Went to use the floor soaper option on the vacuums. First it charged me 10 bucks for using card and then there was no soap just a glorified brush. I want a refund for the false advertising I had received today.

Change machines don't work. I saw 3 different people try including myself. So I paid with my card at one of the 2 stalls that wasn't blocked off. It wouldn't let me add time so after it completely stopped I swiped my card again and it wouldn't even read it again. So I tried cash there at the stall and it shot it back to me. So I pulledy soapy car to the last stall and yes it took my card and I was able to rinse hahaha..I mean come on now this is a Thursday. Was nobody there today or yesterday to check things out. It want be there much longer if things don't change.

My husband goes here all the time for washes. Loves it even more since they updated their automatic wash.

It didn't finish the wash an we almost got stuck in it an had to go to a stall to rinse our car off and it left spots on our car then we went to vacuum and it charged my husband $10 just to vacuum out a little Infinity .

I just went to use the automatic car wash and it stopped working in the middle of it. I bought the deluxe wash and all I got was rinse with soap. There's no one there to help and the phone number available is a fax. Waste of money

Why put a fax number to call you on? Your automatic car wash is really bad, you seriously need to fix it. Took my car there yesterday and did the eight dollar wash. And it looked like it had not been touched. Please put a phone number so we can talk to someone.

Really nice car wash. All the equipment is in good shape and works well. Actually is worth the few quarters you spend to clean your vehicle

Good car wash! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the "pre-soak" was lacking, but the rest is really good with a fair amount of time!

We use the automatic car wash. It does a great job cleaning. The only drawback is it is super slow.

Not only did i waste 8.00 on the car wash put 1.00 in the vacuum and what a surprise it never came on. Worst car wash ive ever been too...

If the spot cleaner was working and the brush was working better soaping up id give it 5 stars but other than that it was great

This car wash has no pressure what so ever! It just charge us $10+ for a stream of water with NO PRESSURE! I want a refund!!!!

Drive thru equipment needs some attention. Little shy on the soap. Other than that a nice clean establishment.

Terrible experience here got charged 10 dollars on my card just for spraying my truck off will not ever go back here and will tell everyone not to go here and when you try to call the number they have listed no one ever answers
