Chris was able to replace my BMWs leaky valve cover in one hour. Called on Monday afternoon and a few hours later he was home. Did the repair with my parts and all is well in life and he did so at a fair price. He's a hard and efficient worker, was able to get some stripped bolts out that I could never get out.

At first he seemed like he could do the work and had good reviews. Initially it was hard to schedule him and he stick to the schedule anyway he showed up with a part that I paid $290 for that was not the correct part and a filter that he did not show up with $29. He came to do the work and could not find the location for the part installation for about an hour of looking. Anyway, I said hey I ll just take it to Acura and let them do it ..I STILL paid him $60 for his efforts and he also had $29 for a part that I never received!! I take my car to Acura and they explain to me that the part is used and the wrong part. I immediately begin reaching out to Chris and no response.In short he basically got $430 of my money and did no work. I requested the refund through cash app and of course no response so I will be filing a small claims court case for $330 which is for the two parts. I don t regret paying for his efforts in looking for where the part went even though this wasn t the correct part anyway.I wouldn t have do business with him at all.

Chris made a repair (sensor) and assured me that if the problem was not corrected he would complete the job (timing chain). After I alerted him of the need for additional repair, he went ghost, not responding to texts or calls - very unprofessional. Saying that he ordered the parts only to never contact me.I don't want anyone to go thru this. You can still try and make this right and I will update my review - communicate, you have my number.

Chris was amazing! My alternator died on my way to work. I googled mobile mechanic and his name came up and the first review was so good I had to call him! He was kind and easy to talk to. I was very stressed out and he assured me he could get to me quickly and get the job done so I could get back on the road. It started raining and he pushed my car to the near by gas station so he could still get the work done. It was a detailed job but he got it done in an hour and a half.I have already shared his information with everyone I know. My brothers all agreed he gave a fantastic price for the work and done with in hours!

Con artist he will take your money and never come back to finish the job gave him $300 to fix my BMW X5. He said he would come back never heard back from him again. Bad business don t give him your money.

Chris was an absolute professional where he arrived on time, received the parts needed for the job and he executed flawlessly on the installation of new brake pads (all 4 tires) and replaced the tail-light bulbs. Great mobile mechanic and Chris will be my mobile mechanic going forward. Great experience and I would highly recommend his services.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Absolute professional. Keeps you updated on his arrival time and does quick and great work. Will definitely be using him for any future work I may need done on my cars.Edit: Fix worked for about a week. I asked him to please come out and take a look at it and he ghosted me. CR s Mobile mechanic service is excellent. I only like fixing my cars with Chris because I know he can get the work done right. He s worked on my Maserati, on my Nissan and on my Chevy and I have nothing but good things to say. I highly recommend you fix your cars with him.

I recently had a transmission issue with my wife's daily driver and decided to give Chris a try. He was able to pinpoint the issue and solved the problem at a reasonable cost. I've since had him perform brake and engine work as well. He's quick yet thorough and his fees are reasonable. He has incredible knowledge and skill and there isn't any automotive problem he can't solve. I call him "The hardest working man in town", because he is. If you're tired of receiving shoddy work, paying exorbitant prices....or both....give him a call, you won't be disappointed.Services: Transmission, Brakes, Brake service & repair

Had to change my review. He did work on my vehicle 6 moths ago and did a great job. Contacted him 2 days ago for his service and he scheduled a time, I took off work early to meet him and he never responded to my calls, text. I also text him to let him know how unprofessional it was to no communicate and never responded. Chris and Eli were lightning quick in replacing my A/C compressor and filling up the freon. Took about 40 minutes! Very affordable and fast. Based on an estimate I received I ended up saving at least $800. Will use Chris again no doubtService: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

He came relatively quick. Did the job and was very polite and professional. Definitely talked with me and especially listened to how I got into the mess. Then he walked me through to an easy solution and fix for a more than affordable price for what he did for me. Definitely am looking to have him do more work on the car!

Stuck on the side of the road with a dead battery and bad alternator??? Call Chris!!! He was super responsive and save the day (well evening) when I get stuck at 7pm and all the repair shops were closed. I got lucky with a google search for mobile mechanics, and within a hour Chris arrived at my location to repair my vehicle for a very fair price. I ve already scheduled some repairs for other vehicle. Give him a call and you will not be disappointed.

Are not reliable. Set a appointment and didn't show up. No phone calls or no tex message. I called several times and got to response. Cost me a extra $230 bucks for the inconvenience. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

My husband s truck broke down on a Tuesday evening and I found Chris online. He texted me back that night and then I gave him my husband s phone number so he could contact him. Chris called within an hour and the next day started working on his truck. It was a big job and Chris worked on it in the cold weather. The truck was done by Friday morning and my husband picked it up. Chris gave us a GREAT PRICE on the service he did. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Chris is honest, reliable, polite and knowledgeable. I needed my brakes and rotors replaced on my 2005 Mercedes. I originally scheduled a different company (and Technician) to come and do the work, but for some reason they never showed or responded to me when I attempted to follow-up. After a couple of days of being ghosted I came across Chris s information and read the glowing reviews he had online. I decided to give Chris a call and told him my situation. I am very grateful that Chris was able to fit me in the same day that I called and with a very reasonable price. He gave me a quote over the phone on price, time he can be there, and how long the job would take. After my previous experience punctuality and reliability were pretty high on my list and Chris definitely did not disappoint. More importantly he got the job done and right. *****MUST READ REVIEW**********I really dislike giving someone a negative review unless I've given them multiple chances to do the right thing. In this case, you will see why I left this review.**************************************Initially chris did a few repairs on my cars and did a good job. At some point, something happen within him, he became exceedingly unreliable and made multiple appointments with me but he wouldn't show up or call until weeks later. As a result, I had to cancel many medical appointments, professional meetings , and my car wasn't repaired as planned because chris didnt fulfill his commitment to his schedule, client, and respect for others. I'm not sure what happen within him but I would suggest that you dont experience this level of disrespect and carelessness.In short, you dont need to encounter this unsolicited level of unprofessionalism.To note, there are more mobile options available in the DMV instead of dealing with this nonsense.I wish him good luck and hopefully he will get things back on track by taking care of his customers.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair

I was searching for a mobile mechanic online. I contacted at least 3 who said they could help me. None of them showed up,even after saying they would. No return calls. THEN I found Chris of CR's Mobile Mechanic. I sent him a text about my car issues. He responded at around 1:30 am that night. That's when I knew this person was serious about his business. He gave me an appointment time and showed up when he said he would. I had a issue with a misfire in the #1 cylinder on my 05 Pathfinder. He changed the spark plugs and had my vehicle running in a couple hours. Chris is reliable and a very good mechanic and his pricing is fair.

Made an appointment with me to service my truck and then completely ghosted me. Didn't show up or respond to texts. Who runs a business like this?!To the businesses response: it was for 7/23, I told you I had an event and you said no problem, you'd get to me by 9AM. Of course you forgot, you never showed up or responded!!!
