As always, they were very helpful and courteous. I needed to use their Fix Finder, and they hooked it up for me. Only took about 2 minutes to get a diagnosis and printout. It's very handy when dealing with my mechanic.

Went to the store on Old Bridge Road, Woodbridge, VA. Susan helped us, and she was a star! She took care of our problem quickly and expertly. PLUS she told us how to fix other problems. How Autozone finds mechanical experts like Susan who ALSO deliver great customer service I don't know.... but keep it up!! Your people are head and shoulders above all others. Thanks!!!

I needed a alternator for my car. Actually I called first and gentleman said there are like two alternators for your car. I said ok hold that alternator and I will be there shortly to pick it up, he said ok. I came there and gentleman said we don't have that alternators and person said he doesn't remember me putting the alternator on hold. So that means he lied to me. I told my mom he is lying. I shouldn't be surprised that's how some people are.. So that's how autozone does there business. I went to autozones in California and texas. I never had any problems in those locations, only here in sorry boring virginia. All this happened this past summer, so I had a mobile mechanic put in alternator for my car. I'm not to sure if I will go to auto zone again. Maybe another auto parts place. Thanks auto zone for losing a customer.

Rudest Employees! I came here to do a return and the short Hispanic Lady that was working the counter obviously didn't know what she was doing. Started telling me that it was the wrong receipt even though I bought the product earlier today. When I pointed that out she got mad, Cursed me out in Spanish under her breath (Yes I Understood) and started raising her voice at me blaming me that it was another product. Therefore I responded that I am not talking to her so I expect the same in return. Even the other employee started getting mad at me telling me that I should do the return and go home. Obviously she did not want to be working and was mad that I came in....If you don't want to work, then don't come in.DO NOT COME HERE AT ANY COST.

Susan and Wallace were so helpful and friendly. They identified what I needed, and Wallace was kind enough to install the lights for me, which wasn t easy. This is some of the best customer service I ve received from an auto store. Thank you Susan and Wallace!

Went in to get a new battery for my grandma and had brought the old one in and the employee that work at the front was able to get me a battery but didn't ask for vehicle specs and when I ask if there was a cheaper option to stay within my budget they said no. And I know for a fact they did not look it up in there system because Autozone is really good with ordering or letting me know if there's another store that might have it nope it was just we have the gold that's it and they try to add the battery installation kit with out telling me what it's used for or any heads up "we recommend this product for longevity of the battery". It honestly felt like I was interrupting there day with trying to get a battery within my price range.

I visited the 12409 Old Bridge Autozone location and received the worse service. The young lady barely looked at me as I asked for help with window wiper blades. When it was time to get rung up, the young man acted like I was bothering him. I asked for assistance installing the wiper blades. The young man asked if it was raining. I replied that it was raining outside. He said I'm not going outside. With all of the attitude and inflection that he could put in his voice he told me basically that hes not doing anything for me. I don't know where customer service has gone to but but I would like it back. When you are at your job your job is to help people who are in need. Of course there was a better way to phrase that other than the way that he said it to me. I think that in this world of everyone getting online and telling their feelings they are forgetting that they also are talking to another human. There is such thing as tact and decency when it comes to customer service. Do better autozone. On the bright side the young lady did try to help me. Unfortunately we could not get it to work.

I went here to replace a headlight. The store was clean and organized, but unfortunately the customer service wasn't great. The young man up front seemed like he didn't want to be there, and answered my questions dejectedly. One of the employees told me he was the only one who'd be able to help me put the lightbulb in, and when i asked him he replied "nah". It was an extremely awkward and uncomfortable experience.

Please note: getting in and out of this store location is nearly impossible at evening rush hour. There's only 1 way in and out and unfortunately the position between the lights of old bridge road provide little opportunity to make a right turn out, let alone a left turn. Give yourself an extra 5 minutes for a right turn out and 10 minutes for a left turn out. On left turn in on northbound old bridge, give yourself an extra 7 minutes to get across. Of course YMMV and could get lucky because of an accident up the road or someone texting causing a delay at the light.I was lucky that today (10/6/2022) a pleasant older gentlemen took care of my wiperblade return. He was extremely polite and I enjoyed the change from my last visit. On the last visit, I asked a young gentlemen what type of wiper blades does my 2017 truck use. I was told the size of the blade but wasn't instructed on the appropriate model(s) to fit my vehicles wipers. Furthermore; this young gentlemen was abrupt and seemed generally annoyed I asked him a question. I would have given 4 stars if it wasn't for the earlier interaction with the wrong wiper blade.

I purchased two items. When I went to the store they had a 3/8 drive but not the 3/8 socket I needed. I had to buy a pack of three hex sockets 1/2 inch and a 1/2 inch drive in order to use the sockets. I thought that is crazy and extremely pricey. I bought them and than went to Harbor Freight and their selection was plentiful in both 3/8 and 1/2 sockets. I liked the 1/2 drive which was higher in price than Harbor Freight so I decided to keep the 1/2 drive but return the 3 hex sockets since I got a whole set cheaper at Harbor Freight. I had the receipt in the jeep but I just ran in to return and the male at the counter told me they do not give refunds at Auto Zone #4665 Woodbridge VA and I told him I never heard of such a thing. He informed me that all Auto Zones have different return policies and this store does not return and their policy is posted on their door. I left and was angry and looked for my receipt which I found and checked the auto zone corporate policy and they return items with or without a receipt. It was never removed from the package and he gave me this song and dance of how they will give you a replacement item if the item you purchased is defective but if it is just a return without being used or unopened they do not return. So the policy of Auto Zone 4665 Woodbridge VA incompetent staff is a NO RETURNS ALLOWED AT STORE #4665 period. Well I will make note to never enter a Auto Zone again and will pass this information to friends and associates so they don't make the same mistake I made. I just want to be clear what this male customer service person told me at the counter...Auto Zone 4665 changed its return policy just recently and all products sold are customized items and all sales are final and not eligible for return whether you have a receipt or not. If it was never used, still in the package, never left their sales bag it does not matter...all sales are final and not eligible for return. The only way a return is if the product is defective and they will try to offer the same product as a replacement but if they have no replacement the sale is final. I asked him to check my phone number in the computer and he informed me they do not do that anymore and he showed me the blank screen when he put my phone number in. Good luck with this guy...people looked really disturbed when they heard this guy informing me about the policy change at this store.

Bad customer service. Too many teens working here and act like they don t wanna work or help anyone. My husband needed help and the guy didn t even want get out from the cashier register. I Once took my battery here and said it was good battery and it will take 5 hours to charge.picked up my battery and it wouldn t start. Took my battery to another auto zone on route one and they told me that the battery is not good and it only takes 45 mins. Don t go to this auto zone if you wanna get your time wasted. I highly recommend to go to the one on route one they have the best customer service and helpful staff.

Awesome & professional Customer service. The manager gabriel changed my air filter, battery, and headlight bulbs. After everything was done, he refused to accept my tip! Hard working fella and very caring. Will come back for all my car needs. 5/5

Went in for an exchange and the guy gave me a refund and I had to pay for the new items and be out the money until the refund processes. Very poor customer service, wouldn't exchange here again. Manager was right there and couldn't care less.Went back again and the person working was very helpful and friendly. But the stock of a lot of items was very low or completely out. Pretty frustrating.

Great service, courtesy and knowledgeable employees! UPDATE... I love the self-checkout for items that you need without the help of a store associate. I miss the friendly associates who always offered help to make sure you received what you needed.

First The lady there was aggressive but the young man was very helpful and i helped me order the part. I was told when the part arrived in 2 days i will be called to pickup but that never happened so i had to call myself on the 3rd day and wasnt even offered an apology for bad customer service...smh

My battery had died yesterday morning. After getting a jumpstart I headed straight to the store. Raphael, I m pretty sure I am remembering his name correctly. He tested my battery and was able to install it for me, as well. He was very helpful. I was so thankful and it was all done in a timely manner. Thank you.
