I had an oil change and tire rotation. Heather was very friendly and courteous. I watched from the lobby and they all seemed to take pride in what they were doing. Great place. Will definitely use them again.

This Jiffy Lube location was quick and efficient with my brake service. They were very thorough in explaining what the issue was and fixed it at a reasonable price. All the guys today gave amazing service. ( Chris G. ,Aaron L. ,Rhys D. , Sebastian H) they let me know that i was low on fluids and if i wanted to top off , let me know of some leaks to get looked at, checked on a noise that my car was making recently and was went back under the car to look and let me know what the issue was. So i was very pleased with how they did service here at this location today !Service: Oil change

I had normally taken my vehicles there and didn't always have an experience worthy of note. This previous visit was different.A technician over heated my clutch, thinking he was in reverse but was in 6th. Accidents happen, I figured it could be resolved.At their request I took my vehicle to be inspected, which showed it had abnormal wear for a moderately new clutch and flywheel. The outside of the clutch has been shaved, as well as scorch marks around the outer edge and 3 areas of burns. Drastically reducing the reliability and life of the part(s). The dealer recommended replacing, but stated I could drive on it if I chose.Video evidence, employee witnesses, pictures of damage from seeing as the vehicle was drivable, jiffy lube was not responsible and I was stuck with the bill.So, this oil changed turned from $100 to a between $1,100 to $3,000 bill, depending how long the clutch lasts.At the end of the day, I drove out of there with a vehicle in worse condition than when I drove in, and it's my problem.Two days out of work and without a vehicle.I'm so disappointed and angry, and I don't have the money to pay for the things they caused and initiated.If I was teaching my son to drive and I burned my clutch, that's one thing. Handing my keys to a technician I am supposed to trust and having my clutch burned, and being stuck with whatever may come is an invasive level of betrayal of trust and confidence in a corporation.Service: Oil change

On Dec 30 I pulled into jiffy lube in Stephens city to get my oil changed after being on the road all day got there at 6:15pm no other customers a was there as I was pulling up to the rear bay the one employee started screaming an ran back into break room. Not a good message to send to ur customers wanted to continue using but not no more

I've used this service center for years for oil changes and never had an issue but today I pulled up to the bay door I was directed to, and then sat for 25 minutes without anyone coming out to see what I needed or advise on the wait time, or even acknowledge my existence. I watched as the mechanic "working on the car" in the bay rifled thru the customers belongings in their trunk for 15 of those minutes. Perhaps there was a good reason, I couldn't say. By that point they had made it clear they did not need my business or have time for me so I left. Disappointing to say the least, I will be looking for a new place to get my oil changed from now on.

There were two Technicians and 8 customers. Chris was so kind and reassuring he would get us all done as quickly as possible. It was so hot in the shop but they worked fast and hard ! Jiffy Lube has a splendid employee in Chris. Please don t lose him.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I pulled in, I had no wait! They immediately began my oil change, and had everything done in maybe 30 minutes. The gentleman in the office showed me how to get a $10 off coupon which I was able to use at the time of service. My car is running better, everyone there was nice and efficient. Did not try to sell me extra stuff, which I very much appreciated.

Normally a great experience, but today was not. No one took my name, so the name on the invoice was incorrect; I assume it was the previous owner as the head tech just used a bar code reader on my truck. Had to refill the tires, as they were not filled to the rated pressures. Generally felt as if we were inconveniencing them.At least the oil got changed.

I don't like to give negative reviews and I understand that everyone can have a bad day but the service I received a couple of weeks ago was not good. I pull in around 3:30 and waited five minutes to be acknowledged (even though I was the only person there). I was then treated very rudely by the gentleman (I believe the manager). He acted like I was bothering him by wanting an oil change. When I was pulling my car in he said "When I move my hand that normally means I need you to turn the tires". I will say that the woman that was helping him was nothing but nice and I appreciated that. I will not hold it against Jiffy Lube for one person but I will take my business to the location in Winchester, VA from here on out.Service: Oil change

Extremely rude. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The older man who seemed to be the manager had an aweful attitude and was incredibly rude. I also had to help the techs to know what oil to put in! Afterwards, later in the day my check engine light came on and I suspect they didn't even perform their task correctly. The lot was vacant and now I know why. If I didn't have to go to work right after, I would not have gone through with the service. I am honestly surprised these people still have jobs. Trust me when I say it is worth driving the extra distance to go elsewhere.Service: Oil change

The one guy yelled at me because I wasn t lined up perfectly straight on the lift, then proceeded to be rude to me the rest of the service. I should have left right then and there. He also started yelling at the person behind me for literally no reason. I can change my own oil for cheaper and not be treated like garbage too! Never getting my business again!Service: Oil change

Seems like a good place. Car runs like it just had an oil change as expected. Employees were friendly and helpful. Went here because Front Royal Jiffy Lube had an hour plus wait. I pulled in to Kernstown location and there was no wait, they just finished with a car and took my car on the spot.

huge shout out and thanks to Nick Barron at Jiffy Lube. I came in today for an oil change and tire rotation. I just bought a used car and no idea when last serviced. He could have taken my money and did what I requested but he came in and talked to me and said my oil was fine and my tires as well. I appreciate his honesty and I will definitely be back when it needs it and I will tell all my friends too. As a female I'm always nervous that places will take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. Super impressed, this is how to treat customers!!!

Waited in line for almost 20 mins before anyone even acknowledged my presence, which is highly unusual since they typically jump in your car when you pull in. There was another pick up truck in the far lane waiting outside as well. Finally, one of the workers, probably the manager, let the pick up truck in and then motioned for me to move my car to the far bay. In the process of him motioning me to move my car, he shakes his head in disgust as if I did something wrong since I was at the wrong bay door. Maybe if someone had acknowledged me being there from the beginning, I would ve known that. They typically use the first 2 bays, at least the many times I ve been there. I decided after the worker obviously had an attitude, I left and pulled around the front where he was waiting for me to wave goodbye!I wouldn t recommend this place, or the other Jiffy Lube on Pleasant Valley to anyone, ever! They obviously don t need business and hire nasty, hateful people with no customer service.

We are there for every oil change just before its time for the next one. They have always been polite and courteous. They inform me if I have extra service coming up for my vehicles factory warranty. Plus im picky on what I use in my car, and they have always followed my recommendations with fast friendly service

The staff was extremely rude this morning. I visit this location often and in the past received much better service than today. The gentleman that I would assume was the manager was very rude. The other worker was throwing wiper blades and walked away to get some coffee in the middle of working on my car. They pulled my car outside and never even told me they were finished. I would not recommend visiting this location.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Amazing service. It took them 25 minutes max to do a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. The only complaint I have is that when I got back in my car there was oil over my steering wheel, car keys and stick. I only ask that they make sure to wipe their hands before they touch the inside of my car. :) other than that, thank you guys!!

Went on a Saturday morning, everything was good. The waiting area was cleaner than I'd expect. They did work slow, but not really much worse than other shops in the area. I was out with an oil change in less than an hour.

I pulled in the wrong way because the correct entrance was blocked by a truck and trailer. The guy came out and was very rude and sarcastic with me. I then waited over an hour and a half for my oil change. For the price, I'll go back to Malloy.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The staff was amazing! I came in for a an oil change at lunch time, and not only did they get it finished fast, they topped off other fluids, vacuumed, washed windows and did it all with a friendly attitude. I was a new customer and didn t know what to expect, however the team put all my worries to rest. I d suggest this shop to anyone!! Thanks guys!!

Quick and friendly. Weren t pushy about adding items (air filter, higher grade oil, etc.). Vacuumed and cleaned. I think it was about $78 for the synthetic blend. I ve been unhappy with other Jiffy Lubes in the past, but no complaints today.

Great Service! Very informative when giving feedback on helpful suggestions for your vehicle. Took the extra time to fix the oil pan for my daughters vehicle after Walmart on pleasant Valley left the screw out and cause a small oil leak thereafter and refused to take accountability. Thank you so much for your services! Much appreciated!

For warranty purposes, our 2019 Nissan Rogue requires a full synthetic oil. The price jumped all the way to over $150., but being on a trip the mileage required an oil change. The quality, professional attitudes, & friendliness where very good, the price was over a $100. More than the last place that did a full synthetic oil change. Frustrated and hoped more from Jiffy Lube
