I got nothing but praise for this place. It s literally an hidden gem! Official shop with excellent customer service! I had an urgent exhaust repair and my man Henock came through in the clutch and made it happen!! Literally stayed late to get it done. Went far above and beyond what a standard shop would be obligated to do. Very user friendly system for invoicing and quotes. Literally received a text message with everything clearly laid out. Simple payment process that I managed right from my phone. Last but not least very fair pricing for the level of service received! Highly recommended and will be sending more work their way in the future.

Let me start by saying That Crunchtime is the absolute BEST around when it comes to professionalism, communication, and being trustworthy when it comes to their customers. I had the pleasure of dealing with Henock, Darnell , Brad and Michael. They kept me informed through every step they were taking when it came to fixing my car. I am Very pleased with the service they provided and I am guaranteed to recommend to all my ..friends, family and others. I highly recommend Crunchtime to anyone who is in need of Great, Efficent , Honest Mechanics to service your car.

Darrell did an amazing job on my brakes and rotors. Also got four new tires mounted and balanced. Very clean and friendly service.

I would highly recommend this mechanic shop for their exceptional organization, skilled workers, and reasonable pricing. Great guys, great work, and great shop. Treated me like family when it came to adding some parts to my truck. They guys are super personable, and the work was completed on time and on budget. Great shop!!!!

Had complete brakes and rotors done while I waited! Parts were ordered and delivered fast! Very knowledgeable and friendly establishment!. My husband used this location for a complete engine overhaul. The car was at the shop for over 6 months! When we asked why it was taking so long, we were told it would be ready by the next weekend, which it never was. They charged 50 dollars more for a used engine harness than a brand new one would have cost and then they spliced into this engine harness and ruined it, and the car is now out of commission yet again.
