I really appreciate the extra mile Zachary went to get me up and running today. I was expecting a headache and waste of time but he came in ready to help with a smile and even gave me a lot of helpful information about maintaining my vehicle. He answered all questions I had and ensured I felt comfortable with the work provided prior to sending me off. We definitely need more Zach s in the world thank you very much and I appreciate everything you did for me.

Recently I needed to get new windshield wipers and air filters for my van. I had no idea what I needed or how to install them. Mike was so helpful. He knew exactly what I needed and installed everything for me within a few minutes. He was very professional and full of knowledge. Mike is a class act and I will most definitely be referring people to this location in the future.

We needed a new battery & the manager, Mike D, was the one to assist in the battery purchase & installed it for us too. His professionalism, knowledge, & friendly personality was very welcomed and very appreciated. I highly recommend the store for all your car needs. This will be our go to store. A sales associate named Manny was very kind to me and my mother. He helped us find the correct lights and even replaced the lights on my mother s car for free. He worked in a timely manner and had wonderful customer service etiquette and was very generous

AutoZone has been a lifesaver for me! Recently, I've been facing issues with my car battery inexplicably dying on me. Mike D, one of the staff members at this store, went above and beyond to assist me. He patiently helped diagnose the problem and offered valuable insights on potential causes. Most importantly, he ensured I got a replacement battery. I'm truly grateful for the exceptional service and expertise provided by Mike and the AutoZone team. Highly recommend!

I was having a hard time starting my car and took it to AutoZone to test my battery. I was coming back as bad so I wanted to have it replaced, but my battery is in a weird spot so Mike D helped me out by taking me Wheel off and opening up the area where my battery is. Mike tested my battery and we found that it s actually a good battery and that I just need to get a new starter. As I m writing this he is putting the wheel back on. I really appreciate Mike doing this and he has even done it under the stores 30 minute guarantee. Thank you Mike!

I was in need of a new battery this evening and went to the Auto Zone on Rt 1 in Woodbridge but they couldn't help me because "they didn't have enough light to install the battery" and told me I could come back tomorrow. I ended up at the Auto Zone @ Foulger Square in Woodbridge where Mike D gladly helped me. He was kind and courteous from the moment I walked in the door. He installed the battery without hesitation. Really appreciate the excellent customer service I received from him.

Mike D. was so friendly and helpful with changing my battery!!! Coming here by myself was so scary, but he made everything run smoothly. It did it very quick and efficiently even after having to get the part from a different location.

I came into this nice new store and employee Mike D immediately greeted me while he was doing other things. Dropped what he was doing and helped me with my questions. He came out in the pouring rain to read the errors on my vehicle. He then took me to the computer and looked up the exact parts I needed for my vehicle and carefully explained why I needed them to correct my issue. Even though I didn t purchase the items I needed that day I will return when I am ready. I will bring all my business to this AutoZone due to the knowledge of the staff. Totally recommend to go to this store. A great addition to the shopping center.

Mike D. was very helpful while replacing my battery. The process was quick even though the battery had to be picked up from another location. i would recommend this location to anyone who needs a quick replacement and guidance.

Calvin was a great help, he help me and my partner by changing our prius battery that was told in other places that they couldn't installed because it was a difficult thing to do, he was really nice all the time and he is a really talented young guy.

Came in Monday evening for windshield wipers and front lights. I met with a young man named Zachary and with a smile he had no hesitation to look up a part for my vehicle and got it done for me in no time at all very nice person and helpfully young man I do hope in the near future other employees will be as helpful as him.

Calvin and Ray and Betsy were AWESOME. I had to get a new battery that was really corroded and difficult to take out of my car. Calvin and Ray kept working on it for at least a half hour until they got it and put it in the correct way. Thank you for great service!

Rude cashier. Did not want to search for needed part number. He wanted me to provide it. Not helpfull or willing to help. When I asked him if he had internet to search he asked me why I was being rude? I left the building. Not worth the drama
