I was forced to purchase this particular battery by the store manager at store 193 on June 3, 2022 at 5:37P. The car slowly cranked over after battery replacement, and they assured me it'll charge to 100% during the drive home. After a week began having slow cranking issues again. Began the cycle of having the store check the battery saying its good and sending me on the way without attempting to assist me. Both store 193 and the dealer has tested the starter and the alternator, and the dealer kept the car to determine if there was a parasitic draw on the battery which was determined no. The dealer tested the battery which returned faulty and need replacement at which I went back to batteries plus and they denied the battery was faulty but told me the dealer would tell me anything to get me to purchase a new battery. The car continued to fail to start; over the course of years till now this point where it continues to fail and requires a jump all the while the store continues to stand behind the battery and stated the battery is fine. It's so bad the car was in for an oil change and failed to start afterwards. They tested the battery again and it came back faulty voltage at 10.5v; after service I drove it back to the store in which they said well it tested 12.3v so it's fine. I explained to them that's a surface charge; and the battery is faulty in which they stated everything is fine again. It's just sad at this point and causing me to miss critical med appointments. Its just sad :(

Brought my doorbell Ringer in to test the battery.The battery was fine and they cleaned up my connections to the doorbell.Butfon for free, I will be back.

Great service, knowledgeable staff, was a young lady and young gentleman who installed my new battery into my Lexus which advanced auto said they couldn't do. Purchased and installed within 20 min.

Batteries Plus Bulbs will always be my first choice from now on if I ever need a auto battery replaced. I happened to find them on line when I was searching for an auto battery that was planning on replacing it myself, which I have done in the past. I am so glad the I stumbled across BatteriesPlus. They did such a good job and so quickly. I will be telling my friends about BatteriesPlus.

Really some of the nicest knowledgeable people you'll know! I'd never been in to a Batteries Plus and didn't know they fixed phones. They're the absolute best with repairs and knowing about devices and hardware. He was super fast and really courteous. You can make an appointment online but I didn't have to because of the time and they still offered the online rates and discounts. Just lots of integrity and honest; it's interesting to experience something like that going somewhere for a first time

My wife and I were at DANCE ETC on Saturday morning 1/8/22 with morning temperatures in the low 20s, when our car battery failed. We called AAA and were informed that due to a heavy service demand there would be an extended wait time for service. Recognizing that Batteries Plus was nearby, and having a previous good customer service experience from a prior purchase at this location, I called upon this business for help. Shawn provided the utmost professional, exceptional and gracious service in helping to jumpstart our car at no cost. We are most grateful to Shawn's generosity and personal care and concern. Always a great experience here. A few months back I needed a new phone battery and they shipped it out and back in a timely manner and it was cheaper than the price estimate they gave me! Today I needed a new car battery. They had one for cheaper than all the car places in town and I was able to order online and receive 10% off. They called me when the battery was ready and installed it quickly and correctly for free. Very nice staff. I am sad they will be moving as my house is right across the street but I will still make the drive to Minnieville. Thank you Batteries Plus Bulbs!!

Always a good experience. 10% discount if you place the order and pay, with in-store pickup. No cost for shipping, either. Great selection of items and fun to browse the gadgets in the store as well. I was particularly pleased with the purchase of a battery for my light truck, with credit upon return of the deleted core.

Excellent customer service, my battery was drained because my lights came on and where on all night, I was so scared and I didn't know what to do. I called the store and I spoke to a representative name paco, he was incredible. Very kind and polite. He listened to my sobbing story and was so professional when he informed me that they would be able to help me with my problem. I wouldn't have went to Batteries Plus if my son had not told me about it but after I received the outstanding outstanding service from that young man, I will definitely be going back there from now on.

Good store. Good location. Good service. So far, they have stocked all of the batteries I am looking for. I went to 7 different stores looking for a battery for my camera. Most only have standard AAA, AA, C, D and 9 volt. Most do not carry any speciality batteries. Batteries Plus has just what I needed. I have been a walk in customer for many different types of batteries, So far I have been satisfied with them

Helpful staff, good place especially when you don't want to wait for delivery for a battery/bulb. Unfortunately it is not like radio shack with all the different connectors and wires and stuff, so don't waste your time if you need something specific like that. IMO it's a market they could expand to since you often need to physically check those items, but yeah for batteries and bulbs same day - this beats the heck out of Walmart.

I ordered online and picked up my Note Four Cell battery the next day. It was probably ready that day but I could not find the confirmation email. When I arrived they greeted me immediately. I was out the door in minutes. I did not give five stars yet because the battery is acting funky but I will see if I have too many apps in the background running. According to the sign they are moving near Minnieville. Hope it is more accessible.

My GS 350 battery was dead this morning. I was going to jump it but since my car s battery was 5 years old I decided to replace it. Getting it from the dealer was out of the question. After looking up prices I settled on Batteries Plus. I got a good battery, good price and with more cranking amps and cold cranking amps then my original battery. While I was there I also bought a battery for my garage door opener.I received stellar service promptly. This wasn t the first time I ve visited this Batteries Plus but it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this establishment!

The manager Sean was exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with fixing our complicated broken car key. Will totally recommend everyone this place for a key replacement and or battery. Friendly staff excellent customer service

Reasonable price and good service. Purchased automotive battery which they installed. Installation was done properly and was fast. They installing the battery save me having to make another trip to turn in old battery.

I walked in to get the Key Fob batteries replaced and they did the job in about 3 minutes. That's quality service. We will see how long the batteries last

Excellent service. Very friendly and had me out the door with a new key fob battery in under five minutes. They swap it out for you for a small fee (less than $2 if I recall correctly)
