The guy with an eagle tattoo on his neck has an attitude problem. He should learn how to treat customers with respect and be helpful. When I asked him for help to look for available parts, he mumbled profanity at me. I have encountered him twice already and always seen him having attitude with almost everybody. If you don't like the job, just quit. Don't take it out on your customers!

Outstanding customer service. Very professional and always helpful. Manager, Charnae, greets her customer and makes sure everyone is taken care of even when store is busy. I have an older car and when I need parts, I come to Advance. And I recommend others to go as well.

Horrible customer service in here. Been in there 4 times and every single time it took forever to get someone to notice I was even in line. I will, at this point, take the time to drive further away to get what I'm looking for as I'm pretty sure it will be faster.

I came here today and the worker by the name of Charnae J has a mean spirit and is very disrespectful. I asked her a question and she got very nasty and rude. She tried to fight me and my mother over a simple question

I bought parts here - brakes and rotors. 3 days later, I went to my mechanic, opened the boxes, and some of the parts were used. It was literally my word against theirs. He went to the store with me to exchange the parts. They were trying to get me to pay for the parts.

My family and I arrived at this location for new windshield wipers and to get my wife's car battery checked, the attendee gave us the number to look for that matches her vehicle and when checking the battery the young man was very knowledgeable and helpful, I will continue to bring my business to this location gig forward, it was a very pleasant experience.

First time using this location for a blown headlight. Gentleman behind counter was very helpful in pointing us to the right lamp. Purchase was quick and easy. We went out front to change the bulb and couldn't get the cover off the back of the light. The same gentleman that checked us out came out to assist. After a few minutes, he realized the cover wasn't stuck, it just needed to be pulled off after turning. Felt like an idiot but he was very nice about it. After a little joking, we managed to get the bulb in place. Definitely will return to this location.

Customer service is horrible. Apparently, the manager could not hear my what I had said to him, even though I was extremely clear. Yet, when I corrected his input onto the computer, he gave a rude tone in his reply. The situation could have easily became combative, but instead, I decided to say nothing. I needed someone to input my military discount, and it appeared that this "manager" was the only one capable to input the code. I must have interrupted his day by asking for this assistance. Nevertheless, I'll take my business to another location in future.

The staff is always excellent to deal with here especially Nevin. I only buy my auto parts from a store that Nevin is working in. He s very customer oriented and helpful when it comes to finding the correct part for my vehicle.

I ordered a battery for pick up. They offer curbside pick ups so i sent my mom (who speaks no English) to pick it for me and when I called to have then bring it outside the guy made fun of me saying sarcastically i had to come inside to pick it up. He said we re open so come in which was an inconvenience for us.

I went to this shop looking for headlights for a Prius; a very nice and professional Hispanic gentleman (Sorry wish i knew the name) helped me pick the best lights, he did not have to but he went above and beyond by helping me change out the lights at no extra cost!!! Sir THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH that was 10/10 customer service i honestly want to buy stock in this company because of how they made me feel, GOOD JOB GUYS WELL DONE

Very very poor customers service. 5 people working at the time of my visit there not a single person working the front register. All too busy talking in the back about thier personal lives, unless you yell for assistance. At which point they were very rude about having to stop thier conversation to do thier jobs. Almost zero knowledge of the products they actually carry. Which is a shame I needed to purchase a few hundred dollars of supplies. All well on to another store hopfully one with actual customer service.

Majority of the staff in this store has poor work ethics issue. I came in one day to pick up my online order and stood in a "online order pick up" line for more than 15 mins without receiving any help even though there were a bunch of staffs freely available. They just looked at me without coming to help out. I asked one of them to help me and they said someone will come. I then pressed one lady staff who was walking by for help. I told her my purpose of being there and she said just wait and someone will come. After another 10 mins, I just walked out and cancelled my order online. Unbelievable. A bunch of lazy people!

Customer service is sucks, and always giving the wrong parts. When you try to correct them, they start giving a attitude and rush you out . I would go to the other location down the road.

I m torn on this location because on one hand the staff is really trying and do a good job but on the other hand the manager is not very friendly at all and I would just try to avoid him at all costs.. another review on here regarding a lifetime warranty came up and saying that they wouldn t honor this warranty... I honestly believe it. The manager probably handled it and said that he wouldn t honor it... just saying. Sorry for the staff there because I m sure he is a joy to work for...

Yesterday, I called this location looking for a cover/shield to under my car. I was quoted a price which was twice as much as it normally cost and the guy tells me I would have to come in and pay for it because it had to be ordered. Ok, I'm used to prepaying for a special item but not having the ability to pay over the phone was crazy and a huge inconvenience. So in route I come to a closer location and the guy is having trouble locating the part. I have him call the location to where I orginally spoken to and he gives him the part number and he finds it. Well what you know, the part wasn't $103 it was $50...and the other kicker it wasn't even in stock...nowhere in their inventory was an available cover...I will never do business again at this location and warn ppl of the shady practices...they have lost my confidence thinking they were honest and fair.

Always very helpful staff, have not had a bad experience through all my years of shopping here at this location, and I hope it continues that way! Also besides the fact that the store is convenient to my house and ever since the order online pickup in store has been put in place it just makes everything else a breeze.

Don't do curbside pick up, they don't put Items in your car you must come out your car and grab what you order from them even if you open the door or trunk. Happy with their products as always.

My battery died nearby on Christmas Eve. Even though they were minutes from closing and flooded with customers, Jeffrey was extremely helpful with my battery replacement. I was grateful for his patience and kindness.

Very bad service,I went to replace my car battery, and the girl doesn't know where it was the battery, but finally find it ,looking YouTube she change the battery,and she left, but lights are still in on ,I went to speak to manager and he said he can't do anything, how it's possible? They give a bad service and now they don't know anything?

Neighborhood vehicle parts store. Near always reliable. Ask for their curveside assistance with minor fixes and ask for your military discount for the veterans. Highly recommended.

Thee wannabe dreadlock guy is very rude and not helpful. He has no great customer service in him. Never again I will visit this particular location.
