The team @ Auto impressions are excellent to work with! We have been coming here for years.They are all so honest & friendly we greatly appreciate that!! Everyone at Auto Impressions is Incredible!! I stopped by the other week to get an estimate for my older Chevy pickup, that had a horrible exhaust leak. Matt immediately dropped everything he was doing and came outside to check it out. He proceeded to give me two different estimates, one repairing the leak and one replacing the entire manifold. Mind you, I had gotten a previous estimate from another shop that told me they could not repair the leak and the only option would be to replace the manifold, which was going to be over double the price that Matt quoted me. Matt was straight forward and honest, which you don t find too often these days in the automotive industry. Since the manifold wasn t leaking or damaged, he said he d definitely be able to repair the leak without replacing the entire manifold. I did a night drop and was called the next day before Noon, letting me know everything was completed! Let me tell you, it looks and sounds incredible! Everyone from Matt to the sweet lady at the front desk were awesome!! I just wanted to thank you all again for honesty and awesome work!! Anytime I need anything in the future, I ll be sure to sure to call Auto Impressions!!

Brandon was very helpful getting our GMC Yukon XL Denali. He picked us up at the airport in it. Let us test drive it anywhere and allowed us to schedule a pre-purchase exam of our choice place. Highly recommend a pre-purchase exam when buying a vehicle from anywhere! Brandon was very easy to work with! Thank you Brandon for all your help and allowing us to do what needed to be done! He went above and beyond.

Trustworthy, reliable, friendly, and quality-service. They give direct information when an issue is found and, through my experience, fair pricing on their quotes/work.Highly-skilled and experienced. They identified and resolved an issue (EVAP leak) while 2 other shops had failed to fix it previously. Services are always explained; why it needs to be done and how it will be done. Options are available as far as parts; their recommendations are offered as well as other options of other brands. Great communication is a quality I appreciate with Auto Impressions. Their services are highly recommended!

From scheduling my appointment to the day of, Auto Impressions was very helpful. I went in thinking that I was going to pay some big bucks to replace both O2 sensors, was told I needed to by Valvoline .once I arrived to have my vehicle serviced, it was recommended to have a diagnostic test done to be sure that was the issue. Turns out, the filter was installed backwards from a previous visit to another auto shop earlier this year, and Valvoline missed that twice. So grateful I took my car to Auto Impressions!! I would have spent unnecessary money for a problem that didn t exist!! Will definitely be getting my car serviced from here on out!!

First time taking my car to Auto Impressions. I'll be a customer for as long as they're in business.I'd already had my car serviced elsewhere the same day but was still having a brake issue. AI got it taken care of same day and inspected. Saved me from purchasing new brake rotors.The woman at the front is an absolute gem. Well spoken, professional, knowledgeable.For a place I stumbled into by chance, they absolutely have my business.

I have a 2002 Acura MDX. It has 259,064 miles on it. This car is special to me and I need an Auto Repair Shop that I can trust. I brought the car in with a fairly long list of regular maintenance to be done. They are so courteous, that means a lot to me. The price for all the work almost shocked me. I was expecting a several hundred $ bill and it was so reasonable. Auto Impressions is now my Auto Repair Shop in Winchester. Great place to bring your vehicle. See Karen.Recent oil service and Dash Light warning resolved at the same visit. Was also informed by a Dealer on Rt 11 of a suspension issued which turned out not be be factual or "Misdiagnosed". Go figure. All completed in a timely manner. Now if I could just get them to wash my truck while it is in for service, they would be perfect. As soon as I walked in they were friendly and nice. I used the online service that emails them a request for service and they got back to me the next day. The service was fast and simple. I have had my 2014 Silverado brakes repaired and state inspections performed. I find the front counter person to be honest and personable. Finally, a service center that has integrity and appreciative of their customers. Highly recommend them. Everyone there are all professional and friendly. Reasonably priced. No gouging very knowledgeable. 6/9/23 update they fit me in at the last minute. Had to have 2 belts replaced. What a great name for a business and lived up to it..great friendly service. They fitted me in ..whereas there wasn't any space to fit..even offered to send me elsewhere..but they juggle thier scheduling to accommodate me..left my truck thier in the am ..looking to pick it up around 530pm ..my vehicle was ready by 12:30pm...the estimated that was offered came under $20ish lowered..considering what was going on ..And the lady at the front counter was very helpful and nice (sorry I forgot your name)..So by my experience with this shop I highly agree with a 5 star rating..So if you need repairs to your vehicle(s) I truly recommend them.
