Delivered in Winchester, VA. Had both trailer lock rods on back swing doors break off closing doors after last load due to rust. Needed them fixed before next load. Found Interstate Truck Service on Google Maps right down the road. They got me in and out right away. Did a great job. Also had a persistent air leak for some time. They found the leak and informed me about cracked brakes shoes. I knew I was due for brakes but was unaware of how bad they actually where. Timmy is the manager at trailer repair. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of trailer related problems very straight forward, nice (and most importantly) honest guy!! Took care of everything in one day. For a very reasonable price. I live in Fredericksburg, VA about 95 miles from Winchester but in future I will bring my trailer back to Interstate for repair because of their quick,quality and honest service. Highly recommend!!!!

Cheapest and Best Repair Ever.Not to detract from the accolades Interstate Truck Service deserves, but I have to address the dangerous situation that brought me to them. That is, a fuel leak. In almost 20 years of working in freight re-location, I ve only had one fuel leak. This was from a damaged tank that I witnessed in real-time. So, it was expected and dealt with immediately. However, what I never expect, is to wake up to such leaks. When sleeping overnight in these vehicles, the operator can be vulnerable. Such as a fire from spilled fuel. Is this the result of poor design and manufacturing? This is what happened with the 2020 Volvo VNL I m currently operating. The story I got, is that Volvo decided to place fuel fittings on the side of the fuel tank. However, these fittings were never tightened correctly. The vehicle only has 72k miles on it. However, regardless of the mileage, fuel fittings should never come loose. NEVER! Imagine going out to your car, truck, or waking up in your RV, diesel or gas, and finding a puddle of combustible or highly flammable fuel on the ground. Cause for concern, right? That s what I found and fortunately, I was parked in an isolated area away from any smokers and environmental concerns. Interstate s Travis was my person of contact. He immediately got the truck into a bay. I expected all kinds of problems, expenses, and delays. However, instead of a padded bill and other problems, the vehicle was ready in about 18 minutes. The bill was only $36.60. Their repair description is: Checked for fuel leak at tank, found both suction and return lines were loose, tightened both fittings, cleaned spilled fuel off of tank. In my experience, any other repair shop would ve charged at least $200. In fact, numerous shops have 1-2 labor hour minimums. So, I have to say that Travis and his shop performed better than the rest. They saved me and the vehicle from certain disaster. Spilled fuel is never a good thing. As for Volvo? They certainly should be dealt with for endangerment to me and the public. Do I have any readers in the legal field? Any ideas?

These guys are awesome. Bobby worked me in on the Friday before Christmas break at 7am and got the truck up and looked at not even halfway through the day. Unfortunately they have me news I didn t want to hear and told me I had to come back next week to get the truck fixed. I left the truck with them and headed home. I called the day before and asked them to throw an oil change on as well. They also did the oil change which was amazing. Truck was good as new the next week and the price was what I was expecting, so they really don t overshoot the prices. Great work guys, if I ever need help in the area again I ll sure be back.

Went in for a vehicle inspection with my roomate and I was impressed with the exceptional service. We didn't have to wait long, the bay was clean which made waiting there pleasant. The inspector, Kim, did a thorough inspection. Customer service was excellent. We were in and out in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

These guys do a great job. We came in with a check engine light. NOX sensor replaced. The darn light came back on 70 miles down the road. They got us right back in the next morning. The tech got Freightliner involved and kept us informed. This is the second time we ve dealt with these guys. They re knowledgeable and very understanding that time is money for truck drivers. We totally recommend this shop.

They got the job done. 3 stars because they took 4 hours to change a wheel seal and barings on truck axle. I understand they charge by hour. But that s suppose to be max 2 hour job. I changed all 4 seals and barings on trailer in 2.5 hours. There s no reason to take 4 hours to do 1. Like I said. They got the job done.

First place I ever got a truck repair 12yrs ago.Took my truck there in 2018-2019. They are Alright,Attitude needs improvement. Didn t fix my problem. I fact engine just went. Injector where put in because truck won t regen and won t Start without multiple attempts with Starter Fluid. Repair did little basically no starter fluid but still sat there turning the key 10 Times. 2019 the Starters fluid was needed again, but only in the Winter.

these are good people to do business with, did a road call for us needing a brake chamber -all done within 40min after the call and 1/2 of the price of what TA or anyone else would change .

Website advertises opening at 6:45. Was there at 6:50. The man eating his breakfast was rude and stated "G*ddam its not even 7". Was as rude as it gets. I have to drop my vehicle early as I do work. Please change the advertising open hours to reflect the true time you want customers. Left after being cussed out.

I went to the trailer shop for a minor repair and they said it will be done the same day but they didn't even start the work, they are liers and lazy people with poor costumer service at here!

Broke down at the quarles that is right next to this place at 230 in the morning had a service repair man there working on my truck at about 630 in the morning a man came out of interstate and started cussing me and the repair man telling us to get the f off his property and called the copsI wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if that is the way they treat people
