Shoutout to Mr. Tire in Winchester, VA!Miguel was so courteous, professional and helpful. He really made me feel cared for and provided the best care for my vehicle. I also felt that he was honest about my situation. Trustworthy people are a rare occurrence these days. Highly recommend this team.

Got me in on Saturday in the pouring rain! Needed 4 tires. No other shop would even try. It took 1 hour !!! Four tires, and a whole truck safety inspection. Will return! Great attention to detail team in Winchester Mr. Tire!

Great experience in every way! I was having issues with one tire, a dead headlight, and my alignment as well as questions about my brakes and battery. Called ahead and spoke to Mike, who was very friendly and got me in quickly. Once there, he listened attentively and answered questions in a way that was easy to understand. There was only a short wait (even without an appointment) while they assessed my car, and the waiting room was nice: clean restroom, free coffee and water, and fast internet. Once they diagnosed the problem, Mike patiently and carefully explained the situation in detail WITHOUT exaggerating the issue to upsell me. He told me what the actual issues were and whether they were serious or not. Ultimately, we decided that they didn't need to be fixed immediately, so they just put on one tire and replaced a headlight -- all very quickly and at a very fair price! 10/10, will be going back FOR SURE!

Took car for basic oil change, was told when I picked up my car the bill was $89 instead of the usual $45 because high milage synthetic oil was used. I was told It was used because the gentleman who checked me in was confused and new. When I informed the employee that the same man has been checking me in for 3 years he then told me the higher priced oil was used because they were out of the oil I had requested. After refusing to pay for the higher price oil change I was credited the difference. I paid $45 but will not be returning to Mr. Tire for service.

If you want the job done right, this is the place. Hands down the best when it comes to customer service, other places just don't have the knowledge these guys do, or they just don't care. As first-time customers, they just earned our entire family's business.

I just wanna say this review I m writing is to the team at Winchester Mr.Tire, Mike and his team is awesome! Great bunch of guys that will go above and beyond for you with their service. I used taking my car to Mike at MR. Tire in Leesburg where I work at. Once I found out Mike was the store manager at the Winchester Mr. Tire I immediately switch over right away because I just trust him. Mikes team is the best, if something going on with your car and if they are busy they will try to fit you in to take a look at it! Just an all around great team!! I m definitely going to tell my friends and family about them!

On a road trip, picked up a screw. Randomly picked out Mr. Tire out of a list of choices. We hit the lottery! Fast, friendly and superb service. Pick them over the big boys across the street!

I apologize for the length, but I want to detail why exactly this location will never receive any business from me again.My wife and I recently moved to Winchester from southern Maryland, where I worked as an office manager and service writer for an independently owned auto repair shop for four years. Even there, we considered Mr. Tire to be one of our biggest drivers of business! Nevertheless, my Corolla needed an oil change, and I figured I'd give them a shot.After the oil was drained from my vehicle, they went to remove the oil filter, but noted that one of the tabs on the oil filter housing was damaged. They kindly escorted me to the shop in order to explain to me what the matter was. Given my background, I knew this was a common problem with Toyota housings; however, I also knew that if it were that bad, my previous employer would have told me.The gentleman at Mr. Tire said that not only did it need a new housing, but they would need to break the old one off, thus incurring a $128.45 charge (tax not included). I declined because my previous employer was going to do it for the cost of the part ($35 for the aftermarket [Dorman] metal replacement).My complaints are two-fold:(1) When my previous employer lifted it up on the rack, he said he didn't need to exert any excess energy or use any special tools to remove the housing; rather, it twisted right off. While he did install the new housing, Mr. Tire wanted to charge me $62.50 in labor that was no extra work than simply removing the housing like they would for a normal oil change.(2) Mr. Tire left the oil filter charge, as well as labor for replacing it, on the ticket that I paid for. $18.03 for work not performed. I should've caught it before I signed and paid, but I was trying to figure out when to make the two hour trek back to Maryland in order to have the work done properly.(3) A minor thing... the mileage written down was wrong. My mileage was 149k, not 199k.

These guys are trustworthy...What more needs to be said?Whether routine or in the middle of a road trip and you're "over a barrel" (like I was), it's huge to know you're not getting taken advantage of and the work is quality...We landed there with a flat just before opening on a Friday and a couple of hours into a road trip...They quickly got us in, expertly repaired, and back on the road...all at the right price...just a comfortable environment.Strongly recommend....

I had my exhaust system worked on here and I decided I wanted to go back to the old one after they finished the repairs. They weren t able to get the changes made soon so I decided to work on my car myself and you would not believe what I found. The mechanic who put the bolts back in my exhaust Downpipe managed to put them in backwards! It took me two hours to get them back out (and I have worked on this part before so I immediately recognized what was wrong).Aside from that weird mistake, I recommend this place. The people seemed really nice and they cut me a fantastic deal!

Their website says that you can schedule a state inspection, but they don t actually have someone on staff to do so. The website also confirms your appointment automatically, which is great, but only if the service is actually offered.

Excellent fast friendly service! This place could've easily charged me when I stopped by asking if they could check my mom's car for a low tire pressure gauge light that I couldn't figure out how to get off. Not only did they not charge me, but they fix the car immediately and were very kind about it. Didn't make me feel stupid. Didn't make me wait in some long line. I would highly recommend!

I blew out a tire on I-81 while driving cross country from Florida to Boston, so needed an emergency replacement. Mr. Tire was close to my next exit. They had a suitable tire in stock and had me back on the road in less than an hour. I'm so grateful!

10/10 recommend! Zachary & Dan did a wonderful job replacing 4 new tires for me. This was my first time purchasing tires and Dan was so patient and flexible! My bill was even lower than I was told originally. I appreciate the customer service and fantastic job well done.

I came in to get a flat tire replaced after mind-frying ordeal on the interstate and the man at the front (Brian?) Made the whole day so much better! Not only was he helpful on the phone phone I called ahead, but he made sure my car got worked on within minutes of checking in and his personable demeanor brightened my mood almost instantly. Plus, the price was very reasonable. 10/10 will highly recommend to anyone and had become my go-to shop for the Winchester area!

Charles and Randy did an outstanding job figuring out and getting down to the root issues with my wife's car....The honesty between the two was refreshing not something you see anymore.....I suggest that everyone goes here too get your vehicles worked on....They will treat you with dignity and respect....Their knowledge is vast and best of all they speak in a language that we can all understand without all the technical jargen......Again thank you from the COOPER Family.... Customer for life.....

Everyone at the Winchester Mr. Tire was amazing and happy to help in any way. The manager was so friendly, and we had some nice conversations while my tires were being put on. I usually never leave reviews, but he was just so kind I just had to share - he helped everyone that came in to the best of his ability, and made sure absolutely no one was getting ripped off. Highly recommend!

Wow! Great service! Bryan the manager made sure that every customer felt welcomed and taken care for. I came in for a oil change and differential line change. I am very picky about my car, not only did the mechanic spoke to me and made me feel at ease.. the whole process was smooth and very very clean. Great shop. I will come back for more service. Thanks team!

Only given 1 star because 0 is not an option. Hours of operation are listed to begin at 7:30am. Arrived at 7:45am and was notified by the front desk employee that none of the mechanics were in, but assured me they would arrive between 8-8:15am. Waited until 8:30 and no mechanics arrived so we left.

Not realizing that they were about to close, I walked in and was warmly greeted. At the last minute I realized I needed to travel the next morning early and I had absolutely no tread on my tires. I asked if there was any way they could possibly replace 2 tires. With no hesitation he said yes. We all know that at closing time, no one wants to see a customer walk in. And we all know that at that point people can make the decision to help, or to let know that they are closed. With a genuine smile and conversation I felt taken care of. The stress I had was instantly gone. And I felt once again by this establishment that they cared about their customers and would give the same exceptional level of service consistently. I trust them and will continue to return and rave about their professionalism and courtesy. I also want to add that the technician, Charles, that stayed is a lifesaver. It may seem like a small thing, but these tires were beyond bald! I know he could have had important plans, or a bad day and ready to go home. But, he worked efficiently and I have no doubt that he took the same care with my vehicle as he would with any other. Great employees who stayed well after closing, amazing service, and my new Yokohama tires definitely made my drive home feel much better than my drive there!! You guys are the best and appreciated more than you know. I'll be back, well before closing next time!
