After getting ridiculously expensive quotes on my Mercedes diesel oil leak, based on total guesswork, this shop took the time to clean under the car before trying to determine where the oil was actually coming from. True professionals committed to solving your issues in the most cost effective way. So lucky I found them.

These guys are always responsive, helpful, know their stuff, are reasonably priced, and do an all around great job. I have had them handle a couple of issues on an audi q7, and have been pleased each time. I highly reccommend.

Had them put motor in my gti old motor went out of timing. They did the motor trans flush and timing chain on new motor. Did in timely manner kept me updated and did a great job. We were traveling from PA to the Hampton area at the end of July for my wife and her twin sisters birthday when my Eos started losing power and dash lights came on. I managed to limp it into Winchester and was referred to Tony's by an auto parts store. What a stroke of luck! These guys could not have been nicer! Although it was almost closing time, they installed the fuel filter I had purchased to see if that was the problem. When it wasn't, Dustin gave my wife and I a ride to a hotel, where we were rescued the next day by family who were also traveling down. The car was fixed for us upon our return, and at a reasonable price (I checked with my regular mechanic at home). It's scary to be stranded by breakdowns away from home, but we were treated like regular customers. I cannot recommend these guys enough!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

As an update, Tony and Patty have retired. The two mechanics that have been working for Tony have become the new owners. They know my car, know me and are working hard to provide service as good or better than ever. They did a great job diagnosing and solving a recent problem with my 33 year old Mercedes.I have been taking my 1990 Mercedes Diesel to Tony for over a year. I cannot recommend him and his shop high enough. Great attentive service, fixed right the first time and always for a fair price. Tony is honest and not afraid to tell you what you really need as opposed to what you want to hear. In the end he will provide a cost effective solution every time.Tony also works on other imports for several friends of mine and all of us are delighted with his professional approach to maintaining our automobiles. I highly recommend Tony's Import Car Repair. And Patty the office manager, is also wonderful.

As anyone with a foreign car knows, finding a good mechanic who works on your brand of import is hard enough. Finding an honest mechanic for this is almost impossible. I have been to other import service shops (as well as the dealership) and always feel like I'm being taken for a ride. If you're lucky enough that Tony works on your brand or car, I highly recommend using him. What sold me on this shop was when I had a significant issue with an engine oil seal. The part itself only cost about $5. But since the engine would need to be hoisted out of the car to get to replace the seal, the labor would have been several thousand dollars. Instead of just giving me a quote, Tony called the Mercedes hotline to see if any recalls were done and/or if this issue would be covered under the manufacture warranty. It was. Tony recommended that instead of getting the work done at his shop, I contact the dealership and bring this issue to their attention and let him know it was covered, so they could perform the work at no cost to me. To my surprise, it all worked out just like that. I know this type of customer service is rare and very valuable. I will be a loyal customer of Tony's for life. I would give him 10 stars but 5 is the max. Great business owner!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Tony and his team are such great people. They were able to get my car in fast for an inspection and also repaired an oil leak. He allowed us to purchase our own oil for the car to keep costs low and so far the car is not leaking. I was surprised that the service charge was lower than what was originally quoted. I think for bigger repairs I'll be going to Tony's, especially since my car is a Volkswagen and they have pricier fixes.

I have owned Volvos since 1983 and fortunately have experienced few problems. When I do have problems or maintenance issues, Tony's Import Repair is the ONLY shop that I completely trust to honestly assess the problem, recommend a solution, repair what's needed and charge me a reasonable price for his services. In addition, Tony and his staff are courteous, keep you informed of their progress and provide follow-up on the problems found and the repairs performed. I am a very satisfied customer and therefore highly recommend Tony's Import Repair to all import owners.

Tony has looked after our cars for years. You need to be able to trust the person who works on your car. I fully trust Tony's Import Repair. If you have a car that comes under his expertise - BRING IT HERE! He takes the time to talk to you and explain things to you, always seeming to try to save you money. You have a lot of money in your vehicle and keeping it in top shape is not cheap - he does his best but it not cheap - reasonable is the word that comes to mind. Quality, value, timely service and professionalism - that covers it.

I have been taking my Audi's to Tony's for the last three years. (Q7 and A6). Why am I putting a review after 3 years? It is 10:37pm, and I just closed the phone with Tony regarding a sound that is coming from my suspension...Tony is the best import mechanic I have seen in my entire life. I am from Europe so I have seen a bunch. Doesnt change anything if it is not a security risk but informs you that we need to keep an eye out.I am moving to RI soon, if anything happens to my cars and requires serious work, I'll put my car on a dolly, drive 9 hours for him to get it done... This is how good he is.Any BMW, Mercedes, Audi, WV driver that I know in the Greater DC and VA area goes to Tony's, just saying He is awesome! FULL STOP...

Tonys is absolutely incredible. I am new to the area and came in due to a noise coming from one of my wheels. Tony was able to squeeze me in so I got my vehicle back in just a couple days, despite me having no appointment. Tony has been my go-to guy for servicing my Volvos. The work is always top-notch, done right the first time and reasonably priced. Hey, maintaining a premium brand import is never cheap, so finding someone you can trust that won't give you the run-around or sell you services you don't need is a real find. I'm just afraid one day he's going to tell me he's retiring!

Professional work. Super friendly service. Pricing is very fair and they are always upfront about everything. Ive been taking my Volvos to them for years now and have been very happy with all aspects. An honest mechanic is difficult to find. Tony's one of the good guys.

Great service and Tony is a pleasure!Extremely good work, efficient and more than fair pricing. Best I've been to in years. So, whether your auto is domestic or foreign, , especially European, he is the guy to go to for servicing and repairs.

Took my 2013 Audi A3 here to be serviced and I was extremely pleased with the quality of work. Tony and the staff welcome you with excellent customer service and took great care of my car! I'll take my car here for any future service here on out.

I was headed from ny to fl and my Audi broke down on me about 2 miles from Tony's! I used google to see reviews on local foreign car repair and his was in the top!!! My overall experience with Tony's and his staff was the most personable, reasonable and genuine people I have met to date!!! Very kind and not at all the type to try and make an extra buck off you!!! They worked hard to diagnose the problem and fixed it within a reasonable time frame! This is a very honest and reliable staff!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants the best of the best for their car care!!! Thanks again Tony's Import Repir!!!!

X military, I've lived all over. USAA towed my vehicle over 70 miles to Mr. Tony's as I am in a financial bind after being recently furloughed.This team is the absolute best! I've never seen anything like it.... They diagnosed and redirected me to the dealer as my issue was a recall item. ...Who does that?!!Take a picture, you won't find a better service or better people anywhere.

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Tony is The best in area. Friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Tells you exactly what is wrong and the costs associated. If you have a need I highly recommend. You won't be sorry

I was there 3days ago to get a estimate to replace a fuel pump. He told me he was going to call me to give the cost of repair I called 3 days in a row I just got the run around . If you don't want my business is absoulotly fine. Great not doing business with you

I moved to the area and have been using this shop to service my Volvo s, they are extremely knowledgeable and more importantly, they are very honest with their scope of work. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop for work on any European vehicles.
