I m not one to give up on old vehicles. I tend to drive them until the odometer dies from exhaustion. The Marshall s crew has kept me from having to see to drive through tears over a new car payment for years now. They re always fair, give solid advice on repairs, super knowledgeable, and have even saved our lives on occasion by spotting imminent catastrophic failures that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. I ll continue to drive over 30 minutes for any of my auto repair needs. When my vehicles are at the end of their useful life, I also know who my first call is to replace them. Thank you for years of mobility!!!

I had to wait with my 3 year old son while my new tires were mounted, balanced, and aligned. Bobby was very friendly and showed my son and I pics of his mini-mule and horses while we waited. All the staff was very friendly and my car was finished much sooner than I had expected. Thank y'all from a grateful momma! We will definitely be back!

Darren and his staff have saved me thousands of dollars over the past couple of years servicing multiple vehicles. His quotes are always the lowest. I don t mind the drive from Christiansburg when you know you can trust a shop/mechanic and the prices are fair! Highly recommend this garage!

I absolutely love you all at Marshalls both locations y all are dependable have great prices but most of all y all are so friendly and care about your customers you re the best st what you do and don t screw people over. Thank you all. I don t mind one bit traveling from Radford to Indian vally
