I visited several dealerships in search of the perfect car and deal and never felt comfortable with any of them until I came to Auto Finance Center. Jorge was my salesperson and did everything in their capacity to make sure I was happy. Victor was also a great help and I cant thank them enough for getting me the car of my dreams.

Walked in to a very friendly place...people here are very nice..felt very comfortable here...had no problems helping me out getting a car...went to other places and got turned down numerously but they helped us out a lot once we got here...I recommend this place to everyone who needs a car especially those who have been turned down. This place is awesome. Ask for Jason sifuentes when you get there..

Thank you very much Jason for your helpBut unfortunately the car I barely grabbed it and it looks like a Christmas tree with so much light and problems without being able to pass MD inspection I'm stuck and without sleep thinking about how to solve or throw that away

Moving is never easy, and being young, and trying to work in the government full-time & law student full-time isn t easy either.So when I needed a car for a good deal, good opportunity, and 10/10 customer service - Irvin, Jason and Victor were able to change my life for the better . and make buying a car very easy, affordable, and in my means. I definitely recommend if you need a car and you don t mind financing to go Auto Finance where you will receive 10/10 customer service, 10/10 quality of service, and people who believe in your means - and not just your credit score.Irvin was incredibly communicative, knowledgeable cars, and super flexible to work with - and if you are in the DMV area - I recommend you going to visit them because their cars are 10/10 quality and so is their service. :)

I was very pleased with the service. Everyone was very helpful on finding us a great deal for my mom and I. We went in unsure of what we would walk away with, but we ended up finding a better deal than we found anywhere else! I would definitely recommend coming here to find a great deal for a car. I honestly don't know, how the situation would've turned out. Especially because of Irvin, Joel, and Karla. They were extremely helpful, from their welcoming attitude to finding us an excellent fit. Maybe they have good relationships with customers but it s not the same with transport guy,they are rude and they still didn t pay me for car deliveries,big scammers,watch out transport companies

Let me tell you guys even if I wasn't referred by my co-worker, people here really go out of their way to see the visit is a good experience. As we all know we all dread going to the dentist and car dealerships, but not here. It seems like I was touched based by all the staff and everything was explained in an understandable way even with all the questions I threw at them ha!
