I needed to have a repair to my Audi A4. I had it towed to Executive Foreign Car Service by one of their partner towing companies after their business hours. I had an estimate the very next day. The estimate included troubleshooting, and I was assured that if the parts that they suggested were not necessary, they would not charge me for them. I used to be a mechanic, so I m probably the worst customer for any service shop. These guys were honest, fair and they got me back on the road very quickly. I m grateful that a friend referred me to them because it was a fantastic experience. They are my new mechanic shop!

Honest, Trustworthy, and Great pricing is the only way that I can describe Executive Foreign Car Service!!! I randomly called this place after reading their very good reviews. When I called there was no answer. I assumed they were busy and I was right. When I called again, a gentleman by the name of Damir (hope I spelled is name right) answered the phone and he was friendly and apologized for not answering the phone. I own a 2013 BMW 528i. Anyway, long story short, I went on to describe the issues with my car which I found out about from a dealership and he was right. He asked me if the car was making any kind of noise(s) and I said no and in fact the car feels great. He went on to say "Honestly, if I were you I would hold off on any repairs until you start to notice any kinds of unusual noise or problems then come in for repairs. This is exactly what the BMW dealership told me. The BMW dealership performed a multipoint inspection and told me that the car is in great condition but needs certain repairs but that these repairs don't need to happen right away. Which is exactly what Damir at Executive Foreign Car Service told me. He was very honest and right on point. When he quoted me a price for certain repairs they were 50% less than what I was quoted by the Stealership! That's right I said Stealership!. This is a very trustworthy hones and very good place to bring your car for repairs and if you think I'm lying, well then just look online at their reviews and you can see the 4 and 5 star reviews for yourself. I have as of that moment then and there decide to make this facility the place I go to from now on to have my car and family cars repaired. Damir I truly can't thank you enought for your straight forward honestly and integrity and I want the world to know about you and your shop. Thank you very much for your time and honesty. May you and your family be blessed with unlimited health and wealth because it's very very difficult to find someone like you and your shop. Again, Thank You!!!!!

If you're considering going here - go! This repair shop is not like the others; Charlie and Damir really cared about my car and worked with me to find the right solution for the problem my car had. I had taken my Honda to many places, but often felt ripped off. I really like how at Executive, I was called and told exactly what was going on with my car, how they could fix it, and how much it would cost (there were no hidden fees!). They were very efficient with their work and made sure to get my information so I could receive email updates to let me know when I was due back for an oil change and inspection. I would definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone with a Honda!

My family and I were driving from NYC to Atlanta, GA when our BMW started having problems in VA. The gentlemen were extremely kind and honest after diagnosing for the error codes. We opted not to have the repairs done there, but they still didn't charge us for the diagnostic reading. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I have taken my 02 Passat to them a couple of times for repairs and have received good service both over the phone and in person. The repairs I had done were done professionally and I was always happy with the work. Most recently I had to have them remove the factory stereo so I could remove sub woofer wires, as I was trading it in, and Charlie came out and took care of it for me at no cost. I understand that with the right tools it is an easy task but he still came out and did it with a smile on his face. If I find myself with another VW or any of the German cars I will definitely take it back to them as needed.

I've been taking my car here for almost twenty years now. First my Honda Civic, and later my Toyota Scion. I think they specialize in BMW and Mercedes, but they seem to know all imports really well. Through regular maintenance, they were able to keep my little 95 Civic running smoothly for over 200k mi and 12 years! When it was time for me to buy a new car, they even advised me on what to purchase. By far the friendliest and most knowledgeable shop in the city!

These guys are very very good and professional. I recently bought a used BMW 5 series from a terrible dealership then brought it here for service. Not only did they service the car very well, they were very kind, understanding and generous. If ever there was a car equivalent to talking to your trusted doctor about your health, these guys are it. Your BMW specialist. Trust them with your BMW.

DO NOT USE FOR BMW REPAIR DIAGNOSTICS. I took my 7 series here as the emergency mode lighting was active. Took my car in at 8 am to assess the problem. They kept my car almost until closing and told me it could possibly need a lighting control module at $1000. POSSIBLY this I already knew. You were supposed to actually determine the problem with the lights for the fee you charged. You can get possibilities on Google for free. I took my BMW for a second opinion and it wasn't the LCM. Huge waste of time and money.

I have received excellent services from Executive Foreign Car Services. Their technical skills and standard as well as customer service is excellent. Miro knows his stuff and he is a very good technician. Not only skills, his honesty also goes along about true estimates and reasonable repairing costs.

Executive has treated me right. Damir, one of the mechanics, is very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a complete check on my vehicle at no charge and in a quick manner, wrote up his findings, and counseled me on the varying degrees of importance for the areas of my vehicle requiring maintenance. My favorite part of it all is that he treated me well. At no point did he talk down to me or try to make me feel inferior. He even explained in detail what each problem was. I will be bringing my BMW back for any and all maintenance it may require.

My car, a '97 Toyota Corolla, had a major problem with both the radiator and added on to that, it was leaking oil. I took it there and when they gave it back, the car was like brand new. They had great service, were very personable and it was more cost efficient than if I had gone to my dealer. All and all, I give this place a 10/10 and if I ever have another problem, I will definitely go back to them to fix it!

Charlie and Damir are some of the best mechanics around in my book. Every time i bring and one of my vehicles to them they will fully repair it no matter what the problem is in a quick and timely fashion. I've always been happy with the outcome of my vehicles when they return them to me and they more so end up looking better than when i brought it in to them to begin with. I highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Executive Foreign Car Service Inc gets twenty stars from me. I purchased a 2008 Mercedes E350 a little over a month my check engine light came on. I had to change Cam shaft adjuster magnet intake manifold intake manifold gasket cam plugs crank case vent valve. The warranty company covered nothing Executive worked with me allowed me to make payments the job was done right and I will have my car back in a week. I'm happy with their service they give me if you do not know they will take the time to explain it to you in layman terms. EXECUTIVE FOREIGN CAR SERVICE INC. CAN BE TRUSTED FOR ALL YOUR CAR NEEDS. I would NOT recommend taking your car here. They seem like nice people BUT the service repair was HORRIBLE!! Brought my Mini Cooper that was having problems. They called and said that it need the fluids changed and the o2 sensors change and the cost came to $1400.00 when I asked if they give military discounts they said you have to be active. BUT the WORSE part is, they had my car for 4 days when they called to say it was ready to pick up I drove my mini to Fort Belvoir and when I got back into the car it would not start. I called them up immediately and they did not offer to send a tow truck and told me that these things happen. I had it towed back to the shop where they had it for another 4 days when they told me there was nothing they could do because they did not know what is wrong with it and would need to bring it to a dealer. So after spending $1400.00 I now have a car sitting park outside that will NOT start!! They never offered a discount for any thing, no explanation on why it wold not start except bring it to the dealer and no apologies for ANYTHING except these things happen and to top it OFF I went to clean out the car and notice that the panel on the drivers side was bent upwards!!! So lets see spending $1400.00 on the car to have them repair it (NOT REPAIRED AT ALL) and then having it NOTstarting the same day we picked it up from them than having the car towed there and then paying for the towing back to my house and finding out they damage the inside of the car bottom panel. (I have pictures too.) I would NOT RECOMMEND going there again. I am out $1400.00.

This is the best repair shop ever. Our Porsche Cayenne was towed in not running and diagnosed and repaired correctly by a team that understands and knows cars. It was repaired in a few days and the charge for parts and labor was very fair. We highly recommend this shop!

They fixed my Toyota FJ Cruiser brakes, rotors and calipers for a couple hundred dollars less than Toyota Service shop. They have consistently been trustworthy and affordable for my car repairs. The mechanic who works at the shop is very kind and informative. He explianed me about all the noises which my truck makes after 90k, so I could save more money because I don't have to fix which I thought I have to fix.For all these reasons, I highly highly recommend you Executive Foreign Car Service !

As the owner of a restoration shop, I regularly have european vehicles that are out of our area of expertise. For several years now, I have been utilizing the services of Charlie and Damir at Executive Foreign Car Service. These guys know european cars like no one I have run into in my 30 years in the business. They have always been dead on in their diagnostics, and their prices could not be any more reasonable. Five star service consistantly. I highly recommend these guys.

Great service! I used to always take my vehicle to the dealer because I was concerned that I would not receive adequate service. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and always give me an in depth explanation about any issue my vehicle may have.

Dont go there, i ve warned you. I dont know who are those lucky people to write good reviews ( maybe themselfes) , but this is the worst service in USA i ve ever had. Their estimate on spark plugs, ignition coils, MAF sensor, DMTL pump, oil separator was almost 3000$. And they refused to take my parts ( because all together is 550$), so i could pay for the labor. These guys are comedians, but its not funny to rob people.

My cars are serviced with OEM parts and the jobs are done within estimated amounts and times. All repairs are done right the first time, everytime. Best part is that they take the time to explain the problem and the repair and they do not take advantage nor treat me like a dumb female.

Life is easier when you know how to talk to people and get them to like you. I have taken my car here twice in 2.5 yrs and both times they diagnosed my problems for free. Charlie and Damir are really cool guys.

The worst treatment I have ever received in my life. I work on my car, but I had a problem taking out the Blower motor resistance- Final Stage Unit, so I stopped in to ask for help and I will pay. The guy who I spoke to was polite and said that he would have to ask the owner Charlie. Well Charlie came to the front area and told me that I am a "STUPID CUN* for coming into my place with a purchased part, we won't make any money because you already have the part" and "don't you know that I have to pay taxes on this chair, computer, etc. every year and you come in with a purchased part". I felt very threatened and proceeded to walk out and told him that he was beyond rude and I will make sure to post my experience at his shop, and his exact words were "I HOPE YOU DIE IN A FIERY CRASH". This man has serious behavioral issues and it was a very scary interaction for a small woman like myself.

These guys ripped me off. My fault for not doing my due diligence regarding pricing. After I thought the cost was too high, I called other places and found that Executive FCS charged twice what the others would have. Very disappointed about this, because they seemed to be very friendly and helpful...seems that it is all about the $$$.I would double check pricing w/other companies prior to going here; very disappointed.
