Excellent Service!! Highly will Recommend to All family and friends! This was my first time ever getting into a car accident. It happened near my birthday and I was so sad and nervous about how to handle claims with the person who hit me and how my car was going to get repaired.I came to Caliber Collisions in Woodbridge VA and meet with Kedwy U. my adjuster. I am so lucky and thankful he was there to help me. Best service I ve received! He walked me through the whole process and made me feel 100% confident my car was in the best hands. Him and his team fixed my car right away. They did an AMAZING job with the paint and repair service! My car looks so good!Highly Satisfied! Thank you Caliber Collisions!

Please do not come here, constant problems from the beginning with communication updates with our service advisor Danny, car issues after pickup, and a very escalated argument with Shane, the general manager and Michelle (front desk associate) that involved the police to be able deescalate. We picked up our car after repairs and 30 minutes later driving it, the blind spot sensor alert said they were not working. We went back the next morning and spoke to Shane, the general manager. I explained to Shane and he immediately was defensive stating the calibration was done and not hearing or acknowledging what I was saying, that the sensors worked but only for 30 minutes. The discussion continued escalating as he began to get more upset and Michelle jumped in the conversation having nothing to do with what was being discussed. Michelle openly taunted and laughed at as as customers, and only further escalated the situation. Shane continued being belligerent and we asked him to remove Michelle and he did not, he further encouraged it but told me and my mom we were the ones that needed to leave and threaten to kick us out and told us his brother was a police officer. We felt very unsafe, especially since we felt he was trying to remove us with force unfairly. Janice, the office manager, was the one who stepped in and told both Shane and Michelle to stop and pushed them back. Janice immediately took appropriate actions that Shane as a GM should have exercised. We called the police because we needed to come back at 12 to get our car fixed and based on Shane s and Michelle s behavior, we felt discriminated against, unheard, and unsafe. And when we returned because all we want is our car fixed, we did not want a similar situation to occur again or get even worse. If Janice had not stepped in, Shane and Michelle would have made the argument physical based on their behaviors and attempt to manipulate the situation and intimidate us. When we went back at 12, we only wanted to speak to Janice, and at one point, I asked if I could speak to Janice only and Shane denied the request. It was very uncomfortable considering the situation that has occurred this morning and the severity of the situation where we had to call the police to be able to feel comfortable enough to come back and get our car fixed. We did not receive an apology from Shane and he did not even attempt to try to make the situation okay, and forced me to talk to him after requesting if I can speak to Janice, which implied to me that he felt no remorse and was not sorry at all. We were not treated as customers at all that day, we were treated with bias, aggression, and unfortunately, he does not see what was wrong with how he handled the situation. Please consider if you can go elsewhere, because if you are a woman, person of color, or English is not your first language, you will be treated differently here by Shane and Michelle.

From start to finish Caliber was extremely informative, friendly and helpful! From the moment I dropped my car off they kept me updated via email with its status and completely at ease! They made the drop off and pick up process seamless and overall their employees had amazing customer service! In particular the woman at the front desk, the female manager I believe and even the woman who worked directly with my vehicle! I highly suggest going here for a peace of mind when repairing your vehicle and I will be a returning customer if I ever have to!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

By far the best auto body shop that I have brought my car to. I brought my Mazda in because I had a little fender bender. My man Everth, he was my estimator he took very good care of my car, I got to meet the technicians that worked on my car, JonJon and German. They were very nice, they even explained how they repaired it. I would recommend this shop to all my family and friends. Expert customer service. They even have a Popcorn! I do not recommend this shop to anyone. Really had bad experience they didn't do what they supposed too. After a month wait I picked up my vehicle from them immediately I had to take it to dealership to fix it. Alignment and fog bulb was done as per invoice but wasn't don't.Only good they did is vehicle was cleaned.

Constant part problems. Complete failure to communicate with me. My POC would constantly fail give promised status updates. Made misleading statements regarding the progress of the repair. Failed to make promised delivery dates at least 5 times. I had to call the day before or day of each promise date to find out that it would not be ready, when it was obviously not going to be ready several days in advance. Would not recommend to anyone.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Shane is phenomenal his whole team WOW!!!! It was my 2nd time bringing one of my vehicles because caliber collision fixed my Lexus looked like nothing happened. Highlander was hit took my car there Shane and his team put in a lot of effort and got it done so fast because we use that car for the baby. I m just so grateful for Caliber Collision in Woodbridge

Janice was AMAZING!!!! She was kind courteous and really listened to what I needed. She made me feel comfortable about the work that was going to be done to my vehicle and put my mind to ease about the ability of the shop. My Dodge was fixed properly in a timely fashion. This has to be the best body shop in the state, HANDS DOWN. This was the most kind and respectful crew I have come across in a long time. Aside from the quality of their character, the quality of their work was second to none. Normally i expect people to cut corners here and there when providing a service, but this team went above and beyond for me. The General Manager Mr. Shane Foster and his Office Administrator Ms, Janice Howard are true professionals. They were friendly, helpful, courteous, and a cut above others that I have met. Ms. Howard kept me informed of the progress they were making, and Mr. Shane paid attention to my request. My Ford F250 was done on time and the workmanship was outstanding. No communication of issue or delays. Called and left messages never getting calls back about my vehicle, until my Insurance Agent called them. Called on the original pickup day sad on hold for 30mins, to find out vehicle was not ready and handn't gotten to frame machine. Meaning almost no work had been started. Never Notified, until i called them on the pickup day.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have been to Caliber Collision in Woodbridge twice now. Each time they have done an amazing job. They were super helpful and fast at getting these repairs done for me. The first repair I brought them was a little more extensive while the second was a bit easier. Janis has been amazing throughout the entire process. During a time where I had plenty of unforeseen issues due to supply chain issues, she managed to keep me well informed and her positive attitude played a major role in making it as good of an experience as it could be. She is clearly punching above her weight and truly cares about the customers and organization. Crista was great and provided updates throughout the process and was available as needed. Finally, Shane was brought in towards the end due to part issues, and he went above and beyond to get the job done. While the job still isn't 100% complete, he did everything in his power to get me on the road. This trio is the epitome of what customer service should look likeServices: Painting, Body & Trim
