in today to have some tires put on, as I had a great experience in the past at this location, but things have changed! The gentleman at the desk (John), has the demeanor of someone who was forced to get out of bed and come to work! I have never interacted with someone so nonchalant and whatever . The whole vibe at this location is a far cry from what it used to be. So after my tires got put on, I noticed that the TPMS sensor was on, and it indicated that the two front tires had a PSI of 1 , of course this was alarming and I went back into the store to talk to John, he begrudgingly, and with an attitude told me that I just needed to drive it and it would adjust. This did work, but he acted as if I should have know that, instead apologizing for it not being mentioned to me upfront! I have a Firestone about 5 miles from me in Manassas, but I drove 30 miles to Woodbridge because I have had great service in the past, but never again!!

I came to Firestone to get an oil change, new cabin and air filters.I was never given a call to let me know what else I needed done or that my car would be done soon. I had to call them.Then I was recommended a bunch of different things with my mileage. I agreed to ONE and was told the price of the ONE and then multiple flushes and charges were made.When I arrived at the location I was not even told the price of my visit and was told "to put in my card". I then asked and she told me the price which made me have a weird look on my face. She reassured me that I would be given at itemized receipt. I wont sit here and pretend I know much about cars and the prices. I figured I would get my receipt and it would make sense. I was very upset when I saw those extra services were done even though I NEVER agreed to these charges.I then put in a dispute about this and the store manager never even called me and I had to call back again.DO NOT go to this location. Its not worth the time or trouble.

I ve been having my car maintenance done here on and off for years with no issue. I booked a same-day appointment online and received a confirmation email. When I arrive and tell the front desk woman that I was there for my appointment, she laughed in my face and stated everyone is telling me all kinds of things . After getting my name, she told me I tried to reschedule, which I didn t. She also told me that they don t schedule 6pm appointments, which the website clearly did. (So which one was it I tried to reschedule or it was never scheduled?) She said it was impossible to get me in and failed to offer me any condolence, alternative, or even goodbye as I turned around and walked out.Regardless of what happened with my appointment, her lack of customer service skills alone make me never want to walk back in there.

You are risking your car's value if you take it here. To be as honest and gracious as I can, their mechanics simply do not appear to be competent. I had them attempt to replace a CV joint on my car, and they couldn't even get it off the bracket. They must have hammered away at it since we could see the damage they caused when I had my trusted mechanic look at it afterward. They eventually gave up and said if I wanted them to do the job, I would have to purchase a new bracket ($400) since they didn't know how to get it off the old CV joint. We really needed the car back on the road, so against my better judgement, I had them do it (very bad decision). If that wasn't enough, the car seemed to have issues with that same CV joint 3 months later. I took it back to them since the part was still under warranty. They told me that they "think" the OTHER CV joint was now the new problem, and that if I paid them to replace that one, they would ONLY then replace the one they worked on previously that was under warranty. That seemed pretty absurd. When I told them that I already had my trusted mechanic look at it, and he said the problem was the CV joint they worked on previously, they didn't want to hear that. I found that interesting since they basically admitted that they would replace the previously worked on CV joint as a "courtesy" ONLY after I had them replace the other CV joint. Even when I asked them if they were 100% sure that the other CV joint was the problem, the guy said he couldn't confirm that. I asked if he could just replace the one under warranty first, and THEN see if the other one was indeed bad since he wasn't sure. He was having none of that. He would only do that after I paid them for more work on something he wasn't even sure was the problem. What legitimate company does that? I surely wasn't going to have them do any more damage to my car, so I ended up having my trusted mechanic re-do the EXACT job they did 3 months prior and guess what? The problem is now 100% fixed. Again, VERY incompetent mechanics at this shop. They WILL damage your car and will make up excuses why nothing is their fault. I never leave reviews, but for this one, I thought it was necessary for people to know. If you think I am leaving out details, I am not. This shop is just not trustworthy. Too bad, since I have taken well over 10 cars to Firestone over the years for tires. They have lost my business forever. But again, who am I? Took over two hours to place tires on rims not even install them on car. The crew was doing more talking and vaping then working. When I asked if my tires were done after 2 hours they made it seem like I was overwhelming them and that s why the job wasn t done.Service: TiresService: Tires

The staff at the Quantico Marine Base location are "The Best!" They know their customers, and they more about your vehicles than most and will assess the issue. They do more than their best to get you vehicle back to you when promised. Go visit this location!!!

Very happy with my service at this location. Kim went the extra mile. I came in without an appointment due to a leak in my tire. Had stopped by 2 other tire shops prior to and both told me I'd have to leave my car for the entire day (10 hours) since I did not have an appointment. Kim fit me right in. They located the screw in my tire and patched it up. Did not try to sell me a ton of unnecessary stuff which often happens at auto places. Much appreciated. Will drive the extra distance to go there again for car care.

I have lifetime wheel alignment on my 2004 Ford F150 and the service was great. I would recommend getting the lifetime coverage if you plan on keeping the vehicle.

I was visiting from out of state and got two flat tires. I called around and noone was able to get me four new tires by the end of the weekend so I could drive home. I finally called Firestone and they were so helpful! They were able to get me four new tires by the end of the weekend and even had them done earlier then expected. I was so happy with their service and appreciate their hardwork!

I had a nail in one of my tires, I just wanted it patched and if not possible replaced. Whenever I finally got a call four hours later Tommy (manager) told me that ALL my tires were bald. Which I knew immediately was a lie because I just got all new tires 2 months before. It was clear he was trying to take advantage of me because I am a female. He ran his mouth for 5 minutes about the deals for four tires my car did not need nor did I ask for. After he was done spewing I told him that I wanted the one new tire like I came for in the first place. Tommy was very rude over the phone then proceeded to take four hours to replace my one tire. Why it took what it look to be five grown men four hours to change a tire is beyond me. Seems to me they need a new manager to learn how to work efficiently. Tommy needs to be fired because I know he does this to every female that comes in.Service: Tires

Had an appointment to get my brake pads changed. Waited 3 hours for them to call me when it was done, like they said they would (I was on foot and needed my car for work the next day). I notice that it is 7:25 and they still didn t call me, so I panicked and thought they closed the store with my car. Luckily an employee stayed past close. They didn t change my brake pads. They didn t charge me for the $22 inspection they did that I didn t ask for, then handed me a $2500 estimate on recommended things that I know I don t need. Massive waste of time and energy to get nothing done.
