Great location because of the staff. Personally, ive never had a bad experience here. They are always so thorough and great customer service skills! I am not too knowledgeable when i comes to car repairs but they will help understand whats going on and wont make you feel like they are trying to charge you an arm and leg. Also I love that these big tough guys are so kind and sweet to children. They are patient and friendly with my 4 little ones every time we come in there. Definitely recommend this location.

Pro tip: Take a photo of your dash board before turning over your keys. I went in for a quick oil change, but when I came out the check engine light was on. I pulled a technician aside and said hey, my check engine light is on and it was not on when I got here. He said that has nothing to do with us. So I started to drive away and I heard something rattling so I turned around and came back. I grabbed another technician and explained that I was just here and now my check engine light is on and something is rattling that was not before. I asked them to just double check and make sure everything was fitted properly. He asked to see my receipt where apparently a technician had noted that the check engine light was on. I said again that it was not and insisted they check everything. He came back and said everything was fine. He pulled the code and said it had been on 7 times recently so it wasnt their fault but he didnt know what the code meant. He said he would clear the code and I could see if it came back. When I got home, I researched the code and it is apparently very common after an oil change. It means improbable oil temperature which likely results from the temperature gauge being disrupted. So after attempting to gaslight me into believing the check engine light was on all along and it wasnt their fault, it was, in fact, their fault, and the light was not on when I pulled in. I only have this two stars because I m sure they did fix something when I came back, so they made it right, but continued to insist I was wrong and inattentive to my vehicle.

They were super helpful and very nice. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They didn t try and push a bunch of extra services on me. I will definitely be back!

Went there yesterday which was Monday 4 December 2023 and had a great experience. I was the first or second in line and I was in and out in about 15 minutes and the people were fantastic and the price was excellent. I give you five stars!

The location and service was good but overpriced. I went twice to this location so far. The first time I asked for just an oil change. They charged me $137. Then after about two months I needed another oil change that I had to pay. They charged me $172 with tires rotated.

This location is a bit further from my house than two other ones. I use this one because I have never had a problem. The staff is friendly, helpful and easy to work with. From arrival to departure, I get the best service with a friendly smile.

When servicing my cars, I trust my Jiffy Lube location on Minnieville Road in Woodbridge, Virginia. Quick service, fun group, excellent technicians, great to talk to. Showed care for me and my vehicle. Highly recommend!

This team deserves a service award. From the time I drove up everyone greeted me with a hello and a smile until the time my vehicle was complete service the team greeted me with have a blessed and safe rest of my after providing outstanding customer service. Every last one of them was knowledgeable about the services and my specific vehicle. I want to really say thank you to the whole team

Was charged twice for service on 1/24. I immediately called after leaving and was told by Melanie M. she would contact me after speaking to her district manager. After not receiving a call I stopped by and showed her I was billed twice and she told me to come back tomorrow and speak to her district manager. When I asked why they couldn't just do a refund she said "I cant" when I asked for her managers number she said "no" come back tomorrow and very rudely walked away from me. At the time I paid I asked Melanie why is she charging my card again if I already paid. She said that's the way we do it. She clearly doesn't know what she is doing and treated me very rudely. I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE going there because this place has a terrible rating and rightly so!!!! Stay away!!!!Service: Tires

I made my oil change request online. Then drove over to the Jiffy Lube location on S Pleasant Valley Drive in Winchester, because Google indicated that they were slower than normal at this hour.When I arrived, I drove right into a oil change stall, a nice lady took down all my information and escorted me to a wonderfully clean waiting area. The same lady then came to let me know that technicians found that my coolant was running low and would I like them to fix that along with my oil change. I said "Yes, Thank You."In about 15-minutes time, I gentleman said my car was ready to go. I paid for everything, used a coupon that was provided at the website and was on my way.The shop is immaculate and the people very friendly and thorough.This was my first time going to a Jiffy Lube and I will be back!Service: Oil change

I was on my lunch hour from work and it seemed like it took too long for an oil change because there was no one in front of me and my vehicle didn t require any other services. My car was in the service area for over 30 mins.

The nicest guys ever. I have never had a bad experience here. And I value their honesty. They don t force upsells. They let you know when something is really really bad or if it can wait to be replaced or fixed. I appreciate that!

I've been going to Jiffy Lube for years. I've been in and out of various locations. I've dealt with all type of Jiffy Lube team members. I've visited this location twice and every time that I visit this location. It just seems like it keeps getting worse. Bad enough that the cost for a simple oil change has gone through the roof. It's the little things that make the difference and why we are willing to pay that cost.I've been accustomed to being greeted with a smile. Leadership offering services and walking you inside(the hospitality part of it).Down to little details like vacuuming your floor mats and placing the reminder sticker in your windows.Guess what? None of it was done.I was not pleased with my visit and it seems like customer service is not on their list of priorities. I truly have no intend of visiting this location again.Service: Oil change

I had an oil change done but they didn t vacuum the floors, which was done according to the front desk. I realize it s not actually the reason I was there but, if something is supposed to be done and it s not, then tell me it was done. Also, their prices went way up. I know, inflation but, $55 for a basic oil change is gross. The employees were friendly, however.

I was a little disappointed to realize that the charge for my all synthetic oil change was $ 25.00 than my car dealer charges. Though I have to admit that Jiffy Lube took much less time to perform.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have been to this jiffy lube many times and I tell them every time please do not use an air powered Jack or air driver to put the drain bolt back on it's lazy and a lot of them it strips the bolts more importantly it makes them impossible to take off by hand these are very simple instructions I can't understand why they can't just follow them other than being lazy I won't Go backService: Air & cabin filter replacement
