Got all four tires replaced and balanced. Luckily they had my size for a same day appointment. Even with two cars ahead of me and manual operations, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Mike was extremely helpful, professional, and diligent.

Super fast and affordable. Had 4 tires replaced and balanced in 30 minutes. Mike the manager was pleasant and offered me a great deal.

I have bought a lot of tires- on average 2 sets per year from Dominion Tire in Manassas. Those guys are amazing. They know what customer service is. I just called the Woodbridge location looking for a used tire. I was told they don't sell used tires. Ok. Cool. Before I could even ask "Do you recommend somewhere to go?" the line went dead.The Manassas location would have given a recommendation. Clearly the Woodbridge location doesn't want the business. My advice to the Woodbridge location- have a class in manners and customer service with the Manassas store.- Edit. I received a phone call from the district manager asking what the issue was. My hope is the conversation that we had ends up in the sales person has a learning experience and fixes the mistake so it doesn't happen again. Thank you for the phone call.

Very quick service and the manager (Mike?) is an honest guy who isn t looking to swindle you. I wasn t expecting to get the quality tires I got for the low price. Only took 30 min to swap/balance my tires, which was much much quicker than the 3 hours to do it at NTB in Woodbridge!

I will return to Dominion because I like the customers service. I live about 45 minutes away and have great intentions of returning. I purchased two tires for a friend whose vehicle/rims weren't available to be balanced and mounted. I received an accommodating price. I won't forget their business.

Use them all the time when in need. Very polite and attentive to your needs. Will always inspect all 4 tires and provide suggestions or need to know information. Although the tires are used, they are still good quality tires. They do sale new tires as well. I have purchased a set in the past. Same quality tires as the larger chains just at a lower price. Understand that with the larger chains, you pay to have the national guarantee. Which is great but if you stay local they are a great place to go.

Today I went to this location to fix my tier, the minute I told the White guy I have a new tire in my trunk he said $40. Just to change the tier I said, he repeated the same thing.I knew that it was away too much, cause I went to a different one about 2 miles away and they charged me only $25.This is the 5th and last time in about 5 months I go to this location and here is why:1st time he charged me $30, the same white guy just to fix the tire.2nd time, a Hispanic guy by himself telling me they don t have the tools and told me to go elsewhere less than a mile.3rd this is after the 2nd time cause I didn t listen to the Hispanic and came back and it was a guy with a ponytail, he doesn t smile and don t even look at you when he talks, he charged me $604th time same ponytail guy, he said a new tire $130 used $60 labor and tire rotation is separate, he went inside to check and came back saying he has none in stock. He also said my tire was not fixable with an angry face.I would have paid it, if he had the tire, but he was the reason why I went on line and bought it.What he should have done is to tell me I ll get you one just comeback tomorrow or something, but they are not smart enough or carless.It looks like when you bring your own tire they don t make much money, cause the same tire he said $130, I got one from Walmart online for $48.Bottom line they are indeed unprofessional, rude, and not honest at all.I don t recommend this place to anyone. Also for the owner/manager save yourself time and energy to respond to this review, but rather fix your business cause I take customer reviews in my business seriously.

I woke up to a flat and my insurance service couldn t find a leak. I got right in to Dominion after it was inflated enough and they couldn t find the leak! Very mysterious. But the guys here were so helpful with putting a used tire on from another location, (for piece of mind) until my new tires come in. They have been very accommodating here and I will be back for my new tires!

Extremely rude guys. They do not understand customer service. Way overpriced. I wanted to swap my 16" one month old tires to brand new wheels I just bought. He wanted $35 per wheel not including tax. I told him that I felt it was too much money since NTB charged me $70 to mount and balance the tires new just a month ago. Checked every where else and they all charge $18 to $24 per wheel, NTB, Merchants, Midas, Firestone, and 2 other places. Beware, don't over pay them. Try everyone else. You'll probably do better.

Unprofessional is an understatement! Long story short, I had a flat and needed another tire. It's about 3:15 p.m. when I called and asked "if I get there right before 4:00, will you still help me? I'm coming from Lorton." He replied yes, come on. I get there at 3:50 (traffic). Not only did the man look at me like what are you doing here, but he glanced at my tire and literally said "can't patch tire, tire no good" (mind you the tire is less than a year old). I told him that I didn't want a patch, as I stated on the phone I want another tire. He had the audacity to say "we don't have any used tires, it's 4:00". He told me to go up the street, they don't have any tires. Mind you I'm looking at the garage full of tires! I wouldn't recommend them to no one! They don't care about their customers and are rude if you get there 10 minutes before closing!! Total waste of my time. I can see if I just showed up, but I called ahead of time and was very specific about how long it would take me and what I wanted, but was turned away! Don't waste your money on them!!

I've been coming to Mr. P's for years (7 to be exact). The service had always been fast, good, economical, and polite. Today (04/10/2017) was a different story. I called to see if they had any tires in stock that would fit my car (2010 Honda Civic LX). I had mentioned that last time I paid $55.00 dollars for a used tire. The gentleman stated they were out of used tires. I asked how much was a new tire? He replied, "a $100.00." I said a $100.00? He stated, "No ten tires for a $100.00." I asked him if he was being sarcastic with me? He replied, " Yes, because you act like a hundred dollars is a lot for a new tire." I said, "Thank you for your time" and I hung up. Like I said earlier in the post; one of the reasons I came to Mr. P's is because it was economical. Please do not assume what people can spend or not spend. We live in hard times right now and it's nice to be able to patronize a business that works with the everyday people; or at least they use to.

I spoke with Mike last week on the phone. Got a great price, he said come in anytime. Went in this morning upon opening. Literally sat for 15 minutes. I was reassured to come back if any issues arose. Great experience, kind staff and super fast! Thanks Mike!

i have been going here for years. I send all my clients and therapists to get their tires fixed here. They know what they are doing at a fraction of what it would cost everywhere else. They sell new tires too. Check it out

I have gone to them in the past and had no problems. I visited the location today and they didn't even acknowledge me. I went inside and no one was there. Everyone was in the garage working (talking while one person worked)and would not speak to me. I was there for 15 mins. Four other cars along with myself left after being treated horribly.

Don t come here if you need help with a repairable tire. Unprofessional and not really wanting to help anyone out. Don t waste your time. Go somewhere else, trust me!

The other day on the way home from work I stopped in with a low tire . Turns out I picked up a nail , the found it , luckily they had an exact fit as the nail had damaged the tire beyond repair, and got me back up and running in less then 30 mins

I bought new tire for my car after two weeks tire start noise when I check the tyre was bumpy actually they charge me for new tire and gave to me old tire very bad experience

Tires... They do best with tires. They sell both used and new tires. Oh, they install and balance tires as well. Highly recommend!

They are not good peoples, they ask me 43$/tire change on 05/13/17, look 43$ for one tire, for labor only, never asked any where in Norther VA.
