As a girl, its sometimes intimidating coming into auto part places. However, the staff here are very kind and inviting. My friends have had similar experiences as well with the staff being nice and overall helpful. If you are someone that gets anxious because you're not too knowledgeable about cars, I would definitely recommend coming here :)

Great staff. Very helpful. Knowledgable. Listens well. Great advice. I purchased a car battery and was given several prices for a choice. I like that I had options and was not forced to purchase unwanted items. Thanks Team. Your customer Adriana. No photos to show at this time. Today I went to the store and these rude guy name Luis was helping at the checkout he was very rude he asked me my phone number I gave him the auto zone membership card it supposed to have your info he ignored me and keep asking my phone I told him to scam the card he replied to me oh you don t know your phone number I was like.. he was very rude he leave my staff and walked away I always go to these locations and is the first time that happen something like these they should have costumers service class very rude and no customer service experience

I was having issues with my battery on our 2016 Ford Explorer. The Manager, Rick listened to what was happening and took the time to not only test my battery, but also tested the alternator. Rick s customer service and knowledge was over the top and highly commendable. I will shop for future auto needs due to Rick s outstanding service.Pls make sure Rick s leadership is informed of his exceptional customer service.Thank you,George

I ve visited this auto zone to get some parts for my car, and let me tell excellentservice they were extremely nice and helped me throughout the store. Once I entered they greeted me with an excellent and positive attitude, There were a couple workers there One named Bryan, Christopher and Keven. They were all nice to each customer that came and and were pretty hilarious to talk to would definitely recommend going there just to get a good smile and great service.

last Friday I asked about Al-Bearing for Mitsubishi merage and he told me that we do not have it, but I can order it for you. I said ok that'sgood . He told me that if u want it to be here tomorrow, you could pay 12 dolls. I paid. He told me that tomorrow at 12 o'clock it will be there. Saturday I took a day off for to fix my car and went and he told me we don't have it. You can come back on Monday. and I said to him . You didn't say that to me yesterday. He told me he didn't answer. I told him, well, I want you to get my money back and cancel that order i dont wanna it anymore. He said I don't know the Manager is not here. He told me to come back in an hour. I came back. He said again, come back in an hour. If ur order is not here give ur money back . And I came back. He told me the same thing. They laughed at me. he does not want give me my money back. I wasted my time and + a day off bad service I have never seen any store and people like this . and I will never go to this store any more and I went Monday . I found the lady I asked her she said the same thing . wiat one hour. I did but no nothing. today on the morning I went again she said the same thing but the lady she gave me my money back but there are some guys are working on Saturday one has a big Beard and another one has a big hair bad bad communication bad service even they don't know how to cancel the order

I'd went to Auto Zone to buy some oil for my vehicle. When I got to the register and there were 2 females there, and of them seemed like they didn't want to ring me up. Finally, one of the females named Johana A. says in a rude tone, " I'll ring you up over here," as if it was an inconvenience to her. I placed my things on the counter, and she quickly rang me up and gave me the price. She seemed very rude and short. I can see if I did something for her to be that way, but I know I did nothing to deserve that. I had to ask her if I could put my phone number in for my Auto Zone account along with asking for my military discount, which they usually ask about. Finally, when I paid, she just left the things on the counter without saying anything, but then doubled back and asked, "Do you need a bag or something?" I replied yes. I also let Johana A. know that her customer service was horrible. I'll never go back there again. I've been coming there for years and have never had anyone treat me that rudely.

Very disappointing and misleading. The website says the store opens at 7:30am, it s 8am and the store is locked with lights off and no notification posted on the door. Went to get a few things for my car and there are about 4 cars outside waiting. Not a good look AutoZone.

Just came into this autozone auto parts and talk to man name Louis. He he'll me today with my car to find the clips to my car that plastic was coming off. He did a professional job to find the clips and he did. Thanks you Louis for going your way out to make smile so I can go to work with no worries. Also, everyone is their is very professional. Luis & coworkers are very rude , purchased a battery in march Luis claimed that I did a warranty claim last year (2022) how is that possible If it was purchased in 2023 . They also charged me for a duralast gold battery , however they gave me a regular duralast so when I went to exchange it under warranty he refused and began calling me a names and insulting me an argument began . As I tried to walk out one of his managers got in my face and tried to block me from exiting the building . Very unprofessional stay away from this location .

Rick installed and taught my partner and I on how to install the battery we had changed. He was extremely patient and went above and beyond to assist us. It was nice to have someone willing to help and explain the process.

I agree with many reviewers about this place when it comes to customer service ..NOT the place to go if You don't know about something.!I counted at least 5 employees doing nothing.The employees just look and Stare at You ..but don't ask if You need help with something.I came in to this location in Dale City looking for some items and I had to walk out of this place ... They don't greet You ,they look at you but turn around and walk away.No Wonder ADVANCE AUTO PARTS just around the corner it's full of Customers.They are 100% better when it comes to helping a paying customer.I will ONLY visit This Auto Zone if I have nowhere else to go for what I need.I was gonna spend $300 to $400On the things I needed for my Car, I know is not Much but I have 3 Cars...but that's ok I will go just AROUND the corner To ADVANCE AUTO parts..I'm sure they will appreciate my business.Advice ...DO NOT GO TO AUTO ZONE if You don't want to get aggravated and waste Your time

Lots of common stuff is always out of stock. Pretty lazy staff at this location. (Dale City). The lake ridge store is consistently better and way more helpful. Same out of stock items at the Dale City location are usually in stock at the lake ridge store.. can't blame it on COVID. It'd just be nice if. People cared just a little bit these days! Advanced auto around the corner is a lot better help and stock.

I needed help putting on the windshield wiper I had just purchased. It was sprinkling not even raining but no one had a jacket and couldn't help as it was "raining". I won't go back.

Went this store because battery was dead. Asked that they check battery, alternator and stater to see which was bad. The female I talked to said she d check the battery. Verified it was dead. She said we had to remove the battery so they could charge it. I didn t have any tools and asked if they could take the battery out. She told me noIt was the customer s responsibility to remove it. The man I was parked next to told me they took his battery out. The female was not nice and had an attitude. I left and went to advance auto within 5 minutes test done, problem diagnosed. Within 15 minutes on my way home. Very disappointed at the lack of customer service.

Came here and bought windshield wipers for my car. No problem. While I was there, I ordered some floor mats for a car, was told they would arrive in a few days. Never got a call on the ETA day. I called in and they told me that my order couldn't be filled. This was a time sensitive order. My issue is I was able to order and pay for the part but then all of a sudden, the part was stated it wouldn't be filled without any reason why. Tried to refund it over the phone. They couldn't. Came in and I spent close to 30 mins trying to get a refund. Here's the kicker, they said when the part comes in, they will call. ???? After they told me they couldn't fill the order. No idea what's going on here nor do I care anymore. Not a good experience outside of the guy who installed my wipers.

Had a question about changing air filter and cabin air filter on my car so I called the store and Gabe was able to tell me what I needed and said if I came down to the store and asked for him he would gladly install the air filter for me. Did just that and Gabe got me what I needed and made the change in seconds. He would not accept a tip, so singing his praises in this review instead. Friendly and nice customer service, highly recommend this location!

I usually have great experience at this Autozone but I placed a online order and got a response it was ready for pickup. 5 or 6 hours later I went to pick up the order. It wasn't ready or in stock. The manager offer to get it in the next day. I wasn't in a big hurry for the item and the response of the manager didn't leave me with a bad feeling of the experience. Hence the 3 star rating.

I came this morning to buy brake pads. I am a regular customer and I always had a wonderful customer experience. But this morning, this lady who was behind the counter( she said her name is Ashley) was rude. From the moment I entered the store, she never greeted me or looked at me in the eye and ask me what I am looking for. I had to stand and wait for her until I get her attention. She acted as if I am not there and or am not important. Then she said, 'Can I help you?" with tone as if I am lost. After I stated what I want, I had to repeat myself twice to correct her not to give me a wrong stuff. When I told her she should be a little better in her customer service, she said that she doesn't care. She seems not interested to be in part of Auto Zone work family. It's a shame she represent a great company.

This morning I went to get my battery changed because I have 3 year warranty the guy behind the desk his name what Luis he was very rude he yelled at me just for not having a receipt. I understand it s 7 in the morning awfully early but he had no reason to yell at me just for not have a receipt, I got helped the day before and the guy found it in the system he didn t have the best attitude either but he definitely helped and told me to come in the morning and Luis I told him the phone number and he didn t even wanna help to look for it he just yelled I almost cried of the way he talked to me and yelled at me. I will never be coming back here again I have other friends that have came here and don t have good things to say either because the workers are awfully rude.

Great customer service huge inventory
