I was referred to this shop by my insurance after a rough experience at another body shop. I am glad they did! The front desk lady was the sweetest lady ever, full of complete lovable grandma vibes. The estimator was very quick, thorough, and informative. I mentioned to another member of their staff how awesome their team is and as it turns out, it was the head manager! You guys made my experience quick, easy, and painless. Thank you!

Joe Hudson's Collision Center in Winchester, VA has consistently provided me with the highest quality of work - whatever gets repaired looks brand new when the work is done - and the highest level of customer service. Their estimator is extremely thorough and provides excellent updates as the repairs progress. Their receptionist is a pleasure to deal with and always helpful. Joe Hudson has an excellent working relationship and track record with my insurance company and is top-rated by them. This makes for seamless communication and rapid approvals. I recommend Joe Hudson to my friends and to anyone who wants excellent work done in a timely manner with great customer service.

Body work and paint are superb. Have had several jobs done at Joe Hudson s Collision, and paint work has been flawless. Only minor issue has been that headlights don t get adjusted before the vehicle leaves the shop. My vehicles headlights are very easy to adjust, so I did it myself after finding out they weren t adjusted.

Accidents are always nerve racking but Joe Hudson Collision made the process to repair my vehicle simple. They employees are helpful and understanding. The workmanship is excellent and they finished my vehicle repair a full week early.

Great repair work. Unfortunately they have fixed my cars 3 times. They are great working with your Insurance company. The only downside is they are so good repairs take a little time (lots of customers). I highly recommend.

Having ran over a tractor trailer tire tread on interstate 81 turned out I did more damage then what the human eye could see.JHCC really kept me informed during the whole process, they were well mannered and repaired my vehical in a timely manner. It was not rushed and they stayed very precise with the care of making sure my vehicle was safe to drive.Will return hopefully not anytime soon, but JHCC and their team helped and ensured making safety and communication top priority.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

Had my truck repaired here. Results were pretty bad, the paint color didn't even match. They put the bed side on crooked, and then wouldn't fix it. I took my truck else where after State Farm agreed that the repair job was not correct. The new shop was able to fix the truck, and even match the paint color. It was such a mess, The service manager actually asked state farm if he could watch the other shop fix my truck. I declined and just had my truck fixed. The office staff was nice, but the work leaves a lot to be desired.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I visited Joe Hudson s Collision Center a few weeks ago to get an estimate for some minor front end damage to my Mazda CX-5. When it comes to auto repair, I always have my guard up for fear of being taken advantage of. Right away, Ron greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable. What I appreciated most was his open and honest communication about my options and the associated cost. He even went as far as to take a stab at buffing out the scratches I was concerned about to see if that would be enough to resolve my concern. I didn t expect much but was honestly blown away with the result. In a matter of a few minutes, Ron got my car looking about 90% better and saved me thousands of dollars on what would have been a very costly headlight replacement.Thanks to Ron, I can confidently say that Joe Hudson s has absolutely earned any future business from me.

I had such a wonderful experience with Joe Hudson's Collision. Jesse is so fabulous!! He worked with my insurance company to get everything covered for me! He also worked with the Toyota dealership to fix everything properly. I fully recommend Jesse if you want to be thrilled with the results! Connie at the desk is so kind and helpful also! Don t take your car here unless you never want to see it ever again. I dropped off my Camaro on the 6th of October for an insurance repair. The repair was supposed to take 3 weeks it is now November 10th and I have not been able to even see my car since I dropped it off. My online profile says my car was ready on October 28 but when I went to pick it up I was told it was still not ready. Now they won t take my calls or call me back. I have no choice but to go through the courts to try and get it back but I honestly don t even believe that they even still have my car at all.Service: Body & Trim

I have had work done twice by Joe Hudsons, they do excellent work, they guarantee their work and very friendly staff. I wont go anywhere else. Definitely a 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Unbelievable customer service. This place not only did an amazing job repairing my vehicle, but they were extremely professional. They constantly kept me updated, and in the loop. They took the time to explain what was happening to my car. They found existing damage to my car that I was completely unaware of. They did me a huge favor and got it inspected while it was being worked on. And did an amazing job detailing it when it was done.I truly wish more companies took the time to really care about their customers like Patriot collision center. I wouldn't wish an accident to my worst enemy, but I'd make sure they went here if it did happen.Seriously, thank you. And a huge high five to Norma. She was so kind and really helped me with everything.

This business is ran pretty shady I want to say however this is my only one time dealing with them. After they did a estimate on my vehicle after an accident they wrote my vehicle office a complete loss with upwards of $5,000 with the damage when all it needs is a new door in a rear panel. I don't know what kind of operation they're running but after taking it to a second shop in clearbrook my vehicle is getting repaired and was no longer written as a total loss. Not sure what kind of estimator they've got there but not a place I will be going to again

I'll keep the review updated but as for my 1st impression with getting my estimate, 5 stars.I hit a deer last weekend and USAA sent me here. Office is nice, people are awesome...personal but professional (both are important), and had me in and out in about 30 mins total, they set my drop off apt and are even setting up my rental for me (most make you deal with your insurance.... it may be a small thing to some but for me, the small details in customer service are just as important). Based off of visit #1, I'm impressed.Update: They kept in touch with me every step in the process. Unfortunately, the completion date fell just after we got snow so it was delayed 1 day. This wouldn't have been a problem but I stay in Stafford Tues-Thurs, so I wasn't able to pick my truck up until that following Friday. The only issue with that is it put my rental 1 day longer than was covered by my insurance....no worries though, the insurance gave me a waiver.Overall, awesome experience, awesome people, awesome work (they even put new deer horns on for me). Would definitely recommend and it's my go to shop from here out.

This business has a problem with integrity and gouging.I got 5 scratches on the rear bumper of my 2008 Porsche Boxster, and asked Patriot to quote the repair. It was turned down by my insurance company as being too small to meet my deductible. I arrived at the correct time and met my appraiser, but still waited over 30 minutes to have my car seen.Before she even looked at my car, she told me I'd need a new bumper. I told her I wanted the bumper sanded and painted, and she refused. She then went on to quote me $2050 for the repairs, and suggested "it might be 20% higher once we take the bumper off". I reminded her that the insurance company said it wouldn't meet the deductible, and she said "well, we can send them our quote and get them to re-open the claim". That is very close to fraud, folks.I declined this quote, and took the car to Robbie's Auto Body. Robbie sanded the bumper and fixed the scratches in 3 days for $557. The car looks beautiful!I will never recommend Patriot to anyone. I will send all my recommendations to Robbie's Auto Body.I have made this incident clear to my insurance company, whose logo is posted at Patriot.

Patriot Collision did an awesome job repairing my car after an accident while traveling. I live over 200 miles away so it was hard to have my car being repaired all the way in VA, but Patriot made the experience easy. They kept in contact with me and made sure I knew what was going on with my car every step of the way. They also made sure to give me plenty of notice when my car would be ready before I made the long drive to come pick it up. And more importantly than that, it was ready on time, as promised!! Their staff was friendly and made sure everything was in order so I could get back on the road and home as quickly as possible.I am very grateful!!

I've had a few accidents in my time and in the past I've dealt with my fair share of Collision/Body Repair shops. I can honestly say these guys are not only the best experience I've ever had, getting a vehicle repaired, but they delivered one of best customer service experiences I've ever had!They checked in with me multiple times to keep me advised of how my car was coming along, and when they found out that I didn't have rental coverage included with my insurance, they stepped in and put me in one of their own rentals. With a $500 deductible, money was a bit tight and I was worried about paying for a rental out of pocket on top of paying the $500 deductible. They worked with me and came up with a great price, to ease the hit I was taking financially.My vehicle was done when they said it was going to be done, and I want to especially give a huge thank you to Jesse, who handled my claim from start to finish and was very friendly and kept me in the loop on what was going on, every step of the way. Accidents suck, but if you happen to have one and need repair work done, do yourself a favor and go see these guys! It's good to see in this day and age that there is still a business out there that takes customer service seriously and seems to genuinely care about you.

After having my new car hit from behind I brought it to CARSTAR Patriot Collision, Winchester, VA. Incredibly professional and pleasant experience. They took care of everything. Obviously customer satisfaction is number one with this company. I would never go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service and high quality work. Kept me informed throughout the repair process. Had to go back for a small issue with a parking sensor, but they took care of it after being paid by the insurance company. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle while they figured out the parking sensor issue. Thank you!

After being inconvenienced by having my car hit in a parking lot, CARSTAR Patriot made the whole experience less bothersome. They provided a detailed estimate, a realistic timeline, had onsite rentals, and provided ongoing text messages and emails to share progress. When I went to pick up, they had detailed my car! Employees were professional and navigated the insurance process for me!
