I was nearly 500 miles away from home when I got a flat. My husband who was in our hometown called and talked to Roger. He was able to get me right in for 2 new tires! I'm very thankful for quick turnaround and kindness of the employees!

I had been going to NTB because I worked in the city but when Mavis took over I am out. I was told to come here and I am very impressed with the overall service, Justice was my tire person today and he had no problems with me asking him questions while he worked and watching him. The manager gave me a great deal on my tires and they offer life time alignment. That s right lifetime why would you go anywhere else. They have quick turn arounds. I have found my new tire facility.

Firestone is top-notch! Their staff is super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I've been there twice, once for a tire patch and another time for an oil change. Both times, they had me in and out within an hour, which is amazing compared to other auto shops. I highly recommend Firestone for their excellent service and efficiency!

Our daughter goes to college in Winchester. Her car broke down and had to be towed to Firestone. The workers were so helpful and professional. We had to communicate over the phone with them from Richmond. Everyone we spoke with was extremely nice and they got the job done as quickly as possible so our daughter could have her car back. Great quality care!! And safety!!

What is the value of customer service? Businesses never really invest in ROI of customer service! Our niece went to Firestone to get tires, $600.00. What Firestone didn't know was that our family was watching. Well, they did an excellent job, making her feel welcome and respected. Why is that important? We can choose any provider, but BECAUSE she was treated well, I then spent $1400 at Firestone. 1. I was treated respectfully. 2. They gave me what I asked for without trying to sell me anything I didn't. 3. I wholeheartedly recommend Firestone to women, non gearheads, and the elderly. You will be treated excellent!Gentlemen, thank you for taking care of my family!

Very nice, professional staff. HOWEVER, took my car here to get state inspection and was rejected. They told me my muffler was cracked as well as my exhaust leaking. I had my father PLUS another shop look at the problem, and no such thing was found. I brought it to another shop and it passed inspection no questions asked.Additionally, when I called them to ask about this (Keep in mind, $20 for the original inspection, $20 for the new inspection ) The person on the phone stated rust around the muffler, not that it was cracked or leaking. A little weird

I called Firestone to get an appointment for an oil change and wheel alignment, and I was able to get an appointment the same day at 3:00 p.m. I'm happy I could get an appointment that fast. And when I got there, I was greeted well and my car was worked on right away. I left in less than an hour.

I really like this Firestone and go here for small service as needed. I have had to get patches on my tires multiple times, and they never fail. They are also guaranteed patches, which is great. The staff is pretty awesome as well.

The response of Roger, Jada and Jonathan was extraordinary. Friendly informative and professional. I caught a nail in my RFT on My Sienna Van. Called the dealer, they had the tire, but no tech. Roger answered my called a was willing to install the tire but in the nicest way possible, he mentioned he had the tire in stock and provided a better service than the dealership. I was blown away how good the whole team operated. Thank you !Service: Tires

Took my car in because I was concerned about a noise it was making I even mentioned that it sounds like a wheel bearing it was $70 to inspect it and rebalance my tires. They ultimately said that nothing was wrong with my car, except for the tires and I needed new ones and wrote me a quote. Took the car the next day to another shop immediately found the wheel bearing that was bad.

Less than 24 hours to get a tire (on a Saturday) that nobody else has in stock in Elkins and Morgantown, WV, Oakland, MD, and in Winchester. Earliest anyone else could do was Monday.Brought in my wheel and got a new hire with no wait on the next Saturday. Friendly service, great turnaround, a nice waiting area, and a good price.

Let me first say, I worked for an automotive place before so I understand how they work, but what I got today was far beyond insane. I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and to have the tires and brakes checked since I am preparing to haul a 20000 lb fifth wheel 900 miles. No my truck does not even have 60000 miles on it yet even though it is a 2014, so the mileage is very low and 95% percent of it has been on the interstate, so I was a bir shocked when after about 20 minutes in the shop I was told the front brakes had been overheating and the rotors were starting to crack; solution: I needd new calipers, rotors, pads and hoses almost $2000. Now that threw me off so I did not even think about looking at the rotors myself, end result was I told them to replace the rotors and pads. Now here is where it got interesting, the parts came from across the street at Autozone, I know because I saw the delivery truck adn watched them unload the rotors and pads, rotors for a Ram 3500 Super Duty cummins are easy to spot, the truck drove around the back of the store after the delivery and came out on the other side, then proceeded to drive back across the street to Autozone. I used to work for Autozone at the corporate office dealling specifically with inventory and parts, so I know the prices pretty well, anyway when I got the invoice, I first verified the part numbers on the invoice - yep they were Autozone parts, same item numbers as online, here what I got: brake pads $83.99 instore, $161.99 at firestone, rotors $106.99 instore, $293.99 at firestone. OH HOLY CRAP!!! The rotella was $10.99 a quart which is $7.49 at Autozone, thats about a 40% markup on the oil, ok I can except that, but the brake parts -- $749.97 for parts that are $297.97 at the store that is over 150% mark up on the parts. On top of that there $159.00 in labor which personally i think is a bit much since the tires were already of because I was getting a rotation, so basically the labor was to remove 2 caliper bolts and snap in the new pads. Now the labor does not bother me near as much as the highway robbery on the actual parts. $293.99 for a part that costs $106.99!!! That is ridiculous. Fortunately I am moving and will never have to deal with them again.Edit: One can assume they know about the prices and dont care . Been 3 months and no response like other posts have, but dont bother, i dont live there anymore.

Love this place. They are always so kind and go out of the way to help. My daughter (18) blew a tire and the store stayed open a few minutes past closing time to accommodate us.

Absolutely outstanding service from Firestone Tire! When I found myself in a bind, they stepped up without hesitation, fitting my vehicle with a brand new set of tires in virtually no time. Their quick response was a lifesaver. Truly grateful and highly recommend them for all your tire needs!

FIND ANOTHER PLACE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. i have been getting my inspections here for a couple years. Everytime i go they tell me i need an oil change, spark plugs etc. I have literally gone there with 1 car right after a tune up, and another car right after a synthetic oil change. Got an oil change here on my fathers car it broke down on the way home because they did not put the cap on, oil all over the engine. Tried coming for an inspection 3 seperate times after calling to see no inspection signs. IM DONE!!! I WILL DRIVE OUT OF MY WAY TO NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!

I always receive great customer service every time I visit this location. My car had new brakes and all hardware installed on the front, new spark plugs put in, and new windshield wipers installed. I was able to get this all done on New Year s Day. I continue to come to this location for all my vehicles needs.

Usually I have my father do my mechanical work, but he is unable to do such things now and I was hesitant on who I could trust with my car. I originally went in for an oil change and to diagnose a vibration while acceleration (I had an Idea, but wanted to be sure) They diagnosed as needing my CV Axles(what I thought) replaced.. I originally "denyed" services and said I would go home to think about it , they gave me a quote of what the charges would be and I left and I called later that day after leaving and talking to my father about the details and I made appointment for the next day to do that. They were super friendly and explained everything. I arrived an hour early and they took my car back almost immediately. My car is old, carrier bearing was seized and was taking longer than expected and someone came out to explain to me. I seen them test drive my vehicle 3 separate occasions to make sure my vehicle was fixed correctly. They never tried to upsell anything or fix anything else that my car obviously needs. I am not a knowledgeable person of vehicles, but they took the time to explain and even showed me a diagram picture.I really appreciate their hard work and great customer service. I will definitely return. Thank you guys so much!Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Great customer service , not pushy sales guys and actually received a really great deal. 4 tires installation, alignment, and synthetic oil change in about a hour wait for about 500 bucks out the door. Saved me alot of time and money compared to everywhere else I was looking at. I would highly recommend even if you don't know alot about cars these guys will take care of you for sure.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

August 30, 2018 Went to today for tire problem check and the employee in the garage says to park my car then go to the front desk. Went to the front desk another employee says there needs to be an appointment and the earliest one is on Tuesday next week September 4, 2018 and claims there are cars that need to get done when there aren't many in the garage when I asked as I saw a lot of their employees show up near the front desk
