Wonderful people and amazing service! I'm new to the area and had asked for recommendations for the best auto body in town. Robbie's did a BEAUTIFUL job repairing my bumper! I wouldn't go anywhere else in town. They didn't mind that we weren't using insurance and paying cash. I'd also add, Robbie and Joanne are the absolute nicest people to deal with! You can't go wrong with choosing Robbie's!

Robbie and the people at his shop, have NEVER let me down. There is no other place I take my vehicles, when I need body work performed. His work is precise and always leaves me impressed at how amazingly perfect my vehicles look when he's completed a job. He backs up his work, and providing an Excellent Customer Experience is what he bases his business on. I just picked my car up from Robbie s Auto Body in Winchester, Va. I had front end damage. I couldn t believe the fantastic job he did. My car looks brand new !!!! Robbie is the best I ve ever seen. They are so very polite to deal with, and they always return your calls. I couldn t of asked for any better treatment. I recently took my vehicle to Robbie s Auto Body. On my back bumper (which was getting replaced) I had a memorial sticker of someone close to me I lost due to Covid-19. I thought to myself that I ll need to get a new sticker and it s a bummer it will be thrown away. I picked up my vehicle later in the week and the work was amazing, great communication, attention to detail, very polite and helpful service. I went to start up my car and noticed on my front dash, a square cut out of my old bumper that the memorial picture was stuck on. My heart melted! A nice gesture from them, meant the world to me. I will forever recommend their company and be a lifelong customer. Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Robbie was great. He was very flexible of when I could stop by and get a quote. He had the best price in town. There was also a tiny imperfection with my job that I showed him and he took care of it quickly with no additional cost. Would definitely consider them as my #1 option next time.

Robbie and his team went above and beyond on fixing my 1999 cobra that had a hit and run incident. I knew immediately that this was the place to take my beloved car too. 10/10 body shop that I will use as long as I can. I ve know Robbie for a while since he did auto work on my ex wife s Jetta. Fantastic job. I know he does fantastic, Ethical and professional work. He s been in the local community for years. I most recently had my vehicle towed to his shop after a deer collision. The vehicle was a total loss, but Robbie was courteous and very helpful as usual.Service: Body & Trim

Robbie s Auto body Shop we re very kind, honest, fast and courteous. Loved their excellent customer service. They were explicit and always ready to answer my concerns. Not only did Robbie fix my issue at hand but he also took the time to fix a minor issue on my door. Talk about going above and beyond!!!!

My wife slid in some snow, hit our garage, and dented her front end. The whole thing was placed by my insurance company under the home owner insurance, and the incident didn't meet the deductible.I brought the car to Robbie, who was able to fix my wife's car in three days and make her very happy. The quote was fair and I was happy to pay it.I will recommend Robbie to everyone I know.Thanks guys!

Had a deer body slam the drivers side of my corolla. Robbie's guys got in on Tuesday, done on Friday. Replaced the front quarter panel, new front door skin, and took care of a bad door ding on the back quarter panel. Car looks like it just came off the lot. Could not be happier. Had my dad's truck worked on after he was hit in the front end, it is an older truck (99) and has been used for work but isn't in horrible shape. Robbies had great reviews and could get it in 3 weeks sooner than our usual body shop so I figured I'd give him a shot. The repair took a couple of days longer than expected (no big deal) but when we picked it up I couldn't believe he would return the truck in the condition he did. The hood was repaired instead of being replaced like our usual body shop said it would need and has waves all over it. The paint has bubbles throughout, a third of the repairs on the insurance estimate weren't even done and instead of calling to let us know our options he argued with me when we picked it up and said it wouldn't look right so he didn't do it and the rest of the truck was in such bad shape it wouldn't matter. He did begrudgingly agree to take the repairs that weren't done off the bill but that was after I had gotten home looked over the charges and saw they left them on. He never attempted to remedy the situation and when he asked me to point out what wasn't fixed I tried to show him but he kept making excuses and walked to the back of the truck (which didn't have anything to do with the repairs) and said the whole truck is a rusted out piece of junk. At that point I was done and just wanted to get out of there. Before leaving he got smart and offered to touch it up with a paint pen because he "takes pride in his work" and then started making mouthing motions with his hands saying I was gonna run my mouth and go tell everyone "what a bad job he does" well he was half right I'm letting everyone know what kind of service they can expect but I'm not using my mouth, just my fingers. If he wasn't confident he could fix it right he should have called and told me so I could take it to a shop that knows what they're doing and how to treat a customer.

I know Robbie personally and he does superior work and stands by his work. Anytime I've ever needed any work done on my vehicles he's my go to guy, hands down.

Excellent service, very reasonable price, and exactly what was quoted ~ turn-around time and cost. They worked us in for a quote and repair, with a professional, yet personal approach. And the finish was even better than expected! Extremely satisfied customer!
