Disappointing Experience at Aggressive CustomsI recently had my vehicle wrapped by Aggressive Customs, operated by Brian, and unfortunately, my experience fell significantly short of expectations. Initially, we agreed on a set price for the service, but I was never provided an invoice prior to the work commencing. Brian committed to removing the plastidip from my vehicle but only removed it in certain areas, choosing instead to cover these sections with wrap.The project, promised to be completed within 3-5 days, stretched to 8 days, disrupting my schedule. Upon collection, I discovered parts of the wrap were poorly applied, especially in the more intricate areas like the mirrors, and the front lip of my bumper was left unwrapped. Realizing the extent of the issues a day later, I had to return the vehicle to Brian twice because of the wrap peeling back underneath my vehicle and around my mirrors.Moreover, areas on my chrome delete that were supposed to be wrapped were instead spray painted, leading to overspray in the trunk jams. When I attempted to address these issues, Brian responded argumentatively, further souring our interaction and showcasing a lack of professionalism.After multiple visits and observing the quality of work, I regretfully cannot recommend Aggressive Customs. My advice to Brian is to accept constructive feedback and focus on enhancing the quality of service and customer communication. Should Brian wish to discuss the removal of this review, I would suggest returning the remaining wrap I purchased to rectify the issues at a more reputable shop. He has my number to do so.

Stay away from this shop. The owner does really low quality work and is super shady. Tint job was terrible! Bubbles, creases, and was cut horribly. I also had him do a partial wrap a few months ago that I decided to take off since it was bubbling and also cut bad. I even had other shops mention how bad the guy did on it. And stop lying to your customers when you say come and then don t even have the materials for the job and say come back the next day. That s really unprofessional!

Wonderful service!I had a great experience there.I came to aggressive because I just got a new set of rims and wanted them ceramic coated.Brian did the werk and it was great!

Brian was super helpful and respectful of my time and money. He was very prompt to respond to all of my questions, and i absolutely recommend him for his wheel customizations!

Brian is definitely the man!!! There's nothing he doesn't know or know how to do when it comes to customizations. The prices are good also. Well worth the trip from Bowie to Woodbridge!
