Pam made getting two very tiny chips in my brand new windshield not such a big deal! She was so flexible with my crazy schedule and took care of the chips so quickly and I m so grateful. I always love promoting small business and will 100% be recommending her to any friend that needs her services!

I'm visiting my family from out of state and got a chip on my RV windshield while driving up. We searched, and we luckily found 'Chip Happens' locally and with very high reviews! Her reviews talked about how amazing she is, so I reached out. I'm only here for 2 days, and Pam went out of her way to fit me in this morning. From beginning to end, she was friendly, caring, and professional. Just a really nice person. She took amazing care of my windshield, giving me huge peace of mind before I have to take off tomorrow. She was also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Pam if you ever need a windshield chip repaired.

Amazing experience from start to end, Pam went above and beyond in taking care of my vehicle. I ll never trust my business to another company. Unlike safelight she took the time to really figure out our options and even took care of some work I needed that I didn t see initially. It was a pleasure doing business with Pam. She is very personable and she communicated well from initial contact, to scheduling, and until the job was completed. She also showed up on time and did an excellent job fixing the two chips in our windshield. The total was less than $100 which I think is very reasonable. Great experience with Pam! Fantastic communication, she came to our place on a holiday to repair a crack on our windshield on a brand new car. The chip now looks like a little spot, barely noticeable. We owe her a lot..thanks Pam!

This is the BEST family business in town. Pam is so sweet, professional, and has very amazing customer service & hospitality. My condolences also go out to her and her family at this time. The 1 star reviews are fake and were done by childish people who couldn t understand or bear a mothers pain of losing her child. She had every right to cancel on you because of losing her son. Whoever you are if you re reading this, I hope you re prepared to deal with a lifetime of karma. ANYWAYS, choose this shop you will not regret it!!

Chip happens is very professional with her business. Not only was the chip fixed but she also filled in any scratches she saw and she put a beautiful decal sticker on my back windshield dedicated to my boyfriend. DO NOT listen to these one star reviews. Pamela is very nice and professional. She care so deeply about her customers and all her cars she works on. Got my windshield done in a timely manner and the owner was really polite with me. I would def come back here if I have anymore cracks on my window. 11/10 service!!! My condolences to the owner who lost her son. No parent should bury there child. As a small business owner myself, I understand how important each and every review is to the success of your company. It's disappointing and shameful that someone would attempt to ruin your reputation like this. Pam Kraynak did such a wonderful job on my prepare and she was an absolute pleasure to work with! I had been putting off getting my windshield repaired because it can be such a hassle, but once I reached out to Pam at Chip Happens she made it so easy! She came right to my driveway to repair it (I didn't even have to be home), was very communicative, and fixed it so quickly. The repair was very high quality and the price point was so reasonable.
