Being kind of new to the area I was a bit lost when it came to who I should go to for car repairs. My old man mentioned Northside Auto Repair and how they were the go-to place if I wanted honest and good work done to the car. The lady in the office was great! She managed to squeeze us in and got the car fixed quickly. I definitely plan on returning to have repairs done in the future.

I was on my way to Mexico from the northeast. 4 hours into my trip I discovered a leak and tear in a coolant hose. I stayed in town for the night and tried two mechanics in the morning that were both short staffed. Third try was a charm, I was referred to Northside Auto Repair and they kindly took me, my car and my two dogs in and fixed my car up quickly and affordably. I highly recommend them!

Perfect customer experience. They accurately and efficiently identified and fixed three problems related to the symptoms I described, demonstrating knowledge and fairness. I liked being able to exchange technical and appointment information with them via email since I'm rarely near a phone during the day, and there's no cell reception where I live. They're about an hour away, but worth it.

Took my car there for an inspection. They rejected it due to "rust on the rotors".... took it home down the street looked at the rotors and has normal wear. Don't normally do reviews for anything, but I don't recommend this place.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

Had a bad experience somewhere else and Northside stepped in and worked with us to get the parts and have my car fixed as soon as was possible. Tony and Terry were very helpful all through the process.Highly recommend!!

White fumes were coming out the front end of my van. The problem was found and fixed. Cost about what I expected. Friendly husband and wife team. Great doing business with them!
