Winchester Collision Center was absolutely amazing! Not only did they do a great job repairing my vehicle, but also cleaned the inside! Shane was very communicative which helped tremendously. Highly recommend these guys!

They took such good care of my car and me. I was so worried and well I was there they gave me snacks and drinks and I love these people cause I want to make sure you're safe when you leave in your car. They are about making sure you're safe then they do about worry about how much money they can make off of you. I want to make sure your car is running right, They are honest people. And they are guaranteed to take good care of you. And they are good for their word. I would give them a thousand stars not just five, Thank you patty johnson

Winchester Collision Center has exceptional customer service and did a great job on our car repair. Our car was completely damaged on the passenger side and WCC did great work to repair (and basically rebuild) that side. Shane is especially fantastic. He kept us informed with updates twice a week so we were never kept in the dark. When our insurance wasn't particularly helpful in explaining things or helping, Shane did whatever he could to help us. Master craftsmen with incredible customer service. Did an amazing job repairing damage from a collision and doing some optional repainting. Also, managed all of the interactions with the insurance company so I didn t have to deal with any of it. Lastly, delivered the car to AutoPros for paint restoration on the parts I didn t have repainted. Car ended up looking like new!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Winchester collision center did an amazing job on my car after an unfortunate accident, they kept me updated thru the lengthy insurance approval process and the end result was incredible the paint match was spot on and the fitment of all the pieces are perfect. This business was wonderful to deal with from start to finish! They kept me updated frequently as possible even when the insurance company was nonexistent on updates to the shop and myself! Good business goes along way and this business has that and a great team! They even helped my wife with removing my license plate with out a hesitation, we really appreciate good ethics in our community!Service: Body & Trim

Highly recommend Winchester Collision Center. They did an amazing job on my sons car. The customer service was excellent. Shane kept me informed every step of the way during the entire process. My son picked up his car yesterday and you could not tell it had been hit. I was amazed how the paint match perfectly to the rest of the car. It was an all around excellent experience!! Thank you for the cute cups too.

The whole team at Winchester Collision have treated me like family. They have now done three jobs for my immediate family and each one was excellent quality. It was always done in a timely manner and I was so pleased with the outcome. I cannot say enough!

Highly recommend Winchester Collision Center. They did an amazing job on my truck. The customer service was excellent. Shane kept me informed every step of the way during the entire process. When I picked up my truck, you couldn t even tell it wasn t new off the show room floor. I returned with a minor issue from reinstalling the headliner, and they fixed it and treated me great with no hesitation to fix the problem. WCC worked well with us and our insurance company to get our vehicle repaired as soon as possible with a tough parts supply chain situation. Shane did a great job keeping us informed of the project status. Great customer service and the vehicle was returned in excellent condition

BIG shoutout to Winchester Collision and the amazing job they did on my Kia Stinger. Had a rough go around with MAACO and Winchester Collision un-did all of MAACO's wrong's and made everything look new again. I appreciate the professionalism and great communication and amazing work. We recently used Winchester Collision when we were involved in an out of state accident. Being inexperienced with auto body repairs we were a little nervous, but their team did a great job explaining the process and the steps we needed to do with the insurance companies to get the work done. Winchester collision center did a wonderful job fixing our car. They handled everything with the insurance company as the car needed more repairs done than the initial estimate we received from Allstate. They kept us informed every step of the way from explaining the additional repairs to letting us know when the parts came in and they were starting the repair. We really appreciated all the communication and updates we received. They really went above and beyond with their service. Our car looks amazing. They really do take pride in their work, and it absolutely shows.

Absolutely amazing stress free experience! My daughter was in an accident and I was clueless about where to start. She totalled her car, when she hit a deer on a back road in Charlestown. With one phone call they took care of everything! They were so efficient and flexible, my daughter never had to take time off to get her things or deal with her car. They worked with her schedule! The insurance company was even impressed! What should have been a stressful situation, turned into the easiest experience we've ever dealt with!!! Thanks to the amazing staff and and their unbeatable customer service!!!

After my car accident he drove all the way out to west va to pick my car up to make sure I got my car to his shop safely. He sent me updates, they were fast, efficient and kept me in the loop. I knew what was happening and what the problems were, the cost and even showed me pictures so I knew it was truthful. Shane was super kind and caring and worked with me and the process so easy. 10/10 would recommend going here

This company was absolutely AMAZING. The day of my accident I called around and they made a great impression on me. The owner and staff were extremely thorough, great with communicating as they progressed on assessing the damages to my vehicle. The owner let me know I could counter offer for my vehicle if it was totalled, which saved me thousands of dollars literally. When I went to pick up my tags, he readily had them available, printed out a copy of the estimate so I could use that in my case, and even showed me how frame damage is assessed in the shop. This company and owner GO THE EXTRA MILE. Very impressed and satisfied! Thank you so much for your outstanding Customer Service!

Wcc all around the best collusion shop in the area, took in an f-350 w/ heavy front end damage only to come out in like new shape/ condition. Excellent workmanship, customer service and not to mention Shane will go above and beyond to make sure that your repair is not only perfect but will also keep you up to date on the process of your repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I hit a deer and was completely lost as to what steps to takes when ut came down to choosing a body shop. I read reviews for all local bodyshops, and then I began calling them. When I called and spoke to the owner of Winchester Collision center I knew without a doubt that this was who I would choose to do the work on my 2022 Kia. When I tell you he took the time to listen, understand, and talk me through the process that's exactly what I mean. Never once did I feel rushed or like they were just there to getoney throughout the whole process from beginning to end they kept open communication and email and phone convos about each process and time frame for me to get my vehicle back. The detail alone was beyond amazing when I picked my vehicle not only was it in "brand new condition" on the outside but they took the time to completely detail the inside of my van from front to back it looked brand new again on the inside as well (yes I have kids) lol. I was completely blown away at the service we received and how professional, and down to earth the owner and workers truly are. I have to say 10/10 I highly recommend Winchester Collision Center to any and every body who may need their services. You won't meet a better shop Owner in Winchester garunteed. I had my bumper replaced on my 2020 Toyota Corolla at WCC. As a single female, the car industry can really try and take advantage of us.I felt so comfortable and taken care of by the entire staff at WCC.I had some issues that caused me to have to reschedule my appointment multiple times and every time they were so accomadating, friendly and helpful. They def went above and beyond. I was treated was compassion and honesty through out the entire process. They also were able to refer me to other local business's that offered other services that I needed that they didnt offer. Their refferals did not disappoint either!!If you ever need any body work or any of the services that WCC offers, you will be treated like a family member, I cant say enough about them!! WTG WCC!!! I have never been more impressed with the quality of customer service I ve received from any automotive service provider. After searching far and wide for any shop who could perform the repairs on my car only to be told that nobody could find the parts, the Winchester Collision Center came in to save the day saying they had pallets full of the elusive body panels. The repair was done quickly and every interaction with the staff / owners was very pleasant. They went above and beyond by allowing me to take my newly repaired car to the bank after I forgot my checkbook and my Uber drive had already left the parking lot. Then throwing in a free tumbler was just icing on the cake. If you worry that most shops you ve been to don t offer a true community feeling, I strongly suggest you give these folks a call. Above and beyond quality of service!

Winchester Collision Center has great customer service. They are very professional. I was always updated with what was going on with my vehicle and explained in detailed. If you're looking for someplace to have your vehicle worked on this is the place to take it to.
