Got into a bind Saturday. Was replacing rotors calipers and pads and I bent the the metal line enough to kink it and put a hole in in it. Napa had the line and bender to get me out of a bind as they wasn t open on Easter Sunday. I spent $22 and all was well. Thank you Napa in Windsor.

We called NAPA to inquire about brakes. The gentleman that answered was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He gave us a quote of $39 & said he would hold the brakes until we were able to come get them later on that evening. There were two different employees at the counter when we arrived. The gentleman that helped us was the same gentleman who we talked to previously on the phone. He asked what he had quoted us and we told him $39 and he said I'll give them to you for $35. That was a nice surprise. There are two different names on the receipt, so I don't know which one to give props to. David or Travis. He has longer brown hair. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Being disabled shopping in stores like this is difficult, however the staff is always friendly and helpful. Few times have been told to call before and then flash lights when I pull up not to worry about coming in they will come out to help me. That's service!!

There was no problem the person was very helpful look up my part and ordered it at other places they'd asked me what the amp was I didn't know cause there was no tag on the part I had great job

Not the friendliest staff, maybe caught everyone on a bad day. Not sure why auto parts people think they have to be thugs on some TV SHOW. Probably won't stop in again and they probably don't care. Two star rating, they had what I needed.

Hotest day of the year and we break down in Windsor, Va. Happened to be a NAPA a few miles down the road. All of the garages in town closed on a Saturday. Travis & Jennifer did everything in their power to help us. We called a nephew an hour away. While we waited Travis & Jennifer gave us cold water and shared their lunch with us. My husband and I feel like we've made new friends. Thank you WINDSO NAPA!!

Need a small piece of hose for my ac's vacuum pump. Fella at the counter replaced it for me with no issues. Great staff.

Friendly folks knowledgeable staff if they don't have it they can usually pull it from one of their other stores

They will NOT help black woman when entering the store I walked in nobody ever said hello nor can I help you . This white man walked in they said hey what can I help you with. I will NOT do business there anymore!!
